CANADAكندا عربي كندا:القوّات الخاصّة مستعدّة لإجلاء موظّفي السفارة الكنديّة في أفغانستان by admin 14 أغسطس، 2021 written by admin 14 أغسطس، 2021 105 راديو كندا الدولي \ RCI تقف القوّات الخاصّة الكنديّة على أهبة الاستعداد لإجلاء موظّفي السفارة الكنديّة في كابول (نافذة جديدة) حسب ما أفادت به مصادر في وزارة الدفاع في العاصمة أوتاوا. ووسّعت حركة طالبان سيطرتها على الأراضي ، وأعلنت أنّها استولت على قندهار ثاني أكبر المدن الأفغانيّة، بعد سقوط عدد من المدن، من بينها هيرات في يدها. ومن المتوقّع أن يعمل جنود كنديّون مدرَّبون تدريبا عالياً إلى جانب قوّات الحلفاء مثل الولايات المتّحدة وبريطانيا، التي أرسلت الآلاف من الجنود إلى كابول للعمل على إجلاء موظّفي سفاراتها مع تفاقم الوضع في أفغانستان. وعلمَت سي بي سي من مصادر في وزارة الدفاع الكنديّة رفضت الكشف عن هويّتها، أنّه ليس في نيّة حكومة جوستان ترودو في الوقت الراهن نشر قوّة تقليديّة كبيرة على غرار ما تقوم به بريطانيا والولايات المتّحدة. وزير الخارجيّة الكندي مارك غارنو يتابع الوضع بالتنسيق مع الحلفاء ومع سفير كندا لدى أفغانستانالصورة: LA PRESSE CANADIENNE / ADRIAN WYLD وقالت إدارة الرئيس بايدن إنّها سترسل ثلاثة آلاف جندي في مهمّة مؤقّتة إلى أفغانستان، لإجلاء موظّفي السفارة الأميركيّة في كابول. وقالت بريطانيا إنّها سترسل 600 جندي للمساعدة على إجلاء الرعايا البريطانيّين . و أجرت القوّات الكنديّة مباحثات مع القيادة المركزيّة للولايات المتّحدة المسؤولة عن منطقة الشرق الأوسط، بشأن تقديم الدعم اللوجستي للقوّات الكنديّة في حال لزم الأمر حسب ما أفادت به مصادر وزارة الدفاع للقسم الإنجليزي في هيئة الإذاعة الكنديّة سي بي سي. ويعود قرار إغلاق السفارة الكنديّة أو تقليص عمليّاتها إلى الحكومة الفدراليّة. وقالت وزارة الشؤون العالميّة الكنديّة إنّها تراقب التطورات عن كثب، دون أن تؤكّد ما إذا كانت عمليّة إغلاق السفارة تجري في الوقت الراهن. وقالت كيارا ترودو المتحدّثة باسم وزارة الشؤون العالميّة إنّ وزير الخارجيّة مارك غارنو يعمل بالتنسيق مع الحلفاء ومع السفير الكندي لدى أفغانستان. أمن سفارة كندا وموظّفيها في أولويّاتنا المطلقة قالت المتحدّثة باسم وزارة الشؤون العالميّة كيارا ترودو، ولكنّها امتنعت عن إعطاء أيّة تفاصيل حول سير العمليّات لأسباب تتعلّق بالأمن. وكان وزير الخارجيّة مارك غارنو قد أجرى مباحثات أمس الخميس مع نظيره الأميركي أنتوني بلينكن، تناول فيها المسؤولان خطّة الولايات المتّحدة الهادفة لتقليص وجودها المدني في كابول. وكان وزير الدفاع الكندي هارجيت سجّان قد قال إنّه من المحتمل أن تسقط مدينة قندهار التي ينتشر فيها جنود كنديّون بيد حركة طالبان، قبل وقت من إعلان الحركة سقوط المدينة بيدها. وأضاف الوزير سجّان أنّ كندا وضعت خطّة طوارئ لضمان سلامة موظّفيها في ظلّ تفاقم الأوضاع في أفغانستان.
