Missing youth: RCMP looking for Shelby England

RCMP in Halifax are seeking the publics help in locating a missing youth.

13-year-old Shelby England was last seen at 1:30 this afternoon in Beaver Bank.

She is described as having blonde hair, is about 5 foot 2, and 110 pounds. She was wearing a purple Nike sweater, grey Nike sweatpants, white Air Force 1 shoes and a yellow hoodie at the time she went missing.
