الجهادية المهيمنة في محافظة إدلب – هما مسؤول المكتب الإعلامي العسكري أبو مصعب الحمصي والقيادي البارز معتز النصر (أبو تامر الحمصي) – أثناء الرد على الضربات الجوية الروسية التي قتلت ما يصل إلى 13 فرداً، من بينهم نساء وأطفال. يجب النظر إلى الحادثة في سياق مفاوضات الأمم المتحدة التي تجري بين الولايات المتحدة وروسيا حول مواصلة إدخال المساعدات الإنسانية عبر الحدود إلى الأراضي غير الخاضعة لسيطرة نظام سياساتها من موقع قوة. من هو أبو خالد الشامي؟ نشرت القناة الإخبارية المحلية، “تلفزيون سوريا” تفاصيل لم تُنشر سابقاً حول السيرة الذاتية للشامي. ورغم أن أقاربه لم يكشفوا عن اسمه الحقيقي بسبب مخاوف أمنية، لكن من المعروف أنه ينحدر من قرية جسرين في منطقة الغوطة الشرقية وعُرف خلال فترة محددة باسم أبو خالد جسرين. وقبل ثورة 2011، عمل في مصنع محلي للخياطة قبل انتقاله إلى السعودية للعمل هناك. ووفقاً لبعض التقارير، عاد إلى سوريا في آذار/مارس 2011 للانضمام إلى التظاهرات التي عمّت شوارع قريته إلى جانب “المجلس المحلي لبلدة جسرين”. وانتقل الشامي لاحقاً إلى القتال العسكري، حيث شارك في العديد من المعارك الرئيسية حول الغوطة الشرقية في الفترة 2013-2017. وفي البداية، كان عضواً في “لواء القعقاع بن عمرو التميمي” وهو جزء من تحالف المتمردين “الاتحاد الإسلامي لأجناد الشام”، الذي وفقاً لبعض التقارير كان لديه ميل إسلامي قريب من نزعة جماعة “الإخوان المسلمين”. وفي شباط/فبراير 2016، اندمج “أجناد الشام” مع تحالف “فيلق الرحمن”، وهو منافس للجماعة السلفية الأقوى “جيش الإسلام” في الغوطة الشرقية. غير أن العديد من المقاتلين عارضوا الدمج، حيث انضم بعضهم في المقابل إلى “جيش الإسلام”، في حين اختار آخرون (بمن فيهم الشامي) «جبهة النصرة»، الفرع المحلي لـ تنظيم «القاعدة»، التي أصبحت تُعرف فيما بعد باسم «هيئة تحرير الشام». وارتقى الشامي في الرتب ضمن مناصب أمنية مختلفة، ليصبح القائد العسكري للجماعة في الغوطة الشرقية، ومن ثم القائد العام للمنطقة فيما بعد. غير أنه بحلول نيسان/أبريل 2018، استعاد نظام الأسد وشركاؤه الروس والإيرانيون المنطقة بعد إخضاع الفصائل المقاتلة المحلية عبر حملات الحصار والتجويع. وبالنسبة للمقاتلين الذين نجوا من الهجوم ولم يفروا من المنطقة، وافق النظام على نقلهم بحافلات إلى إدلب، آخر معقل جهادي في سوريا. وما أن وصل الشامي إلى إدلب، تمّ تعيينه المتحدث العسكري الرسمي لـ «هيئة تحرير الشام» في حزيران/يونيو 2018. ومن خلال منصبه هذا، أصدر تصريحات باسم الجماعة، وأجرى مقابلات مع وكالة “إباء” الإخبارية التابعة لـ «هيئة تحرير الشام»، وظهر في رسائل مصوّرة تتعلق عادةً بتحديثات لآخر التطورات العسكرية. وكانت أحدث رسائله العلنية الرسمية هي بيان آذار/مارس 2021 رداً على جولة سابقة من الضربات الجوية الروسية في إدلب. التداعيات حتى تلك الفترة، كانت جميع عناصر «هيئة تحرير الشام» تمدح الشامي. ومن بين هذه العناصر كبار الإيديولوجيين في «الهيئة»، وجناحها العسكري، ومكتب العلاقات الإعلامية، وجماعات جبهة القتال المحلية، و”حكومة الإنقاذ” المدنية. وعلى الرغم من صعوبة التنبؤ بالتداعيات المباشرة لمقتل الشامي، فمن المرجح أن يتمّ استبداله بشخص موالٍ للرؤية الإصلاحية الجهادية لزعيم «هيئة تحرير الشام» أبو محمد الجولاني، والتي تدّعي أنها تقّدم “طريق ثالث” يختلف عن كل من مسار تنظيمي «القاعدة» و«الدولة الإسلامية». أما بالنسبة للتداعيات على سياسة الولايات المتحدة، فرغم أن واشنطن ليست حليفة لـ «هيئة تحرير الشام»، إلا أنه عليها أن تدرك أن الضربات الروسية ضد الجماعة هي وسيلة أخرى يستخدمها بوتين للتأكيد على أنه الشخص الذي يتحكّم في مستقبل سوريا. ومن ثم، فإن استمرار اعتماد المقاربة الوديعة التي ميّزت السياسة الأمريكية في سوريا منذ تدخل روسيا عام 2015، لن تؤدي إلّا إلى المزيد من هذا الاستعراض للعضلات، سواء في إدلب أو خلال اجتماعات جنيف أو قبل اتخاذ أي قرارات دبلوماسية رئيسية أخرى. هارون زيلين هو
