بأقلامهمعربي رضوان السيد : البطريركية المارونية.. الانتماء العربي إنقاذ للبنان! by admin 16 يوليو، 2021 written by admin 16 يوليو، 2021 131 الشرق الاوسط اللندنية \ رضوان السيد كاتب وأكاديميّ وسياسي لبناني وأستاذ الدراسات الإسلامية في الجامعة اللبنانية كانت المناسبة التي جمعت آلاف اللبنانيين في الصرح البطريركي يوم الخميس (8-7-2021) الاحتفاء بكتاب الراهب والعالم الأبّاتي أنطوان ضو بعنوان: «علاقة البطريركية بالمملكة العربية السعودية» خلال مائة عام. أما المضمون الأبرز بل الأَوحد للقاء الكبير فكان أنه في سنوات الانهيار هذه فإنّ الانتماء العربي للمسيحيين واللبنانيين بعامة والذي تقوده المملكة العربية السعودية ماضياً وحاضراً ومستقبلاً هو الإنقاذ للبنان واللبنانيين مجتمعاً ودولة وحضارة وتقدماً. هذا الأمر قرره وقال به كل المتحدثين في الجمع الحاشد وعلى رأسهم البطريرك الماروني بشارة الراعي، والسفير السعودي وليد البخاري، ورئيس الرهبانية الأنطونية مارون أبو جودة، ومؤلف الكتاب الأبّاتي أنطوان ضو، والإعلامي البارز نوفل ضو الذي جمع المسألة في عبارته الجامعة والطريفة: حياد الشركة والمحبة! أما البطريرك الراعي فقد ركّز على «جوامع العلاقة مع المملكة» التي عنت دائماً للمسيحيين واللبنانيين الخير والوحدة والاستقرار والسلام وصَون الأمن والمصالح المشتركة وصنع الودّ والوئام. كانت المملكة أول دولة اعترفت باستقلال لبنان عام 1943 وخلال مائة عامٍ منذ إعلان الدولة عام 1920 وإلى المئوية عام 2020 ما عرف اللبنانيون من المملكة غير الرعاية والاحتضان، لا اعتداء ولا إنكار ولا إعراض ولا تجاهل؛ بل إنّ العاهل المؤسس الملك عبد العزيز آل سعود قال للرئيس كميل شمعون إنه يدافع عن استقلال لبنان كما يدافع عن استقلال المملكة العربية السعودية. وإلى ذلك كلّه نبَّه السفير السعودي في كلمته إلى المحاولات المستمرة للإساءة إلى علاقات لبنان بالمملكة وأنها على خطورتها وشراستها فإنها لن تؤثِّر في حرص المملكة على علائق الأخوة والهوية والانتماء التي ثبتها وأكّدها اتفاق الطائف ووثيقة الوفاق الوطني والدستور. لماذا كانت الضرورة لاحتفال الانتماء والعيش المشترك والعربية والعروبة في الصرح البطريركي الآن؟ هذا هو ما لفت إليه السفير وليد البخاري في إشارته لمحاولات الإساءة للمملكة انطلاقاً من لبنان بالذات. فخلال عقدٍ وأكثر صعدت في لبنان تياراتٌ وممارساتٌ سياسية واستراتيجية لعزل البلاد والعباد عن العرب وعن المملكة بالذات، وتغيير الوجهة والسياسات ومرة إلى الإيرانية ومرة إلى الشرقية، وفي كل المرات لإحداث انقلابٍ يُخرجُ لبنان عن انتمائه وعن وعي أجياله بمصالحهم في الحاضر والمستقبل. وهذه الخطرات والسياسات في العهد العوني بالذات وقعت في أساس الانهيارات التي يعاني منها الشعب اللبناني معاناة لم يعرفها من قبل حتى في ظروف الحروب والمجاعات! انطلاقاً من الإدراك للأخطار المهدِّدة لوحدة البلاد واستقرارها، زار البطريرك الماروني المملكة العربية السعودية عام 2017 ليجدّد الأواصر، ويوسّع آفاق الفهم للانتماء والمصالح معاً. ثم إنه منذ عامٍ ونيّف وقد بدأ التصدع والانهيار السياسي والوطني، طلع بثلاثيته: تحرير الشرعية الوطنية اللبنانية والعربية والدولية، والحياد الإيجابي، والمؤتمر الدولي لإنقاذ لبنان من أخطار الانهيار والانعزال والارتهان والفساد. وفي عشرات الخطابات والعِظات والمبادرات والتجمعات، راح يشرح – متوجهاً إلى وعي اللبنانيين – وإلى أسماع العرب والمجتمع الدولي. وكما استجاب له العرب ممثَّلين بمصر والمملكة، استجاب له الفاتيكان في اليوم الكبير الذي أقامه للبنان. لقد طالب البطريرك العهد الحالي بالبدهيات: ضرورة إقامة حكومة، فلا دولة من دون سلطة تنفيذية قادرة وفاعلة. بل استجاب لدعوته ودعوات سائر العقلاء الدوليين الذين ما بقي طرفٌ منهم ومن أوروبا إلى الولايات المتحدة، إلاّ وطالب بنفس مطلب البطريرك: الإقبال على تشكيل حكومة وإلاّ لا مساعدات لإغاثة الناس، ولوقف الانهيار. وها هم يُقبلون على أمرين اثنين: الاستعانة بالمملكة العربية السعودية من جهة، وفرض عقوبات على السياسيين اللبنانيين المصرّين رغم الانهيار على منْع قيام حكومة تكون مستقلة عن فسادهم ومهاتراتهم! لقد وقع ما خشي منه البطريرك، وما خشي منه العقلاء من اللبنانيين منذ البداية ولعدة جهات: وقع الانهيار الكامل وانتشرت المجاعة والنُّدْرة في المحروقات والغذاء والدواء، وانهارت العملة، وتهدّد تماسُكُ الجيش والقوى الأمنية، وشاع العنف في الشارع، وظهرت دعوات الفيدرالية والانقسام، وتصاعدت فوبيا الانتخابات لدى السياسيين إياهم! وبالطبع؛ فإنّ كلَّ الدعوات والمبادرات في الداخل ومن الخارج، وفي ظروف الأزمات المتراكمة والمتتابعة، تسارعت دعوات لإجراءات عاجلة وعلى الأرض مثل توفير الغذاء والدواء والمحروقات… وإلى تشكيل حكومة. إنما من جهة أُخرى كان لا بد من العودة إلى الأصول والثوابت حتى لا تبقى الحلول والبدائل مؤقتة وترقيعية تحت وطأة اللحظة الشديدة الخطورة. الدوليون أنفسهم وهم أبرز دُعاة الإجراءات العاجلة، فكّروا أيضاً (الفرنسيون والأميركيون) بالأصول والثوابت ومرتكزات لبنان التقليدية إذا صحَّ التعبير فنادوا المملكة العربية السعودية، ونادوا مصر لإغاثة لبنان. واجتماع الفاتيكان، واجتماع بكركي هو شيء من هذا القبيل. كتاب الأب الجليل أنطوان ضو توثيقٌ جادٌّ ومهم. لكنْ أن تذكّر البطريركية المارونية، ويُذكّر سفير المملكة الآن بالعلاقات المسيحية – الإسلامية، وبانتماء لبنان العربي، هو شأن بالغ الأهمية لما يعنيه من أصلٍ وقع في أساس نهوض لبنان وازدهاره. فعندما تتفاقم الأزمات، وتهتز القناعات، ويجوع الناس، يكون اللجوء إلى الأصول المعنوية والثقافية التي تهب الوجود الوطني والقومي معناه الأصيل. يكون اللجوء إلى «حجر الزاوية»، إلى القاعدة التي قام عليها لبنان. وهو درسٌ يعرفه عقلاء لبنان من زمان. لدينا تجارب وتجارب بائسة ويائسة، منها دعوات التقسيم في الحروب الأهلية، ومنها دعوات اللجوء إلى إسرائيل، ومنها دعوات «تحالف الأقليات» التي لجأ إليها الكثيرون ومن سوريا الأسد إلى «محور المقاومة» الحالي. وقد انعكست كلها وبالاً على العيش المشترك، وعلى استقرار لبنان ووحدته، وعلى حقوق أبنائه في الحرية والكرامة والعيش الكريم. ولذلك كلّه فكّرت بكركي بتحرير الشرعية، وفكّرت في الخروج من تحالف الأقليات إلى مقتضيات العيش المشترك ووثيقة الوفاق الوطني والدستور. وها هي تفكر أولاً وآخِراً بانتماء لبنان العربي، وبالعلائق بالمملكة العربية السعودية. في عام 1958 فكر بعض اللبنانيين بحلف بغداد فنشب نزاعٌ ما أخمده غير اللجوء إلى عروبة مصر وعربيتها. وفي الحرب الأهلية (1975 – 1990) فكروا بالخروج إلى الأسوأ هرباً من السيئ، فما أنقذهم غير المملكة وغير اتفاق الطائف عندها. وها هم اليوم وبقيادة بكركي يمضون باتجاه المملكة لأنّ في ذلك إنقاذاً لدولتهم ولعيشهم المشترك ومستقبلهم من تحالف الأقليات!
