1- المرأة في الأعلى
يستلقي الرجل في هذه الوضعية على ظهره، وتجلس المرأة على حوضه. تعتبر هذه الوضعية من أفضل الوضعيات بالنسبة المرأة الحامل منا أنها المفضلة لجميع النساء لأنها تسمح لها بالسيطرة والتحفيز. تعمل العديد من العضلات في هذه الوضعية بسبب حركة الصعود إلى الأعلى والنزول ومواصلة التحرك. تعد هذه الوضعية من أهم وضعيات الجماع التي يفضل أن تمارسها المرأة في شهور الحمل الاخيرة لأنها تساعد في توسيع عنق الرحم.
2- وضعية الاحتضان
يجلس في هذه الوضعية الزوج على السرير وتجلس الزوجه في حضنه، وهي وضعية آمنة تماماّ للرحم والجنين. تساعد الحركة الكثيرة في هذه الوضعية على ضبط العضلات. تعد هذه الوضعية من الوضعيات المريحة جداً للمرأة الحامل وتساعدها على الاسترخاء ولا تتطلب الكثير من القدرة على التحمل، كما أنها تساعد في زيادة تقلّصات الرحم وتسهيل عملية الولادة.
3- وضعية الخلفية
في هذه الوضعية، تركع المرأة على أطرافها الأربعة ويجلس الزوج من وراءها. تساعد هذه الوضعية على اختراق المهبل بسهولة والمخاض. في هذه الوضعية، لا تقوم المرأة بالكثير من الحركة لذلك تعتبر وضعية فثالية عند الاقتراب من موعد الولادة.
4- الوضعية العمودي
ينصح عادةّ الأطباء الأزواج بممارسة الوضعية العمودية خلال أشهر الحمل الاخيرة لأنها تساعد في توسيع عنق الرحم، كما أنها لا تضع الكثير من الضغط على المرأة والجنين. من ناحية أخرى، تساعد هذه الوضعية المرأة الحامل على الاسترخاء والاستمتاع أيضًا بممارسة العلاقة الحميمة.
5- الوضعية الأمامية
تساعد هذا الوضعية الأمامية خلال ممارسة الجماع في توسيع المهبل وعنق الرحم ولكنها مزعجة بعض الشيء بسبب حجم البطن الكبير. تقوم الزوجة بالاستلقاء على ظهرها وفتح ساقيها ويستلقي الرجل من الأعلى. تساعد هذه الوضعية الرحم في الامتداد والتوسيع، وفتح عنق الرحم.
