ثقافة و فنونعربي نحن أبناء قضية أمنون يا سيادة الرئيس! by admin 17 أغسطس، 2019 written by admin 17 أغسطس، 2019 26 مجلة رمان الثقافية / أسماء الغول – كاتبة من فلسطين من النادر أن تجد صديقاً يبكي لتردي حالك أو حين يسمع شكواك لمجرد أنه يشفق عليك من عذاب ما تمر به، لكن أنا لدي هذا الصديق، واسمه فتحي صباح، فلم أر دمعة قريبة مثل دمعته حين يسمع آلام المحيطين به؛ في حرب صيف 2014 بكى معي بحرقة بعد مقتلة عمي وعائلته من قبل طائرات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي التي استهدفتهم وهم نيام، وكذلك حين اخترت ترك قطاع غزة في 2016، وقبلها كثير من الأحزان الشخصية. وحين يبدأ فتحي بالبكاء فهو يجهش به وسرعان ما تتبعه زوجته وابنيه وابنتيه جمانا وريم، عائلة صافية القلب، تهب لمساعدة كل من تستطيع مساعدته، ولا تنتظر شيئاً من أحد بل ترفض أي امتيازات؛ فهذا ديدن أي صحافي شريف مستقل، وهكذا كان وسيبقى الصحافي فتحي صباح، الذي كان أول تعارفنا عام 2005 بمكتب جريدة الأيام حيث جمعنا مطبخ التحرير لسنوات تعلمت خلالها الكثير في الصحافة والميدان. اليوم فتحي يمر بأزمة كبيرة، ريم ابنته التي لم أقابل أكثر مرحاً منها ولا تزال ضحكتها ترن في أّذني، تمر بأزمة صحية بعد سبعة أعوام على إصابتها بالسرطان، والسبب هي عقوبات سلطة رام الله لقطاع غزة وأهله وسياسات الاحتلال، فيا تُرى كم شخص سيبكي مع فتحي في أزمته؟ كم واحد منا سيساعده فيها؟ كم كلمة ستخرج منا تواسيه وتكون بلسماً له ولعائلته كما كانوا للكثيرين خلال سنين طويلة؟ كنت أقول له ولعائلته حين نجتمع: “لم أرَ رجلاً في حياتي متديناً مثلك يا فتحي”، فتقابلني عبارات المزاح، ولكني أصر على رأيي، فالدين ليس طقوساً بل أخلاق ورحمة وتسامح، وهذا كله عنده بل أكثر، ونادراً ما رأيته عند أصحاب الطقوس. لكن اليوم، هناك ما يكسر هذه العائلة المُميزة، المُساندة، الحُرة، وهذا الرجل الحق، وأدعو الكل إلى الوقوف معهم في أزمتهم، والتي وصلت إلى درجة خطيرة من الإهمال وتعمّد دائرة العلاج في الخارج في وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية بالتهرب من علاج ابنته ريم. وقد كتب فتحي على صفحته في “الفيسبوك”، في الأول من أغسطس الجاري: “مدير العلاج في الخارج في رام الله د. هيثم الهدري لا يزال حتى الآن يماطل ويتهرب من توقيع تحويلة بنتي ريما، وفي كل مرة يتذرع بذرائع وحجج جديدة… وعلماً أنه أبلغ في أوقات سابقة من تدخلوا بأنه وافق على تحويلتها وتغطيتها مالياً، وتبين أن ذلك غير صحيح، طبعاً وعود رئيس الحكومة د. محمد اشتية، ووزيرة الصحة د. مي كيلة، ذهبت أدراج الرياح. خطية بنتي في رقابكم”! ريم ليست وحدها ضحية الانقسام المستمر منذ 2006 بين فتح وحماس والضفة وغزة، بل كل يوم هناك ضحية جديدة، يصادف أن نرى صورتها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بعد