مصر معدل نمو بلغ 9.8% خلال الربع الأول من العام المالي الجاري، وهو أعلى معدل نمو ربع سنوي على امتداد العقدين الماضيين، وأرجع خبراء سبب الارتفاع إلى تأثر الربع المماثل بسنة الأساس بجائحة تحديات كورونا، بالإضافة إلى تحقيق مختلف الأنشطة الاقتصادية معدلات نمو موجبة خلال الربع الأول، وأبدوا تخوفهم من تأثر الاقتصاد المصري بموجة التضخم العالمية. وتوقعت وزيرة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية هالة السعيد، في بيان رسمي، أن يواصل الاقتصاد المصري تحقيق معدل النمو السنوي ليتراوح بين 5.5% -5.7% بنهاية العام المالي الجاري، مضيفة أن أداء الاقتصاد المصري خلال الربع الأول يؤكد أنه قادر على التعافي من تداعيات فيروس كورونا. وقال الخبير المصرفي مصطفى بدرة، إن تحقيق مصر أعلى معدل نمو اقتصادي في أخر 20 عامًا وسط ظروف جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد، أمر يحسب للحكومة المصرية، مشيرًا إلى أبرز القطاعات التي قادت تحقيق النمو وهي الصناعات التحويلية والتجارة والزراعة والسياحة- وشهدت الأخيرة نشاطًا ملحوظًا خلال الفترة الماضية- مما كان له مردود في تحقيق أعلى معدل نمو. وبحسب بيان الحكومة، حقق قطاع المطاعم والفنادق أعلى معدل نمو ربع سنوي بنحو 181.8% بما يعكس التعافي الملحوظ لهذا القطاع بعد تداعيات جائحة “كورونا”. وأشار بدرة، في تصريحات خاصة لـCNN بالعربية، إلى الدور الكبير لقطاع الصناعات التحويلية في تحقيق النمو المرتفع؛ نتيجة جهود الحكومة من خلال تشريعات وقرارات عديدة اتخذت خلال الفترة الماضية، أتت بثمارها في هذا الربع رغم جائحة كورونا. وذكرت الحكومة، أن قطاع الصناعات التحويلية حقق أعلى معدل نمو ربع سنوي بنحو 15.2% خلال العقدين الماضيين، بعد انكماشه بنحو 12.7% خلال الربع المماثل من العام السابق، وذلك نتيجة التحسن في أنشطة صناعات الورق، والمستحضرات الدوائية، والمشروبات والملابس. وربط بدرة استمرار مصر في تحقيق معدل نمو مرتفع وقدرة الدولة على السيطرة على جائحة كورونا من خلال زيادة أعداد الحاصلين على اللقاح، والتعامل مع الموجة الخامسة من الجائحة، بالإضافة إلى استمرار التشغيل والإنتاج في القطاعات الإنتاجية، وهذه العوامل من الصعب التكهن بها، إلا أن حال ثبات الوضع الحالي ستنجح مصر في تحقيق مستهدف معدل النمو بين 5.5-5.7% خلال العام المالي الحالي. وبحسب الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي رئيس مجلس الوزراء، فإن الحكومة المصرية تستهدف تحقيق معدلات نمو مرتفعة خلال السنوات الثلاث والأربع المقبلة، بنسب تصل إلى 7%، مرجعًا سبب توقعه إلى إشادة كبرى المؤسسات الدولية ببرنامج الإصلاح الاقتصادي بعدما انعكس على تراجع معدلات البطالة والتضخم وزيادة الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وقيمة الاحتياطات الدولية وعجز الموازنة. من جانبه، أرجع أحمد أبو السعد عضو مجلس إدارة البورصة المصرية، ورئيس إحدى شركات الاستثمار المباشر، سبب تحقيق معدل نمو مرتفع في مصر خلال الربع الأول من العام الحالي إلى تأثر سنة الأساس في الربع المقارنة بانخفاض كبير في النمو لتزامنه مع ظهور الجائحة في مصر، غير أنه أكد أن تحقيق هذا النمو يشير إلى صلابة الاقتصاد المصري وقت الجائحة، وتعافيه بشكل طبيعي بعد عودة التشغيل، وهو ما يرفع من توقعاتنا لتحقيق معدل النمو المستهدف بنسبة 5.7% أو تخطيه وتحقيق نسبة نمو 6% خلال العام المالي 2021/2022. وقال أبو السعد، في تصريحات خاصة لـCNN بالعربية، إن تحقيق معدل نمو مرتفع، يرجع لأسباب مختلفة منها عودة السياحة وتحسن الإنتاج الصناعي، مشيرًا في هذا الصدد إلى الميزة التنافسية للصناعة المصرية بسبب ارتفاع أسعار الغاز عالميًا، ووجود اكتفاء ذاتي محليًا. ونجحت مصر في التحول من دولة مستوردة للغاز الطبيعي المسال إلى دولة مصدرة له، بعد بدء الإنتاج من حقل ظهر العملاق وعدد من حقول الغاز الكبرى بالبحر المتوسط، وصدرت غاز طبيعي مسال بمعدل يصل إلى مليون طن خلال الربع الأول من العام المالي الحالي، بحسب وزير البترول المهندس طارق الملا. وقال عضو مجلس إدارة البورصة المصرية، إن تأثير موجة التضخم العالمية يحمل مخاطرة على كافة الأسواق الناشئة؛ لأنها تفقد الكثير من قدرة هذه الدول على أن تستوفي احتياجاتها الأساسية بأسعار تناسب ظروفها ومعدلات الفقر لديها، مشيرًا إلى استمرار معدل النمو في مصر مرتبط باستمرار الدولة في إنشاء مشروعات بنية أساسية وجذب استثمارات أجنبية مباشرة. وحققت قناة السويس معدل نمو بلغ 20% خلال الربع الأول من العام المالي 2021/2022، بتعافٍ ملموس مقارنة بالربع المماثل من العام السابق، ويرجع ذلك لزيادة إيرادات القناة، وعدد السفن والحمولة، كما حافظ قطاع الاتصالات على معدلات نمو مرتفعة حيث حقق معدل نمو 16.3% نتيجة لزيادة مستخدمي الانترنت فائق السرعة، والمشتركين في الهاتف الثابت، وزيادة إيرادات خدمات
