ثقافة و فنونعربي كاتبة أميركية تعيد الاعتبار إلى الملكة المصرية في نص غاضب by admin 2 أغسطس، 2021 written by admin 2 أغسطس، 2021 25 في “كليوباترا حياة” صورة جديدة بعيداً من خرافات المبدعين اندبندنت عربية \ إبراهيم العريس باحث وكاتب من الفيلسوف الفرنسي باسكال الذي نقل عنه قول فحواه “لو أن أنف كليوباترا كان أقصر قليلاً لتغير وجه التاريخ”، إلى شكسبير الذي وصف حكايات غرامها بيوليوس قيصر وأنطونيوس، وأحمد شوقي الذي أضفى عليها بعض سمات الملوكية، مروراً ببلوتارخ الذي اكتفى بتعريفها بوصفها “المرأة التي كانت عشيقة لقيصرين”، وصولاً إلى الفن السابع الذي حقق عنها أفلاماً جعلتها أسطورة حملت ملامح كلوديت كولبرت أو إليزابيث تايلور، لم يبارح الكتاب والمبدعون الذين لم يكن هؤلاء الذين ذكرناهم سوى بضعة منهم، تلك الصورة النمطية التي رسمت للملكة الإسكندرانية، ليس فقط على مدى التاريخ بل في الحياة الأدبية والفنية. ويمكننا طبعاً هنا أن نذكّر بأن ما من ملكة حقيقية عبرت تاريخ الإنسانية بلغ اهتمام المبدعين بها ما بلغه اهتمامهم بكليوباترا. غير أن الكاتبة الأميركية ستيسي شيف ستخبرنا في كتاب أصدرته قبل نحو عشر سنوات، أن كل تلك الصور التي رسمت لكليوباترا كانت مزيفة وغير منصفة، تعكس خيالات المبدعين وربما أحياناً “نظرتهم الدونية” إلى المرأة من خلال وسم تلك السيدة بصفات لم تكن صفاتها الحقيقية بشكل دقيق. ضد التيار وإذا كانت معظم الموسوعات والكتب التاريخية تقول لنا دائماً إن أشهر ما اشتهرت به كليوباترا إنما كان ارتباطها الغرامي مرتين في الأقل باثنين من أكبر رجال السياسة في التاريخ، فإن ستيسي شيف تجهد على مدى نحو 400 صفحة لتعيد الاعتبار إلى كليوباترا، والتأكيد أنها كانت غير ذلك على الإطلاق، بل كانت داهية سياسية سخّرت كل شيء وكل شخص في سبيل تحقيق سياساتها، بمن فيهم القيصران اللذان وقعا حقاً في غرامها، ويبدو أنها كانت هي التي تتلاعب بهما. والواقع أن هذه الصورة التي ترسمها الكاتبة الأميركية تبدو غير معهودة على الإطلاق، حتى وإن كان لا يفوت شيف بين فصل وآخر أن تعترف، بأن الشغف وشؤون القلب قد تكون لعبت دوراً ما في تصرفات كليوباترا، غير أن هذه “عرفت كيف توظفهما بكل صدق في سبيل غايات أكثر عقلانية”. واللافت هنا هو أن الكاتبة لم تتخذ سبيل الكتابة الروائية للتعبير عن نظرتها، وكان يمكن لهذا أن يكون أسهل، بل كتبت نوعاً من سيرة تاريخية انطلقت فيها من التأكيد التاريخي أن ثلاثة إنجازات كبيرة يجب منذ البداية أن تُحتسب لصالح السمعة المستعادة للملكة. إنجازات ملكة حقيقية فهي وبحسب ستيسي شيف التي تستند إلى جملة من مصادر موثوقة، عُرفت في زمانها أولاً بكونها قد بنت أسطولاً بحرياً لم يكن له مثيل في تلك الأزمنة، ثم تمكنت من أن تقمع تمرداً ضخماً انطلق ضدها وضد حكمها، وثالثاً تصدت لتلك المجاعة الرهيبة التي ضربت مصر واعتبرت واحدة من جراح ومصائب هذا البلد. لكن معضلتها الرئيسة بحسب المؤلفة، كانت في أن عهدها في الحكم كان بالغ الهشاشة من ناحية لأنها لم تكن مصرية، ما كان من شأنه أن يحلق المواطنين من حولها، بل كانت من أصول أجنبية (مقدونية)، ومن ناحية ثانية كانت امرأة تفتقر حتى إلى تأييد إخوتها لها، إذ كان الذكران منهم لا ينظران بعين الرضا إلى كون أبيهم بطليموس قد اختارها لوراثة عرشه في عام 52 ق.م. ومن هنا، كما تقول شيف، كانت حاجتها ماسة إلى التحالف مع الملك الروماني يوليوس قيصر، كي تتمكن من إنهاء الحرب الأهلية التي قامت في مصر، وتثبيت نفسها على العرش. وكان لها ذلك كما ينبئنا التاريخ. ولكن يوليوس قيصر سرعان ما اغتيل فاضطرت كليوباترا إلى الالتفاف على خليفته مارك أنطونيوس كي تحمي نفسها وعرشها، إذ كان هذا القيصر الجديد يسيطر تماماً على الجزء الشرقي من البحر الأبيض المتوسط. الإغراء في عالم الدبلوماسية كان من الواضح هنا أن تلك التحالفات المتسمة بطابع شخصي أوصلته وكليوباترا إلى حدود العلاقات الغرامية، منتقلة بها من القيصر المغدور إلى خليفته المنتصر، تحولت في رأي أعداء كليوباترا الخارجيين والداخليين أيضاً إلى نوع من “عهر رخيص”. لكن هذه كانت ترى أن الإغواء يمكنه أن يشكل نوعاً من الدبلوماسية المواربة. ومن هنا لم تتورع حين توجهت إلى روما لملاقاة مارك أنطونيوس، من أن تبتكر صنوفاً من الأزياء وأساليب في الظهور تجعلها تبدو وهي تنزل من مركبها كأنها فينوس طالعة من قلب البحر. كان من الواضح أنها بذلك تبتكر طريقتها الخاصة في “الإغراء السياسي” و”الجاذبية الدبلوماسية” بمعنى أنهما، ودائماً بحسب الكاتبة الأميركية، انطلقا من غايات سياسية لا من أهداف غرامية. فالحقيقة، تضيف شيف، أن كل ما في السير الموثقة التاريخية وليست المخترعة التي كتبت عن كليوباترا، يفيدنا بأنها كانت “امرأة مستقلة ذات كاريزما كبيرة وطموحات أكبر”، ناهيك بأنها كانت “براغماتية إلى أقصى الحدود”. وبراغماتية إلى درجة أنها اقترنت بأخويها واحداً بعد الآخر حين دعتها الحاجة إلى ذلك، وقتلتهما الواحد بعد الآخر حين لم تعد في حاجة إليهما، وبدأت تحس أنهما سيكونان عبئاً عليها!
