The alert said police were searching for Evan John Jackie Davies, 87. He was last seen leaving his home on Mary Rd. in Glace Bay around the noon hour on Monday. According to police Davies has dementia and he could be travelling in the areas of New Waterford, Donkin or Port Morien. He is believed to be driving a white, 2017 Ford Escape with NS license plate GLT 136.
