ياسين على موضوع الدين من زاوية محددة هي زاوية العلاقة بينه وبين الاجتماع. حيث يرى المؤلف أن مفهوم العلاقة يفترض الحديث عن طرفين متمايزين، وهو المعنى الذي يوفره تصور الدين في النسق التوحيدي. وفقاً لهذا النسق “الدين” مطلق مفارق صادر من خارج الاجتماع، وبالتالي فهو واحد ثابت في ذاته لا يتعدد ولا يتطور. ولذلك فإن “التدين” الذي هو ممارسة الدين من قبل البشر داخل العالم، ليس هو الدين، بل هو فعل من أفعال الاجتماع التي تخضع بالضرورة لقانون الكثرة “التعدد” وقانون الحركة “التطور”. ويضيف أما الديانة فهي صيغة من صيغ التدين؛ صيغة جماعية ملزمة ذات خصائص سلطوية. وهي الصيغة التي سادت منذ البداية داخل الاجتماع البشري القديم نتيجةً لطابعه الجماعي المعروف “ذوبان الذات الفردية في كيان العشيرة والقبيلة والدولة”. وقد تواصل حضورها عبر نسق التدين التوحيدي من خلال اليهودية التي دشنت هذا النسق، عبر تجربة ذات طابع جماعي إثني صريح. مع ذلك، وبسبب الفاعلية الطبيعية للذات، لنا أن نفترض أنه كان ثمة على الدوام حضور ثانوي لصيغ تدين فردية مستقلة، أو تعمل على هامش الأطر الإلزامية للديانة. لكن صيغة الديانة لم تتعرض لتحدٍّ حقيقي من هذه الزاوية قبل الحداثة المعاصرة التي نتجت عن تطورات جذرية في نمط الاجتماع معاكسة للطابع الجماعي. الخصائص السلطوية للديانة تكرست داخل النسق التوحيدي بفعل وجود المؤسسة الدينية وتداخلها العضوي أو الوظيفي مع الدولة التي ظلت تحافظ على ارتباطها التقليدي بالدين. إجمالاً، ورغم الطابع التطوري المعقد للبدايات اليهودية، يمكن القول بأن الديانة “التوحيدية”، التي كانت تنشأ على يد المؤسس بمنطوق بسيط نسبياً يدور حول المطلق، كانت تأخذ في التضخم تدريجياً عبر ممارسات التدين التي تنضم إلى هذا المنطوق، وتكتسب بقرار المؤسسة صلاحيات السلطة المؤبدة للمطلق. ظلت المؤسسة ترادف بين معنى الدين وبنية الديانة، ودائماً كان حجم ما هو اجتماعي “بشري” أكبر مما هو مطلق “إلهي” في منطوق هذه البنية”. يفكك ياسين بنية الديانة “التوحيدية” القائمة بغرض التمييز داخلها بين ما هو مطلق يمثل الدين في ذاته وما هو اجتماعي ناتج عن تاريخ التدين. موضحا أن “خطاب التفكيك موجه، بالأساس، إلى العقل التوحيدي. وهو يستصحب مقولات هذا العقل ومصادراته الأولية، لا ليناقش مصداقيتها الموضوعية على طريقة الكلام، ولكن ليضع يده على بنية الديانة كما هي في ذاتها الآن، قبل أن يشرع في فحصها كمادة قابلة للملاحظة والاستقراء. المنهج مباشر يبدأ من الواقع؛ أي يبدأ مما يمكن ملاحظته بالحواس، بالقدر الممكن في ظاهرة تنبع من مصادر غير حسية. وعلى ذلك فهو ينطلق من فحص مفردات البنية كلٍّ على حدة لرصد قابلياتها في الواقع التاريخي للتعدد أو التطور. معيار التمييز هنا هو القياس إلى خصائص المطلق “كواحد ثابت” في ذاته، ومشترك في النسق التوحيدي. أحاول، قدر المستطاع، تجنب الميتافيزيقا وتأجيل التيولوجيا، ولكننا، بالطبع، لا نستطيع تجنب أو تأجيل التفكير. ويضيف “وفقاً لهذا المعيار استطعت القول بأن المطلق أو “الدين في ذاته”، داخل بنية الديانة، ينحصر في مبدأ الألوهية والأخلاق “الله – القيم الكلية”. أمّا بقية مفردات البنية فتنتمي إلى دائرة التدين التي صنعها التاريخ الاجتماعي للبشر: التشريعات “الأحكام التكليفية” والطقوس “شعائر العبادة” واللاهوت “التمثيلات أو التصورات المتنوعة لفكرة الألوهية داخل العالم”، فقد أسفرت جميعاً باستقراء النسق التوحيدي عن أشكال متعددة ومسارات متطوّرة وثيقة الارتباط بالثقافات التاريخية المجاورة وامتداداتها