AFP / عند تقاطع إحدى الطرق في مدينة أربيل، كبرى مدن كردستان العراق، يتسابق عمال إيرانيون للصعود إلى شاحنة صغيرة بعدما أجبرتهم ضغوط العقوبات الأميركية على عبور الحدود بحثا عن فرص عمل بأجر يومي في العراق المجاور.
غالبية هؤلاء أكراد يضعون قبعات ويربطون حقائب قماشية حول خصورهم، في انتظار الحصول على فرصة عمل في البناء أو غيره.
يقول رستم (31 عاما)، وهو عامل إيراني آت من مدينة أورميا بشمال غرب إيران، إن المشكلة ليست الحصول على العمل، بل إن “العملة لم تعد لها قيمة هناك”، جراء العقوبات الأميركية التي أدت لارتفاع التضخم إلى 52 في المئة، بعدما فقد الريال الإيراني نصف قيمته خلال عام واحد.
يضيف رستم وهو أب لطفلين، مفضلا عدم ذكر اسمه الكامل خوفا من تعرض أسرته للمسائلة، “في نهاية يوم عمل، يمكنني شراء دجاجة، لكن العائلة تحتاج إلى (أشياء) أكثر من دجاجة”.
بدوره، يقول رضا رستمي الإيراني أيضاً، إنه يتقاضى “ما بين 25 و30 ألف دينار عراقي يوميا (نحو 25 دولار)”، معتبراً أن ذلك “يعد مبلغاً جيداً” وهو ثلاثة أضعاف ما يحصله في إيران.
ويلفت رستم إلى أن ذلك مكسب عند العودة إلى إيران، خصوصا مع ارتفاع أسعار المواد الغذائية والبضائع بشكل جنوني، بعيد التوتر الأخير بين طهران وواشنطن.

ويضيف “لا يمكن التنبؤ أبداً بالوضع الاقتصادي، فقد تستيقظ صباحا وتجد أسعار المواد الغذائية قد تضاعفت مقارنة بالأمس”.
وعلى غرار رستم، يعبر عمال إيرانيون آخرون إلى إقليم كردستان في شمال العراق، بحثاً عن مقاولين يؤمنون لهم أعمالاً، وبتأشيرات سياحية لمدة شهر.
يعمل هؤلاء لمدة 28 يوماً متواصلاً، ليعودوا بعدها إلى بيوتهم في إجازة، وهم يحملون لعائلاتهم الشاي ولوازم الأطفال ومواد أخرى لم تعد سهلة المنال في إيران.
يقول عالم الاجتماع الفرنسي العراقي عادل بكوان إن هؤلاء العمال المهاجرون بشكل مؤقت ليسوا فقط “لتلبية الحاجة” في وقت تعود فيه الاستثمارات ببطء إلى كردستان العراق، بل ينظر إليهم أيضاً “كمصدر للثروة”.
ويوضح بكوان لفرانس برس أنه “إضافة إلى أنهم يشغلون مهناً ذات قيمة منخفضة ثقافياً واجتماعياً في المجتمع الكردي العراقي، فإن نفقات هؤلاء المياومين الإيرانيين توفر مصدر دخل”.
وحتى إذا أرغموا على مغادرة العراق بشكل دوري، فإن رستم ورضا وآخرين، يعودون بسرعة خلال أقل من أسبوع من الراحة عند عائلاتهم.
في أربيل، يسكن كثيرون لدى خورشيد شقلاوي، وهو كردي عراقي يبلغ من العمر 54 عاما، حول ثلاثة مبانٍ قديمة إلى فندق إقامة للعمال الأجانب.
يقول شقلاوي “في الخريف الماضي، لم يكن لدي إلا 58 نزيلاً من العمال الإيرانيين في فندقي، الآن لدي 180″، يستأجرون غرفاً بمساحة تسعة أمتار مربعة، ينام في كل واحدة منها أربعة أشخاص، مقابل ثلاثة دولارات للشخص في الليلة الواحدة.
ويتابع القول إن اليوم كل الغرف مشغولة، لذلك “رفضت زبائن، جميعهم إيرانيون”.
“إطعام عائلاتنا”
تؤكد السلطات الكردية العراقية عدم توفر إحصائيات لهؤلاء العمال القادمين عبر الحدود.
من جانبهم، لا ينظر العمال العراقيون بعداء تجاه العمال الإيرانيين، على غرار ريبين سياماند، الذي كان يبني سوراً خارجياً لأحد المنازل في أربيل.
يقول هذا العراقي الكردي البالغ من العمر 27 عاماً “هم يتقاضون نفس أجورنا”.
لكنه يضيف أنه في حال قرر الإيرانيون الاستمرار بالمجيء بأعداد كبيرة وكسر الأسعار وتخفيض أجورهم، فلن يتم الترحيب بهم بالطريقة نفسها.
منذ شباط /فبراير الماضي، يأتي سليمان طه الكردي الإيراني إلى العراق، محملاً في حوض شاحنته الصغيرة منحوتات صغير لحيوانات، ليبيعها هناك.
ورغم أنه يحمل شهادة جامعية في الرياضيات، قبل طه (27 عاما) بهذا العمل الصغير لمساعدة عائلته التي تعيش في محافظة سناندج بغرب إيران، والتي تبعد 300 كيلومتر عن أربيل. وهو يبحث حاليا عن منزل في أربيل لاستقبال أصدقائه وأقربائه الذين يسعون للسير على خطاه.
يوضح لفرانس برس أنه “قبل العقوبات الأخيرة، كنا نأكل اللحم ثلاث مرات في الأسبوع، أما الآن فمرة واحدة فقط”.
ويضيف “إذا ما هاجرنا، فذلك ببساطة لإطعام عائلاتنا”.
