In 1979 the hottest it had ever been on this day was 29.7 C. As of late Wednesday afternoon the Halifax Stanfield International Airport reported a temperature of 30.4 C — breaking the 45 year long record. The historic normal temperature for July 10 is 23 C. The heat wave that first descended on Halifax and the province started on Monday. The multi-day event has seen humidex values between 35 to 37. While cooler temperatures can be expected along the coast, the national weather agency says people should reduce their heat risk and stay indoors when possible. People, particularly children and pets, should never remain in parked vehicles during such heat events. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post Police search for missing man last seen in Halifax next post مونتريال على موعد مع النسخة الـ14 من مهرجان ’’أوريانتاليس‘‘ You may also like أكثر من 7.000 كندي غادروا الشرق الأوسط منذ... 11 مارس، 2026 كارني يؤكّد أنّ كندا ’’لن تشارك أبداً‘‘ في... 11 مارس، 2026 فورد يُدين بشدة إطلاق النار على القنصلية الأميركية... 11 مارس، 2026 كندا تعطي ’’تيك توك‘‘ موافقة مشروطة لمواصلة العمل 11 مارس، 2026 كارني وحمد بن ثاني يناقشان ’’خفض التصعيد‘‘ في... 11 مارس، 2026 Gas prices to change as energy board invokes... 10 مارس، 2026 Operating rooms closed at Victoria General after weekend... 10 مارس، 2026 Halifax considers asking province to create centralized dangerous... 10 مارس، 2026 RCMP in N.S. continue cannabis crackdown with more... 10 مارس، 2026 Cape Breton arts centre says tourism will be... 10 مارس، 2026