الميثولوجية القديمة، فيما ظلّت الألوهيّة والأخلاق الكلية “المبدأ لا التمثلات” ثابتة كمشترك وحيد داخل هذا النسق. ويهتم ياسين بالتشريع أو التكاليف ذات الطابع الاجتماعي كشقّ من بنية الديانة، فدار “النقاش حول فكرة القانون باعتبار أنه في جميع الأحوال واقعة اجتماعية محضة زمنية تعكس حاجات وعلاقات تاريخية وإقليمية خاصة، وأنه يظل كذلك حتى وإن تضمنه نص ديني. وانصب خصوصاً على التشريع الإسلامي حيث جرى بشكل تطبيقي فحص طبيعته التاريخانية بدءاً من ظهوره في النص القرآني كرد فعل لظروف الواقع المحلي التفصيلية، وبالاستعارة المباشرة منه، حتى تشكله المتطور بواسطة الفقه في منظومات حقوقية متعددة تعكس التعددية المذهبية والجغرافية التي أفرزها التطور السياسي والاجتماعي العام”. ويحلل ياسين بنية الديانة، حيث يرى أن الموضوع “هو اللاهوت الإسلامي من حيث هو ككل لاهوت فعل تدين صادر عن تاريخه الخاص؛ أي من حيث هو عموماً فعل اجتماعي ينشأ عن مؤثرات قائمة في الواقع المحلي، ويتغير نتيجة للتحولات التي تطرأ على هذه المؤثرات، ومن حيث هو، في الوقت ذاته، امتداد أو تنويع لنسق ديني سابق نشأ وتطور في محيط جغرافي وثقافي مجاور. هذه الفرضية السابقة يعيد ياسين اختبارها من خلال إعادة قراءته ضمن هذا التاريخ الاجتماعي. وهو ما يعني تناوله من جديد في سياقين متمايزين زمنياً، ولكنهما متداخلان على مستوى الموضوع الأول: سياق النسق العام التوحيدي الذي ينتسب إليه النسق العام شق من تاريخ اللاهوت الإسلامي، واللاهوت الإسلامي شق من موضوع النسق العام. الثاني: سياق تكونه وتطوره الذاتي، من لحظة التشكل المبكرة في حقبة التأسيس حتى لحظة الكلام المذهبية في حقبة التدوين، ومن هذه اللحظة الأخيرة حتى لحظة الفحص الراهنة التي تفتح النقاش على أسئلة المستقبل. ويوضح أنه في السياق الأول، “تهدف القراءة إلى استكشاف أكثر ضبطاً للعلاقة بين تباين المناخات الاجتماعية، التي ظهرت فيها ديانات الوحي الثلاث، وتباين صور اللاهوت في هذه الديانات، التي تشترك في مقولة الوحي عن مطلق واحد مفارق للعالم. هذا الاشتراك هو ما يمكّننا من الحديث عن نسقٍ كليٍّ موضوعيٍّ، وعن بنية هيكلية واحدة للاهوت التوحيدي بغضّ النظر عن مادته الموضوعية المتنوعة. وهو أيضاً ما يبرّر الحديث عن التباينات الاجتماعية “الديموغرافية، الثقافية، السياسية، الفردية والجماعية” كسبب للتباينات اللاهوتية؛ فالقول بالوحي عن المطلق المفارق ذاته كان يقتضي وجود تصور واحد للمطلق داخل العالم؛ أي يقتضي عدم تعدّد الديانات التوحيدية؛ إذ يعني الوحي أنّ الله الواحد هو الذي يُملي صيغة اللاهوت ليعرِّف بذاته على الصورة التي يريد للبشر أن يعرفوه بها. فلماذا تتعدّد صور اللاهوت في كلّ مرة يُقال فيها بتجدّد الوحي؟ أو لماذا تتعدد الديانات؟ ويقول “هذا سؤال مشكل بالنسبة إلى ديانات الوحي التوحيدي؛ فهي، من ناحية، تنكر “إمكانية” التغير في طبيعة الله المطلق المبرّأ من الزمن، ومن ثَمَّ تتنكر لفاعلية التنوع الطبيعي الاجتماعي الذي يفرض التعدّد كواقعة مادية، وهو ما يضع الدين إلى الأبد في مسار صراعي لا مفر منه. في القرن الثاني، حيث بلغت المؤثرات الغنوصية أوج قوتها، توقف اللاهوتي المسيحي مارسيون أمام الفوارق الواضحة بين ملامح الإله اليهودي الصارمة كما رسمتها التوراة، والملامح اللطيفة للإله الذي بشر به المسيح. تكلم مارسيون عن تغيّر في الطبيعة الإلهية، فقال بإلهين متعاقبين في الزمان: أولهما إله العدل القاسي، والثاني إله المحبة الرحيم. بتأثير فكرة الوحي لا يفسر مارسيون تعدد اللاهوت