رحلة الإبداع بالصدف
عائلة الأطرش إحدى العائلات التي ارتبط اسمها بحرفة التصديف التي توارثتها أباً عن جد منذ أكثر من 60 سنة. ويقول فهد الأطرش لـ “اندبندنت عربية” “من نيوزلندا وأستراليا وتايلند نستورد الأصداف التي تنتج اللؤلؤ، وهي أصناف معيّنة تُعرف بـ shell mother of pearl، أو ما يُعرف محلياً بـ”صحون الصدف”، إذ نحرص على أن تكون بحجم وشكل معيّنين لمراعاة طريقة التشكيل والتصنيع. وبعد معاينتها والتأكد من خلوّها من العيوب والانكسارات، نبدأ بمرحلة “السلابة”، أي تقطيع صحون الصدف عن طريق مناشير خاصة إلى شرائح مستطيلة، ومن ثم تصغيرها إلى قطع صغيرة جداً، كي تصبح كل الزوايا قائمة ويسهل علينا صقلها، أربع مرات للوجهين، في عملية طويلة وصعبة لأنها تُنجز بشكل يدوي بالكامل. بعد ذلك، تُلصق القطع الجاهزة على القطع الخشبية المراد تشكيلها كمجسم. هناك مجسمات بسيطة لا تستغرق الكثير من الوقت لإنهائها، بينما هناك مجسمات صعبة ودقيقة للغاية، تأخذ أشهراً من العمل الحرفي، كمجسم كبير لقبّة الصخرة مع سور القدس ومعالم المدينة التاريخية أو مجسّم كنيسة المهد ومحيطها”.

تحتل حرفة “المصدفات” مساحة واسعة من معالم بلدة بيت ساحور واستمرت على الرغم من قلة محترفيها إلى الوقت الحاضر، فلا يكاد بيت فيها يخلو من قطعة تراثية أو تحفة فنية مصنوعة من الصدف، إلاّ أنّ العولمة والتقليد باتا يهددان أصحاب هذه الحرفة، فبعضهم أفلس واضطُّر إلى إلاغلاق، بينما ينتعش الناجون اليوم بفضل التطوير والتحديث اللّذين أُدخلا على حرفة المصدفات.
يكمل الأطرش حديثه، قائلاً “كانت هناك عشرات المصانع ومشاغل الصدف في بلدة بيت ساحور وبيت لحم وسط الضفة الغربية، لكنها اليوم مقتصرة على بلدة بيت ساحور وحدها، مع العلم أن ما تبقى في البلدة من مصانع ومشاغل محدود جداً، فمصنعنا على سبيل المثال، كان يُشغِّل أكثر من 40 عاملاً ولكن بسبب قلة الطلب وضعف التسويق المرتبط بالظروف الصعبة، وارتفاع تكاليف الإنتاج، اضطُّر والدي على مدار السنوات الخمس الماضية إلى تسريح العمال، ليقتصر العمل في المصنع على أفراد عائلتنا فقط، وهذه الظروف مجتمعة قد تدفع بكثيرين إلى التخلي عن هذه الحرفة، بخاصة مع انعدام أي مساعدة من الجهات الرسمية لإنقاذها، إذ إنها تحتاج إلى رأس مال كبير. عدد لا بأس به من محال بيع الهدايا في محيط كنيسة المهد، أصبحت للمنظر فقط، فينظر السياح الأجانب إلى المجسم الجميل ويتحسّسونه ويلتقطون صورة تذكارية داخل المتجر، مكتفين بذلك من دون أن يشتروا، ما تسبب بكساد كبير في بيع التحف والهدايا المصدفة”.

من المعروف على الصعيد الفلسطيني أن التحف المصدفة باهظة الثمن، ولا يستطيع المواطن البسيط اقتناءها. لذلك، معظم إنتاج مشاغل التحف المصدفة يذهب إلى محال بيع الهدايا “السنتواريه” في الضفة الغربية، ويُصدَّر جزء منها الى الممكلة الأردنية أو دول الخليج العربي، إذ إنّ سعر أصغر قطعة من التحفة المصدفة يبدأ من 20 دولاراً وقد يصل إلى آلاف الدولارات. وبسبب ارتفاع تكاليف إنتاجها، توجّه حرفيون كثر إلى صناعة التحف من خشب الزيتون، بدلاً من الصدف.
وأوضح رئيس غرفة التجارة والصناعة في محافظة بيت لحم سمير حزبون لـ “اندبندنت عربية” أن “الصدف الذي يُستورَد لصناعة التحف والهدايا المصدفة، يعتمد أساساً على منتج حيواني، ودول العالم بدأت في السنوات العشر الماضية باتّباع سياسات جديدة حيال ذلك، فأصبحت بمواصفات ومقاييس عالمية، إضافةً إلى ذلك، فإن إسرائيل تتحكم بنوع وكم المواد المستوردة وفي بعض الأحيان، تحتجز حاويات الصدف في الموانئ، ما يتسبب بخسائر مالية فادحة للتجار. ومع رفع قيمة الغرامات والتخليص الجمركي من قبل إسرائيل، أصبحت هذه الحرفة التقليدية في خطر محدق والمتمسكون بها في تراجع مستمر”.

أربعون متجراً وما يزيد من بيع الهدايا أو “السنتواريه” في محيط كنيسة المهد، لمست هذا العام تذبذباً في المواسم السياحية في الضفة الغربية، وتفضيل عدد لا بأس به من السواح الأجانب شراء المنتجات المقلدة الرخيصة على التحف المصدفة أو الخشبية.
ويقول أحد التجار إنّه “على الحكومة الفلسطينية ووزارة السياحة وأصحاب الاختصاص إيجاد حل ينقذنا من التدهور المادي الذي نغرق فيه، كإعطاء تسهيلات ضريبية لأصحاب الحرف التقليدية من جهة، وعرض منتجاتنا في البازارات والمعارض من دون مقابل، وشراء التحف اليدوية الأصلية كهدايا للسفراء والقناصل، ومن المهم وضع خطة حكومية استراتيجية شاملة لسنوات مقبلة وذلك لدعم الصناعة التقليدية وتسويق المنتجات وتلميع صورة صناعتنا في الداخل والخارج”.
