CANADAكندا عربي كندا: إلزاميّة تطعيم النوّاب والشيوخ قبيل استئناف أعمال الدورة البرلمانيّة by admin 17 نوفمبر، 2021 written by admin 17 نوفمبر، 2021 29 راديو كندا الدولي \ RCI فرضت الحكومة الليبراليّة برئاسة جوستان ترودو في تشرين الأوّل أكتوبر التطعيم الإلزامي على النواب والموظّفين وكلّ الأشخاص الذين يدخلون مجلس العموم (نافذة جديدة). وقبل أسبوع على استئناف الدورة البرلمانيّة، لم تتّضح بعد الطريقة التي يقدّم من خلالها النوّاب والشيوخ دليل التطعيم الخاص بكلّ منهم. وفرضت الحكومة التطعيم الإلزاميّ ضدّ فيروس كورونا المستجدّ في مجلس العموم ومجلس الشيوخ (غرفتَي البرلمان) وينطبق الإجراء على كلّ النوّاب والشيوخ وطواقم عملهم، والموظّفين والأشخاص الذين يدخلون حرم البرلمان، وموظّفي البحث السياسيّ والموظّفين الإداريّين ومعرض الصحافة حيث يجلس الصحافيّون البرلمانيّون الذين يغطّون الجلسات وأعمال مجلس العموم، وعلى المستشارين والمقاولين، كما ورد في تقرير مجلس الإدارة الداخليّة لمجلس العموم. ويُستثنى من القرار الأشخاص الذين لا يمكنهم تلقّي اللّقاح لأسباب طبيّة. يبدأ تطبيق قرار إلزاميّة التطعيم على أعضاء مجلسَي العموم والشيوخ في أوتاوا عندما يستأنف مجلس العموم الكنديّ أعماله الأسبوع المقبل الصورة: RADIO-CANADA والتطعيم إلزاميّ في مجلسَي العموم والشيوخ حنّى في حال كان التباعد الجسديّ ممكنا. وفي مجلس الشيوخ، لا تكفي شهادة التطعيم وحدها، خلاف لما هي الحال بالنسبة لِموظّفي القطاع العام الفدراليّ. عندما يملأ الموظّفون الشهادة، عليهم تقديم دليل تطعيم كامل لِرئيسهم أو للسناتور، الذي عليه بدوره أن يؤكّد لإدارة الموارد البشريّة أنّه اطّلع عليه كما ورد في رسالة اكترونيّة وقّعتها المتحدّثة باسم مجلس الشيوخ أليسون كورن. ولم يعط مكتب رئيس مجلس الشيوخ بعد أيّة إيضاحات بشأن التدقيق في تطعيم الشيوخ. ويجري البحث حاليّا في طريقة تتيح للشيوخ تقديم دليل التطعيم وسوف تتوفّر التفاصيل بشأن تطبيقها في وقت قريب وفق ما قال روس رايان الملحق الصحفي لرئيس مجلس الشيوخ جورج فيوري. ولم يردّ مكتب رئيس مجلس العموم على سؤال وكالة الصحافة الكنديّة بشأن طريقة التدقيق في التطعيم بالنسبة لأعضاء المجلس. وما زال هناك حسب آخر معلومات وكالة الصحافة الكنديّة، نحو من 30 نائبا، جميعهم عن حزب المحافظين، رفضوا الكشف عن وضع التطعيم الخاص بهم. وكان إرين أوتول زعيم المحافظين، حزب المعارضة الرسميّة في مجلس العموم،قد تعهّد بألا يدخل إلى المجلس سوى نوّاب حزبه الذين أكملوا التطعيم ضدّ فيروس كورونا قبل موعد استئناف أعمال الدورة البرلمانيّة الأسبوع المقبل. لكنّ أوتول يعتزم طرح قضيّة امتياز للاحتجاج على القاعدة التي تمنع النائب من تمثيل ناخبيه شخصيّا في مجلس العموم. وفرضت الحكومة الكنديّة إلزاميّة التطعيم على موظّفي القطاع العام الفدراليّ. وتمّ وضع 1255 موظّفا في إجازة غير مدفوعة الأجر منذ أمس الإثنين، بسبب عدم تلقّيهم اللّقاح. وتلقّى 95 بالمئة من بين 268000 موظّف اللّقاح، وحصل 98 بالمئة على الجرعة الأولى منه. وأعرب رئيس الحكومة جوستان ترودو عن فخره بموظّفي القطاع العام الذين يعرفون كيف يمكن القضاء على الجائحة كما قال ترودو ردّا على سؤال طرحه أحد الصحفيّين.