تفسيراً أرضياً على أساس التنوع البشري؛ بل تفسيراً سماوياً على أساس التغير الإلهي. وهو لذلك سيُعدُّ مهرطقاً بمقاييس التوحيد المسيحي التي ظلت تتشكل طوال المراحل السابقة على القرن الرابع”. ويشير ياسين أنه في المقابل، بسبب غياب فكرة الوحي التوحيدي، لا يمثّل التعدد اللاهوتي بأبعاده الصراعية مشكلة جدية في ديانات الشرق اللاثنائية كالهندوسية والبوذية. فليس ثمّة فارق وجودي بين الحقيقة المطلقة “براهمان أو الكينونة الكلية العليا الإلهية غير المسماة وغير القابلة للانقسام” والذات الإنسانية أو العالم. الكلّ مندمج في وحدة واحدة لا تسمح أصلاً بالحديث عن الله كموضوع للمعرفة من قبل ذات منفصلة عنه. ومن ثمّ لا إمكانيّة ولا حاجة إلى الوحي. ولذلك “لم تطور الهندوسية أبداً نظرية إله غيور أو خلاص حصري، ولم تعرف فكرة الشعب المختار”. وهي، من الناحية النظرية على الأقل، تقر بالتنوع البشري كقانون اجتماع طبيعي ينتج عنه بالضرورة تنوع في تصورات البشر للحقيقة المطلقة. وتُعدّ الديانات المتعددة، بما فيها ديانات الوحي، مقاربات مختلفة للحقيقة الكلية الخالدة”. ويلفت إلى أن الديانة التوحيدية لا تقبل بفكرة المقاربات المختلفة للحقيقة الكلية؛ ففي معنى هذه الفكرة أنّ الله لم يوحِ بما هو أكثر من وجوده الذاتي، وترك للطبائع البشرية المتنوعة والمتقلبة حرية التعبير عن تصوراتها المتفردة لله؛ أي ترك للبشر صناعة اللاهوت. وفي معناها أيضاً أنّ الوحي مفهوم طبيعي يباطن الذوات جميعاً بحيث تستطيع كل ذات أن تدركه من داخلها، وهو مفهوم مغاير تماماً للمفهوم التاريخي الشخصي الذي تصر عليه الديانة التوحيدية، والذي يجعل من الوحي واقعة تاريخية متعينة في الزمان وفي شخوص الأنبياء. بحسب هذه الديانة الوحي وضع اللاهوت بتفاصيله، وبما أنه واحد فما سواه باطل، ولذلك فإن التعدد اللاهوتي داخل العالم لا يجد تفسيره إلا في سبب واحد هو الانحراف “الكذب” أو التحريف. بالنسبة إلى كل ديانة، كل ديانة أخرى هي رؤية منحرفة أو محرفة للدين المطلق، وتعدّد الديانات هو تعدّد في الرؤى المنحرفة أو المحرفة، ومن ثم يتوجّب نفيه. ويعمل نمط التفكير ذاته في كل ديانة من داخلها “حيث يتمدد قانون التنوع بالضرورة”، فبالنسبة إلى كل مذهب، كل مذهب آخر هو تأويل منحرف أو محرف للديانة، وتعدد المذاهب تعدد في التأويلات المنحرفة أو المحرفة، ومن ثمّ يتوجب نفيه. اللاهوت، إذاً، بإقرار الديانة، فعل اجتماعي بشري، ولكنه لا يكون كذلك إلا عندما يتعلق الأمر بالآخر الديني أو المذهبي. والمعنى الواضح هنا هو أن التوحيد المطلوب لم يعد ينصب على الله بل على اللاهوت”. أما قراءة اللاهوت الإسلامي في سياقه الذاتي فتنصب على مادته الموضوعية وعلاقتها بمناخه الاجتماعي الخاص: كيف صدرت عن هذا المناخ في حقبة التأسيس؟ أو كيف تكونت، بتأثير المناخ، على هيئتها الممايزة لمفردات النسق العام، وكيف انتسبت أصلاً إلى هذا النسق رغم تمايز المناخ؟ ثم كيف صارت في حقبة التدوين الكلامية؟ ما المسافة الموضوعية بين لاهوت المؤسس ولاهوت الفرق المتعددة؟ وإذا كان التعدد في حدّ ذاته يرشح عن تطوّر، فأين تطور اللاهوت الإسلامي عند لحظة التدوين؟ وكيف – بالضبط – صدر التطور عن مثيراته الاجتماعية وخصوصاً السياسية ثم الثقافية الجديدة؟ هل تطوّر هذا اللاهوت على المستوى المدرسي أو الشعبي بعد مرحلة التدوين؟ وهل أبدى – كما فعل اللاهوت المسيحي – أيّ نوع من الاستجابة للمثير الحداثي الذي كان موجهاً عبر المسيحية الغربية إلى فكرة الدين عموماً؟ وكيف يمكن تصور ردود فعله حيال مثل هذا المثير في المستقبل؟
