عرب وعالمعربي نائب إيراني: قم بؤرة انتشار كورونا في إيران ودول الجوار by admin 4 مارس، 2020 written by admin 4 مارس، 2020 144 العربية/ دبي – مسعود الزاهد / تُعتبر قم، وهي العاصمة الدينية لـ”الجمهورية الإسلامية” الإيرانية، بؤرة انتشار فيروس كورونا في إيران الذي انتقل لاحقاً منها إلى عدة محافظات إيرانية وعدد من دول الجوار. ولم تفصح السلطات الإيرانية عن الأرقام الحقيقية للوفيات بكورونا في بعض المدن، ومنها العاصمتان السياسية طهران والدينية قم. وفي نفس السياق، نشرت وكالة “إرنا” الإيرانية للأنباء اليوم إحصائيات عن تفشي فيروس كورونا، مبنية على تقارير لجامعات الطب الإيرانية. إلا أن عدد الوفيات في ثلاث محافظات تفشى فيها فيروس كورونا بشكل أوسع من سائر المحافظات، وهي طهران وقم وجيلان، غير مدرج في هذه الإحصائيات. كما لا تشير الإحصائيات الرسمية اليومية التي تقدمها وزارة الصحة الإيرانية إلى عدد الوفيات في هذه المحافظات بتاتاً. نائب عن تبريز: “قم هي السبب“ وتحوم تساؤلات حول أسباب التكتم على إحصائيات انتشار الفيروس في إيران وبؤرته الأولى، أي مدينة قم. وفي هذا السياق، قال النائب عن مدينة تبريز (عاصمة إقليم آذربيجان إيران)، شهاب الدين بي مقدار، في مقابلة أجراها مع وكالة “إيلنا” شبه الرسمية أمس الثلاثاء: “التأخير في البدء بالإجراءات الوقائية كان أحد الأخطاء التي ارتكبها المسؤولون. لو تم فرض الحجر الصحي على مدينة قم، لما انتشرت العدوى بهذا الشكل”. وشدد بي مقدار على أن “فيروس كورونا انتشر في المحافظات الإيرانية ودول الجوار انطلاقاً من مدينة قم”. تعقيم مرقد السيدة معصومة وأكد تصريحات بي مقدار، نائب رئيس البرلمان ووزير الصحة الإيراني الأسبق الدكتور مسعود بزشكيان، الذي قال في مقابلة مع موقع “إنصاف نيوز” الناطق بالفارسية: “لو كنت مكان وزير الصحة لفرضت الحجر الصحي على مدينة قم منذ اليوم الأول”. كما أشار بزشكيان إلى أن الإحصائيات التي تُنشر حول تفشي فيروس كورونا في إيران “لا تعكس الأرقام الحقيقية“، على حد قوله. لماذا لا يتم فرض الحجر على قم؟ يذكر أن مدينة قم، التي تضم “مرقد السيدة معصومة بنت الإمام موسى الكاظم” بالإضافة إلى ثاني أهم الحوزات الدينية للمذهب الاثني عشري من بعد النجف في العراق، يسكنها كبار مراجع مذهب السلطة في نظام “الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية” والذي يؤكد أنه “يأخذ شرعيته” من هذا المذهب. لذا فإن قرار فرض الحجر الصحي على العاصمة الدينية لإيران، ليس بيد السلطة التنفيذية المستقرة في العاصمة السياسية طهران. لكن كورونا سرعان ما تفشى في إيران كاشفاً الاختلالات في النظام الإيراني، ما أجبر السلطات على إعلان مدينة قم كمصدر لانتشار الفيروس في إيران. وقد أكد مسؤولو وزارة الصحة الإيرانية في عدة مناسبات أن الأشخاص المصابين في أجزاء أخرى من إيران مرتبطون بطريقة أو أخرى بمدينة قم. الإحصائيات التي نشرتها وكالة “إرنا” حيث تظهر غياب الأرقام المحددة للوفيات في قم وطهران وجيلان كما عاد بعض سكان الخليج وعدد من البلدان العربية بعد زيارة لهذه المدينة إلى بلدانهم ناقلين معهم الفيروس، ومنها الكويت والعراق والبحرين وسلطنة عمان وقطر ولبنان. وعلى الرغم من التحذيرات، لم تجد المطالبات الرسمية والشعبية بفرض الحجر الصحي على قم صدى يذكر. وعارضت شخصيات دينية بارزة، بمن فيها محمد سعيدي سادن “مرقد السيدة معصومة”، إغلاق المراقد الدينية في قم، لكن السلطات قررت رغم ذلك تعليق صلاة الجمعة في مختلف المدن الإيرانية. وفي هذا الصدد أيضاً، أصدر موقع “مرقد السيدة معصومة” مذكرة تنتقد قرار مجلس محافظة قم بتعليق صلاة الجماعة وإجراءات تعقيم ضريح المرقد، زاعماً أن “هيكل الضريح مضاد للجراثيم وهو حاجز قوي لوباء كورونا”. وتعليقاً على هذه الإجراءات الوقائية التي أتت متأخرة جداً، قال محمد سعيدي: “العدو يخطط لتشويه سمعة مدينة قم ولن يتم إغلاق الضريح على الإطلاق”. من التصويت في الانتخابات النيابية في ضواحي طهران التكتم بسبب ذكرى الثورة والانتخابات البرلمانية ولم تكشف السلطات الإيرانية عن انتشار فيروس كورونا في وقت مبكر، بل أعلنت عنه بعد وفاة شخصين في مدينة قم قبيل تنظيم الانتخابات البرلمانية في 21 فبراير/شباط الماضي. وقبل ذلك، وتحديداً في 11 فبراير/شباط، كانت إيران على موعد مع الذكرى السنوية الـ41 للثورة. ويرى بعض المراقبين أن المناسبتين (الانتخابات وذكرى الثورة) كانتا السبب وراء عدم الإعلان عن انتشار كورونا في إيران، حيث النظام كان بحاجة ماسة لإثبات شرعيته الشعبية من خلال مشاركة أكبر عدد ممكن من المواطنين في المسيرات والانتخابات، الأمر الذي دفع السلطات إلى إخفاء الحقائق حول انتشار العدوى في البلاد. سيدتان ترتديان كمامات في العاصمة الإيرانية طهران للوقاية من كورونا وتأتي حاجة النظام الإيراني للشرعية بعد المظاهرات الشعبية الواسعة التي عمت البلاد في منتصف نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني الماضي احتجاجا على ارتفاع أسعار الوقود، والاحتجاجات على خلفية إسقاط الطائرة الأوكرانية في يناير/كانون الثاني الماضي، وهما أزمتان وضعتا شرعية وشعبية النظام على المحك. وتعيش إيران هذه الأيام ظروفا في غاية الدقة والخطورة، حيث أعلنت وزارة الصحة الإيرانية اليوم الأربعاء أن عدد المصابين بفيروس كورونا بلغ 2922 (في ارتفاع بواقع 586 شخصاً عن أمس) والمتوفين 92 (في ارتفاع بواقع 15 شخصاً عن أمس). المزيد عن : قم, /فيروس, /وباء, /كورونا 216 comments 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post أردوغان وبوتين: نهاية علاقة الغرام next post Achin’ for bacon?
