سلسلة جرائم تهز مصر في الآونة الأخيرة.. ما الأسباب؟

أثارت الجرائم المروعة التي اُرتكبت في مصر أخيرا ذعرا وجدلا بين كثيرين، وأثار التساؤلات بشأن الأسباب التي أدت إلى وقوع مثل هذه الجرائم.

ومن بين تلك الحوادث، التي هزت مصر، الجرائم التي ارتكبت في مدينة الإسماعيلية، حيث قطع شخص رأس شخص آخر وسار فيه بالشارع.

“الشابو”

وانتشرت الأقاويل بشأن حالة المتهم النفسية والعقلية؛ إلا أن النيابة العامة المصرية كشفت أن المتهم كان يتعاطى المخدرات، وأن حالته النفسية والعقلية بكامل قواها.

وحادثة أخرى لا تقل بشاعة عن سابقتها، شهدت قرية معجون التابعة لمدينة إطسا بمحافظة الفيوم إقدام صاحب مخزن على قتل زوجته وأبنائة الـ6، وهو ما جعل الحكم عليه بأقصى عقوبة “الإعدام شنقًا”.

وبالبحث بين الجريمتين اكتُشف أنّ العامل المشترك بينهما هو مخدر “الشابو”، الذي انتشر بكثرة في الآونة الأخيرة بين محافظات مصر.

طبيب الأمراض النفسية ومدير وحدة الإدمان بمستشفى العباسية سابقا، عبد الرحمن حماد، قال إن هذه المخدرات سُميّت بمخدرات الشارع نظرا لانتشارها بين جميع الفئات وسعرها الزهيد، وسهولة تصنيعها.

وأضاف في تصريحات لموقع “سكاي نيوز عربيّة” أن تصنيع تلك المواد يكون في معامل صغيرة، علاوة على سهولة الحصول على المواد المطلوبة.

وقال إن هناك ترابطا كبيرا بين تعاطي المخدرات وارتكاب الجرائم، فجميع الدراسات التي أُجريت على نزلاء المؤسسات العقابية أكدت نتائجها أن 86 بالمئة من مرتكبي الجرائم كانوا يتعاطون مخدر الحشيش.

وأوضح أن “هذه النتائج أُجريَّت على مخدر الحشيش فقط”؛ متسائلا: “ماذا لو تم إجراؤها على المخدرات المُصنعة؟”.

أخطر أنواع المخدرات

وتابع مدير وحدة الإدمان بمستشفى العباسية سابقا: “مخدرات الشارع أو المخدرات المصنعة تعتبر من أخطر أنواع المخدرات حيث يتم تصنيعها من مواد شديدة الخطورة تسبب تهيؤات من خلالها يرى المتعاطي أنه يعيش في فيلم سينمائي”.

ووفقا لتقارير طبية عديدة، فإن مركبات مخدر “الشابو” تشمل “الميثا أمفيتامين”، الذي يُعرف بأنه منشطات شديدة التأثير وسريعة الإدمان، ويسبب حالة من الهلوسة السمعية والبصرية.

المخدر أيضا يدمر القلب ويفجر شرايين المخ والجلطات ويسبب تشوهات كبيرة في الوجه، إضافة إلى الشيخوخة المبكرة، وتساقط الأسنان، وفقدان جزئي للذاكرة ويضعف المناعة، وانفصام الشخصية.

وأوضحت التقارير الطبيّة أنّ المدمن قد يحدث له سكتة دماغية، بالإضافة لأمراض نفسية تدفعه للانتحار، نتيجة للتغيُّر الحاد في الحالة المزاجية للمدمن، ويبقيه مستيقظًا من 3 لـ15 يومًا ما يدفعه لارتكاب جرائم وأفعال غير مبررة.

جرعات عالية

وكشف كيفية ارتكاب الجريمة والمتعاطي تحت تأثير المخدر بالقول: “نتيجة تعاطي مرات عديدة طوال اليوم، أو جرعات عالية يؤدي ذلك لسلوك عدواني وارتكاب جريمة كارثية، والمتعاطي تحت تأثير المخدّر”، مشيرا إلى أنّ “العنف يكون مُوجَّه للأهل وشركاء الشرب في البداية للحصول على المخدر “.

وأوضح طبيب الأمراض النفسية أنّ “التعاطي يتسبب في خلل في الوظائف المعرفية أو الوظائف العليا في المخ والتي توجد في الفص الجبهي، المسؤول عن ضبط تصرفات الفرد، والتي تجعلها تصرفات متوائمة مع المجتمع ولا تشذ عنه”.

وفسَّر ذلك بالقول: “من ضمن الخلل الذي تسببه تلك المخدرات هو السيطرة المثبطة وهي وظيفة معرفية في المخ تمنع صاحبها من التصرف بعشوائية أو همجية، وتعاطي المخدرات يُحدث خلل في هذه الوظيفة للمخ، فيأتي الشخص بتصرفات عشوائية”.

وأكد احتمالية حدوث قلق شديد وعنف وهياج وهلاوس أثناء سحب المخدر، وهو ما يدفع المتعاطي لارتكاب جريمة، مشيرا إلى أن تعاطي مخدرات الشارع يتسبب في حدوث أعراض هلاوس وضلالات وبارانويا وشكوك، البارانويا أو جنون العظمة يكون عنيفة جدا ومسؤولة عن حدوث سلوكيات عدوانية عنيفة وحدوث جرائم كثيرة.
