CANADAكندا عربي كوفيد-19: كندا تتّجه إلى إلغاء اختبار الكشف عن الفيروس للرحلات القصيرة إلى الخارج by admin 18 نوفمبر، 2021 written by admin 18 نوفمبر، 2021 19 راديو كندا الدولي \ RCI تنوي الحكومة الكنديّة تخفيف الإجراءات التي فرضتها على الكنديّين المسافرين إلى الخارج في رحلات قصيرة. وأفادت مصادر، تحدّثت شرط عدم الكشف عن اسمها لأنّها غير مخوّلة بالحديث علناً، أنّ الحكومة سَتلغي الاختبار الإلزامي فقط بالنسبة للكنديّين والمقيمين الدائمين (نافذة جديدة) الذين تستغرق إقامتهم في الخارج أقلّ من 72 ساعة. وسوف تُبقي أوتاوا على اختبار الكشف عن الفيروس للمسافرين الذين تفوق مدّة بقائهم في الخارج 72 ساعة. ومن المتوقّع أن يبدأ العمل بالإجراء الجديد نهاية الشهر الجاري، عندما يرتفع عدد الكنديّين الذين يذهبون في رحلات قصيرة للتسوّق في الولايات المتّحدة مع اقتراب موسم أعياد الميلاد ورأس السنة. وكانت صحيفة لا بريس الصادرة باللّغة الفرنسيّة أوّل من أورد الخبر. تواجه الحكومة الكنديّة ضغوطا من أجل إلغاء اختبار الكشف عن الفيروس المفروض على المسافرين الصورة: LA PRESSE CANADIENNE / GRAHAM HUGHES وواجهت الحكومة ضغوطا عديدة لإلغاء اختبار الكشف عن الفيروس الذي فرضت إجراءه على كافّة المسافرين العائدين برّا وجوّا ، قبل 72 ساعة من موعد الوصول إلى البلاد. و اشتكى الكثيرون من تكلفة الاختبار التي تتراوح من 150 إلى 300 دولار تبعاً للوجهة التي يأتون منها. واشتكى البعض من أنّ مهلة الحصول على نتيجة الاختبار قد تستغرق أحيانا أكثر من 24 ساعة. ويتعيّن على الكنديّين العائدين من الخارج إجراء الاختبار قبل 72 ساعة على موعد وصولهم إلى البلاد. وهم مضطرّون في حال كانت النتيجة إيجابيّة، للإقامة في الحجر الصحّي مدّة 14 يوما (نافذة جديدة)في الخارج على نفقتهم. وانتقد الكثيرون فرض الاختبار على المسافرين لفترة لا تتجاوز 72 ساعة لدى عودتهم، خصوصا أنّهم يخضعون له قبل مغادرة البلاد. وقال موسكو كوتيه رئيس اتّحاد وكلاء السفر في كيبيك إنّه من السخرية بمكان فرض اختبار الفيروس على الرحلات التي تستغرق أقلّ من 72 ساعة، للتحقّق من عدم إصابة المسافرين العائدين إلى كندا بِمرض كوفيد-19. ومع تقدّم حملة التطعيم ، يدعو قطاع صناعة السفر بإصرار الحكومة إلى إلغاء اختبارات الكشف عن فيروس كورونا لدى دخول البلاد للمسافرين الذين أكملوا التطعيم، أيّا كانت مدّة الإقامة في الخارج. ودعا رئيس اتّحاد وكلاء السفر في كيبيك موسكو كوتيه الحكومة إلى إلغاء اختبار تفاعل البوليمر از المتسلسل PCR، ، أو في أفضل الحالات، استبداله باختبار مستضدّ كوفيد الأقل تكلفة. ومن الممكن حسب قوله، إجراء اختبارات كشف سريعة لدى الوصول إلى كندا، كي لا يضطرّ الكنديّون الذين تكون نتيجة اختبارهم إيجابيّة، للإقامة في الحجر الصحّي 14 يوما في الخارج. وكانت د. تيريزا تام، مديرة وكالة الصحّة العامّة الكنديّة قد أعلنت مطلع الشهر الجاري أنّ السلطات الفدراليّة تقوم بمراجعة قرار الاختبار الإلزامي للكشف عن فيروس كورونا المستجدّ المفروض على المسافرين في رحلات لا تستغرق وقتاً طويلا.
