سكاي نيوز عربية – أبوظبي – قال الرئيس اللبناني السابق، ميشال سليمان، في مقابلة خاصة مع “سكاي نيوز عربية”، مساء الاثنين، إن الاستراتيجية الإقليمية التي تنتمي لها ميليشيات حزب الله الموالية لإيران تعطل الاستراتيجية الدفاعية الوطنية عن لبنان.
وقال سليمان الذي كان رئيسا للبنان بين عامي (2008-2014) إن استراتيجية هذه الميليشيات لا تتناسب مع استراتيجية الداخلية الخاصة بالدفاع عن لبنان وليس عن أي مكان آخر.
ولفت الرئيس اللبناني السابق إلى أن بلاده لم تتوصل بعد إلى إقرار الاستراتيجية الدفاعية، وهي باختصار: “قرار سياسي للدولة وقرار عسكري للجيش والاستفادة من إمكانيات من حزب الله بإمرة الجيش عند اللزوم، وهذه بصورة مؤقتة حتى يأتي السلاح وتسليح الجيش”.
وأشار إلى أن الدولة اللبنانية يمكن أن يصبح قرارها بيدها في حال أقرت الاستراتيجية الدفاعية التي عمل من أجل لسنوات طويلة.
وتحدث الرئيس السابق عن إعلان بعبدا عام 2012 الخاص بتحييد لبنان من صراعات المحاور، لأن ارتباط حزب الله أو غيره بالاستراتيجية الإقليمية يعطل الاستراتيجية الوطنية اللبنانية.
وجاء هذا الإعلان بمثابة مقدمة لطرح الاستراتيجية الدفاعية، لكن حزب الله تنكر للإعلان ورفض تحييد لبنان، بحسب الرئيس اللبناني السابق.
وأكد سليمان أن أحد أهم عوامل نجاح الاستراتيجية الدفاعية في لبنان أيضا، هو اقتناع حزب الله بأن يكون القرار العسكري والأمني والسياسي بيد الدولة.
وشدد على أن تفرد حزب الله بالشؤون الدفاعية يضعف الدولة اللبنانية ليس على الصعيد السياسي والعسكري بل وحتى على الصعيد الاقتصادي.
واعتبر الرئيس اللبناني السابق سقوط الطائرتين الإسرائيليتين المسيرتين فوق الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت، الليلة الماضية، تطورا خطيرا.
وقال إن ما حصل فوق الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت “اعتداء سافر” يجب أن يرد عليه بـ”توازن” ومن قبل الدولة اللبنانية وليس من قبل ميليشيات حزب الله.
وأضاف أن الحادث يستدعي من لبنان أن يبدأ في التصدي لهذه الطائرات بالوسائل المتوفرة.
أما موضوع القصف في سوريا فلا يتعلق بلبنان، وقال إنه على حزب الله عدم التدخل في سوريا، فهو أمر يتعلق بالقيادة السورية.
