The yet-to-be-named Toronto franchise has announced it’s signed Stellarton’s Blayre Turnbull to a three-year contract. The team also inking Sarah Nurse and Renata Fast to three year deals. Salary wasn’t disclosed, but the Canadian Press reports the PWHL’s annual salaries will range from $35,000 to $80,000 USD. All three players were part of Canada’s gold medal run at last year’s Beijing Olympics.
