عرب وعالمعربي “إيران عذبتني للاعتراف بالتجسس لإسرائيل” by admin 14 أغسطس، 2019 written by admin 14 أغسطس، 2019 81 جيار غول – بي بي سي فارسي قال رجل أعمال إيراني كان ذات يوم ناجحا إنه محظوظ لأنه لم يزل على قيد الحياة بعد تعذيب السلطات الإيرانية له لإجباره على الاعتراف بالتجسس لإسرائيل واغتيال علماء نوويين إيرانيين، وهي جريمة عقوبتها الإعدام شنقا في إيران. وتلقي قصة مازيار إيراهيمي، الذي يعيش الآن في الخارج، الضوء على تنافس شرس بين الأجهزة الاستخباراتية في إيران. التقيت مازيار في فرانكفورت في يوليو/تموز، بعد أشهر من مفاجأتي بدعوته لي من ألمانيا. وكان مبعث المفاجأة أنني كنت أعتقد أنه أُعدم منذ وقت طويل. وهذا لأنه وفي عام 2012، ظهر مع اثني عشر شخصا آخرين على شاشة التلفزيون الإيراني الرسمي للإقرار باقتراف سلسلة من الجرائم التي تستوجب عقوبة الإعدام وفق القانون الإيراني. ايران تعتقل “شبكة تجسس اسرائيلية متورطة في اغتيال عالم نووي” الادعاء الايراني يطالب بالاعدام لثلاثة “جواسيس” وفي مواجهة الكاميرا، اعترفوا جميعا بأنهم تلقوا تدريبا في إسرائيل قبل العودة إلى إيران واغتيال علماء نوويين إيرانيين. وكان سيناريو الاعتراف مكتوبا بمعرفة وزارة الاستخبارات الإيرانية – إحدى وكالتي الاستخبارات الإيرانية الرئيسيتين- والتي زعمت كذلك أنها فككت شبكة تجسس إسرائيلية. وفي غرفته في الفندق، شاهدنا فيديو باعترافه المزعوم. ويقول مازيار، الذي لا يزال مهزوزا رغم كل تلك السنين، إنه وافق على “الاعتراف” بعد أن واصلوا تعذيبه نحو 40 يوما وليلة بلا توقف. ويتذكر “كان المحققون يجلدون قدمي بسلك كهرباء غليظ. وقد كسروا قدمي. واستمر الضرب سبعة أشهر”. وقبل أن تعتقله وزارة الاستخبارات، كان مازيار، 46 عاما، يدير شركة متخصصة في تجهيز الاستديوهات التلفزيونية. وكان عمله يستدعي سفره للخارج باستمرار. ويعتقد مازيار أن أحد منافسيه في السوق افتأت عليه وتقدم ضده ببلاغ للسلطات متهما إياه بالتجسس لصالح الأجانب. وفي الفترة بين عامي 2010 و2012 اغتيل علماء إيرانيون، وكانت خدمة الاستخبارات الإيرانية تواجه ضغطا سياسيا هائلا للتوصل إلى الجناة. وواجه مازيار، وأكثر من مئة شخص، اتهاما بالتجسس. يقول إنه كان على استعداد للاعتراف بأي شي، وقد تمنى الموت “لمجرد الخلاص من تعذيب وإذلال متواصلين”. لكن “اعترافه” لم يكن يشفي غليل المحققين الذين كانوا يريدون المزيد. وفي 2011، دمر انفجار هائل مصنع صواريخ تابعا لقوات الحرس الثوري الإيراني، ولقي العشرات من خبراء الصواريخ مصرعهم. يقول مازيار إن وكالة الاستخبارات أرادت منه الاعتراف بضلوعه في التفجير. “قال لي المحقق: ‘زملاؤنا في الحرس الثوري الإيراني سيوجهون إليك عددا من الأسئلة. فقط تحدث عن الانفجار، ولا تزد عما أُخبرت به'” REUTERS وفي ذلك الوقت كانت هناك حالة من التنافس الشرس بين الحرس الثوري الإيراني ووزارة الاستخبارات في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب. يقول مازيار إن استجوابه من جانب ضابط استخبارات الحرس الثوري الإيراني بعد نحو سبعة أشهر من اعتقاله أول مرة هو الذي أنقذه. ويتذكر أن الضابط استشاط غضبا لدى اكتشافه تناقضات شابت الشهادة “التي فبركتها وزارة الاستخبارات”. وفجأة توقف سيل التعذيب، بل واعتذرت وزارة الاستخبارات لمازيار وآخرين واجهوا الاتهامات نفسها. لكن مازيار وسجناء آخرين ظلوا قيد الاعتقال لستة وعشرين شهرا آخر ولم يُطلق سراحه إلا في 2015. تسريبات ويكيليكس ويقول مهدي مهدوي آزاد، الخبير النووي والأمني الإيراني المقيم في بون، إن أجهزة الاستخبارات الإيرانية المتنافسة كانت تلفق قضايا وترغم أبرياء على الاعتراف باقتراف جرائم لم يقترفوها. يقول مهدي إن السنوات القليلة الأخيرة شهدت تلفيق استخبارات الحرس الثوري الإيراني اتهامات بالتجسس لمفاوضين نوويين وعلماء بيئة، حتى أثبتت وزارة الاستخبارات في وقت لاحق أن القضايا ملفقة. وبعد إطلاق سراحه، تقدم مازيار بشكوى ضد كل من وزارة الاستخبارات والتلفزيون الإيراني الرسمي والعديد من الصحف التي اتهمته باطلا بالتجسس لصالح إسرائيل. لكنه تراجع وسحب الشكوى بعد أن نصحه قاضي التحقيق بقبول التعويض، قائلا له: “قد يطعنك أحدهم في ظهرك في شارع مظلم. لا زلت شابا، فلا تغامر بحياتك”. وعلى تويتر، غرّد محمود صادقي، وهو برلماني إيراني إصلاحي بارز، مطالبا المسؤولين عن إرغام المتهمين على الاعتراف قسرا بتقديم توضيح. وانتقل مازيار إلى ألمانيا قبل ستة أشهر، طالبا اللجوء، لكنه حتى الآن يقول إنه لا يزال يعاني آلاما مبرحة تنتابه بين الحين والآخر، فضلا عن تحطم عموده الفقري. ومن بين المعترفين بالتجسس لإسرائيل، واحد فقط هو الذي تلقى عقوبة الإعدام، بحسب مازيار. وأُعدم ماجد جمالي فاشي قبل شهرين من اعتقال مازيار.
