Timberlea man wanted on province-wide warrant

Halifax District RCMP are looking for a Timberlea man wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant.

Darian Marquist Smith, 24, is wanted and facing a charge of assault.

Smith is described as 5’7″ tall, 180 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Police said they have made several attempts to find Smith and are now asking for the public’s help.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to not approach him and to instead contact police or Crime Stoppers.
