According to police, the protests started at around 7:10 a.m. and held up traffic in the Hollis St and Terminal Rd area. Those arrested now face one count each of obstruction, and some are facing additional charges under the Motor Vehicle Act for failing to obey the direction of a peace officer and failing to use the sidewalk. Once the protest site was cleared, several protestors made their way to the police headquarters on Gottingen St and continued their demonstration. HRP says it respects the right to peacefully protest and will continue to work to ensure the public’s safety. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post Transport driver taken to hospital after truck overturns in Dartmouth next post Construction to begin Monday at QEII emergency department You may also like 2025 Wet weekend on tap for Halifax but sun... 9 مايو، 2025 Infant suffers serious injuries after two-vehicle collision in... 9 مايو، 2025 High-rise building evacuated after fire in laundry room 9 مايو، 2025 Nova Scotia marks 33 years since Westray Mine... 9 مايو، 2025 Volunteer in missing children search urges caution against... 9 مايو، 2025 Poor turnout for youngest voters in most recent... 9 مايو، 2025 فورد يحثّ على الوحدة الوطنية وينتقد معاملة ترودو... 8 مايو، 2025
