الأموال من «فيلق القدس» التابع لـ «الحرس الثوري» إلى «حزب الله». وعند انكشاف أمر القنوات المصرفية العراقية، انتقلت تلك القتوات إلى مخطط تمويل قائم على التجارة يشمل النفط الإيراني. دور «حزب الله» في شبكة تهريب النفط في أيلول/سبتمبر 2019، أشار تقرير لوزارة الخزانة الأمريكية إلى أن إيران نقلت نفطاً “بقيمة مئات ملايين الدولارات أو أكثر” عبر شبكة شحن غير مشروعة خلال العام الذي سبق. وقام كل من «فيلق المثال، لعب دوراً محورياً في حادثة الناقلة “أدريان داريا 1” عام 2019 حيث عمل مع آخرين على تمويل هذه الشحنة غير المشروعة من النفط الإيراني إلى سوريا وتسهيلها وسط اعتراضات غربية. كما مثّل شركة “حقول ش.م.ل. اوف شور” التي مقرها في لبنان في المفاوضات بشأن إمداداتها من الخام الإيراني إلى سوريا. وفي نهاية المطاف، أشرف وزير النفط الإيراني السابق والمسؤول في «فيلق القدس» التابع لـ «الحرس الثوري» رستم
