غير معلن، في الغالب. ونقلت “تايمز أوف إسرائيل” عن “القناة 13” قولها أمس إن استهداف المنشأة المخصصة لإنتاج أجهزة الطرد المركزي، في مدينة كرج، تم عبر طائرة مسيرة، وأدى إلى أضرار بالمصنع، من دون أن تحدد الجهة المسؤولة عن الهجوم. من جهتها، نقلت صحيفة “نيويورك تايمز” الأميركية عن مصدر إيراني لم تسمه تأكيده حصول هجوم عبر طائرة مسيرة صغيرة. ووفق التقرير، أطلقت “الدرون” من منطقة قريبة من موقع المصنع، في داخل إيران، وحققت هدفها. وقالت الصحيفة إن استهداف هذه المنشآت كان ضمن لائحة قدمتها إسرائيل للرئيس الأميركي السابق دونالد ترمب، التي تضمنت اغتيال محسن فخري زاده، الذي قتل في نوفمبر (تشرين الثاني) 2020، واستهداف منشأة نطنز النووية، وهو ما حصل في أبريل (نيسان) الماضي. ووفق التقرير، كانت المنشأة المستهدفة أخيراً تنتج أجهزة طرد مركزي بديلة وأكثر تطوراً لتلك التي دمرت في الهجوم على نطنز، مما سيساعد في تسريع عملية تخصيب اليورانيوم. وذكرت “نيويورك تايمز” أن هيئة الطيران الإيرانية أعلنت الأربعاء، عقب الجهوم، أنها ستطلب إصدار تشريع يحذر استخدام الطائرات المسيرة المدنية من دون الحصول على تراخيص مسبقة. عملية “تخريب” وكانت طهران أعلنت إحباط عملية “تخريب” كانت تستهدف أحد مباني المنظمة الإيرانية للطاقة الذرية، من دون أن تؤدي الى أضرار، وفق التلفزيون الرسمي. وأوردت وكالة الأنباء والتلفزيون الإيرانية “إيريب نيوز” على موقعها الإلكتروني، “صباح الأربعاء، فشلت عملية تخريب ضد أحد مباني منظمة الطاقة الذرية ولم تتسبب بأي ضرر مالي أو بشري”، من دون تقديم تفاصيل إضافية. وأضافت الوكالة “نظرا الى الإجراءات المتخذة لحماية الأماكن العائدة الى منظمة الطاقة الذرية، تم تحييد عملية هذا الصباح قبل أن تضّر بالمبنى، ولم يتمكن المخربون من متابعة مخططهم”. ولم يقدم التلفزيون تفاصيل بشأن المبنى المستهدف ومكانه، أو طبيعة العملية التي تأتي في وقت تخوض طهران والقوى الكبرى مباحثات في فيينا سعيا لإحياء الاتفاق حول برنامج إيران النووي الذي انسحبت منه الولايات المتحدة أحاديا قبل ثلاثة أعوام. ويأتي الإعلان عن محاولة التخريب، بعد أقل من ثلاثة أيام على إعلان المنظمة الإيرانية للطاقة الذرية وقف العمل “بضعة أيام” في محطة بوشهر للطاقة النووية في جنوب البلاد، لأسباب يعتقد أنها مرتبطة بأعمال صيانة دورية أو إصلاح أعطال، لكن السلطات قدمت تفسيرات متباينة بشأنها. “الاستيلاء” على 33 موقعاً وأعلنت وزارة العدل الأميركية، في بيان، أنها “استولت” على 33 موقعاً لوسائل إعلام إيرانية وثلاثة مواقع عراقية تابعة لـ”كتائب حزب الله” كانت تستضيفها نطاقات تملكها الولايات المتحدة في انتهاكات للعقوبات المفروضة. وقالت “استناداً إلى قرارات قضائية، استولت الولايات المتحدة على 33 موقعاً يستخدمها اتحاد الإذاعات والتلفزيونات الإسلامية وثلاثة مواقع إلكترونية يستخدمها حزب الله في انتهاك للعقوبات الأميركية”. لكن الوزارة لم تكشف هوية الشركات الأميركية المالكة لهذه النطاقات التي تستضيف هذه المواقع، ولم توضح الإجراءات التي ستتخذ في إطار انتهاك هذه العقوبات. في المقابل، دانت إيران الأربعاء على لسان محمود واعظي، مدير مكتب الرئيس حسن روحاني، إغلاق واشنطن المواقع الإلكترونية، معتبرة ذلك خطوة “غير بناءة” في ظل المباحثات لإحياء الاتفاق حول برنامج طهران النووي. وقال واعظي في تصريحات متلفزة “سنلجأ إلى كل الوسائل القانونية للتحرك بطريقة متبادلة، لإدانة هذه الخطوة وأيضاً كشف هذه السياسة الخاطئة من الولايات المتحدة، والتي تبدو غير بناءة في حين تجرى مباحثات بشأن الاتفاق حول البرنامج النووي”. وظهرت الإشعارات بعد مرور أيام على انتخاب إبراهيم رئيسي رئيساً جديداً لإيران وبعد أن أجّل مبعوثون من إيران وست دول كبرى بينها الولايات المتحدة محادثاتهم حول إحياء الاتفاق النووي الإيراني لعام 2015 وعادوا إلى عواصم بلادهم للتشاور. العقوبات الأميركية ونشرت مواقع قناة “العالم” الإيرانية الإخبارية الناطقة بالعربية، وقناة “برس تي في” الناطقة بالإنجليزية، إضافةً إلى قناة “المسيرة” التابعة لميليشيات الحوثيين في اليمن، رسائل مماثلة تشير إلى العقوبات الأميركية، مع ظهور أختام لمكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالي ووزارة التجارة الأميركية. وندد التلفزيون الرسمي الإيراني “إيريب”، الذي يرعى بعض هذه القنوات، بتعطيل مواقع “وسائل إعلام موالية للمقاومة تكشف جرائم حلفاء الولايات المتحدة في المنطقة”. وأضاف التلفزيون على موقعه الإلكتروني، “في حين تؤكد الحكومة الديمقراطية للولايات المتحدة دعم حرية التعبير، فإنها تغلق عملياً وسائل الإعلام”. وذكر التلفزيون الإيراني أن الإجراء الأميركي شمل أيضاً قنوات “الله” و”فلسطين اليوم” و”النبأ” و”الكوثر”. ونددت قناة “المسيرة” بما اعتبرته “قرصنة أميركية ومصادرة لحقوق النشر”، وقالت في بيان نشر على موقع “أنصار الله”، إنها مستمرة في “التصدي للقرصنة الأميركية والإسرائيلية على أمتنا بكل الوسائل المتاحة”. واعتبرت أن “هذا الحظر الأميركي لموقع المسيرة نت ومواقع صديقة أخرى يكشف مجدداً زيف شعارات حرية التعبير وكل العناوين الأخرى التي تروج أميركا لها”. وشمل الحظر أيضاً موقع قناة “اللؤلؤة” البحرينية المعارضة، وكتبت القناة على “تويتر”، “الإدارة الأميركية تستولي بطريقة غير قانونية على موقع قناة اللؤلؤة الفضائية وعدد من المواقع الإلكترونية التابعة لاتحاد الإذاعات والتلفزونات الإسلامية”. وكان مدعون أميركيون قد استولوا في أكتوبر (تشرين الأول) على شبكة من نطاقات الإنترنت قالوا إنها استخدمت في حملة شنها الحرس الثوري الإيراني لنشر معلومات سياسية مضللة في جميع أنحاء العالم. وقالت وزارة العدل الأميركية آنذاك إنها