أن يتم رفض تحويل علاجها من قطاع غزة إلى مستشفيات إسرائيل من رجال ونساء وأطفال، من كل الأعمار والمشارب، والسبب كونهم من غزة، سبب عنصري يتعلق بالأصول والجغرافيا، فحين تمنع حق العلاج لأنه مكتوب في هويته غزة، أو تنقص راتبه لأنه موظف غزة، وتمتنع عن دفع ضرائب الكهرباء فتقطعها عنه فهذا لا يعني سوى أنك تمارس جرائم كراهية. وإن الأمر لهيّن إذا ما فعله الاحتلال، ولكن حين يفعلها من يشبهك في جنسيتك ولغتك ودينك وتاريخك، ويكون مسؤولاً حكومياً فهذه سياسيات عنصرية تشبه سياسات الحكومات الأمريكية ضد السود عبر التاريخ، أو ما حدث بجنوب أفريقيا، وهذا يستدعي إلى عقلي صورة نيلسون مانديلا الضخمة التي كانت خلفية قائد حماس إسماعيل هنية خلال خطابه في بدايات مسيرات العودة العام الماضي، فربما فعلاً هذا الوطن يحتاج مانديلا يحررنا من عنصرية بعضنا البعض قبل عنصرية الاحتلال، عدا أن هنية نفسه لا يصلح لهذا الدور، فهو أيضاً عنصري داخل غزة لأنه يميل لأبناء حزبه ومن يمثلونه، لذلك من الممكن القول إنه لا يوجد قلب على غزة، يخاف عليها وعلى شعبها بأكمله دون تمييز، يطبطب عليها، ولا يستغلها وقتما تقتضي مصالحه، بل هناك اثنان يتقاتلان على غزة مثل الفريسة المذبوحة التي وصلت آخر نفس. وفي بيان نُشر شهر يوليو الماضي لحملة “حق غزة في العلاج”، أوضح أن هناك استمرار لإجراءات معقدة تستنزف وقتاً طويلاً تجاه المواطنين في قطاع غزة من قبل السلطة والحكومة الفلسطينية التي أدت إلى تقليص في تغطية تكاليف العلاج في الخارج، ما حرم عدداً من مرضى غزة المصابين بأمراض خطيرة لا تستطيع المستشفيات المحلية التعامل معهم، كأمراض السرطان والقلب والأوعية الدموية وغيرها، من الوصول إلى العلاج الملائم. وأوضح البيان أن عدد المصابين بمرض السرطان هو 8515 مريضاً في قطاع غزة، من بينهم 608 أطفال، 4705 نساء، يواجهون أخطاراً يومية متزايدة تمنعهم من الحصول على الرعاية الصحية المناسبة، الأمر الذي يهدد حياتهم، وقد تسبب بالفعل بموت بعضهم. وفي تقرير للمركز الفلسطيني لحقوق الإنسان بعنوان “ممنوعون من العلاج في الخارج” صدر في سبتمبر العام الماضي، ذكر أنه خلال 2018 عرقل الاحتلال سفر 6401 مريضاً من المحولين للعلاج في الخارج، وارتفعت وتيرة رفض طلبات المرضى بدعوى توفر العلاج في قطاع غزة. والمذهل في الأمر هو التوافق الكامل بين سياسات السلطة وسياسات الاحتلال تجاه قطاع غزة، والعقوبات المتبادلة بينهما في حق أهله؛ والتي تطال الرواتب والكهرباء وتحويلات العلاج والمياه وغيرها من القضايا التي تركت قطاع غزة في فوضى وعجز وفقر ومرض، لذلك ليس غريباً أنها ستكون خلال 2020 غير قابلة للحياة كما أعلن تقرير للأمم المتحدة قبل عقد من الزمان. لا أدري ماذا ننتظر كي نقف بجانب ريم وعائلتها وآلاف المرضى الآخرين الذين ينتظرون الموت، أين الأوهام التي باعها رئيس الحكومة الحالي في رام الله محمد اشتية لأهل القطاع بأنه سيقف معهم؟ أين القيادات والوزراء الذين تعود أصولهم إلى قطاع غزة عما يحدث من عقوبات ظالمة وعنصرية؟ فالتاريخ سيحاكمهم جميعاً خاصة الشعراء والروائيين منهم! فهل يجرؤ أحدكم أن يقول للرئيس محمود عباس “جعلتنا أبناء قضية أمنون يا سيادة الرئيس”! وتلهمني كثيراً حادثة أمنون كي أقارن بها وضعنا الحالي في القطاع، لذلك يجب أن أسردها لكم، وأعلم لاحقاً أنكم ستشكون من طول مقالاتي، لكن لا بأس، فربما نفهم التاريخ معاً. في عام 1990 دخل الجندي الإسرائيلي أمنون بوميرنتس مخيم البريج بالخطأ، حين كان يقصد المدخل المؤدي إلى المستوطنة لكنه دخل إلى شارع المخيم، وحين لاحظ أن الطريق ليست ذاتها حاول العودة بسيارته، ولكن بعد فوات الأوان، فقد وجد مئات من الشباب يركضون خلف سيارته ويرشقونها بالحجارة، وارتبك وهو يقود بسرعة ما جعله يصطدم قبل الخروج من المخيم، حيث كان الجحيم بانتظاره، فلم يتبقَ شيئاً في المخيم لم يتم رشق السيارة به، إلى أن تم إحراقها. ولم تمر نصف ساعة حتى حول الاحتلال المخيم لجحيم من نوع آخر، فقد نسفوا المنازل واعتقلوا كثيرين حتى من كانوا شهوداً فقط، وجرّفوا الشوارع، واختفى العديد من شباب المخيم في مناطق أخرى في قطاع غزة، وكانوا أبطالاً ومحل فخر بنظر سكان القطاع، لكنهم في ذات الوقت أعلنهم الاحتلال مطلوبين خطرين، لذلك كان حين يقابل أحدهم الآخر يقول له “ابن قضية أمنون”. اليوم كل مرضى غزة وأهلها أصبحوا أبناء قضية أمنون، لكن هذه المرة حماس القضية، وكلنا أولاد حماس أو أولاد أمنون بنظر الرئيس حتى من يقف شاهداً على حكمهم، أو تواجد معها في ذات المكان، فالجميع بنظره يستحق العقاب. إنه العقاب الجغرافي والأيديولوجي العنصري، يعاني منه آلاف المرضى والموظفين الذين يعيشون في قطاع غزة في حصار مستمر منذ 12 عاماً. لذلك إذا كان مكان الولادة غزة في هويتك، فستكون عزيزي أو عزيزتي الأتعس حظاً في الكون ليس فقط لأنك لن تأخذ التأشيرات بسهولة، أو لأنك ستحرم من السفر إذا لم يكن والدك قائداً أو لديك واسطة أو معك رشوة، أو لأنك ستموت إذا مرضت في ريعان الشباب أو الطفولة، بل لأنك رخيص رُخص التراب عند قادتك الكُثر، فمن منهم في غزة يهدرون أموالاً تساوي أكثر من 400 مليون دولار لتعبيد الشوارع لأنهم يريدون أن تسابق “جيباتهم” الريح علّهم يشعرون بـ”الخلجنة”، في حين أنهم لم يفكروا يوماً بإقامة مستشفى سرطان واحد مجهز بالكامل، أما من منهم في الضفة فيعالجون أسنانهم في الخارج على نفقة الحكومة وكذلك يدفعون تكاليف مدارس أبنائهم وبناتهم الخاصة بذات الطريقة، وفي النهاية أنت محسوب لديهم على قادة غزة، وستكون ضحية انقسام. ومن هنا، فإن حظك الجيد الوحيد يا من ولدت في قطاع غزة هو أن يكون لديك صديق بقلب فتحي صباح وعائلته، وهذا ما كان لدي ولا يزال!
