بأقلامهمعربي جهاد الزين: لماذا يجري تغييب السؤال الحضاري في أفغانستان؟ by admin 4 سبتمبر، 2021 written by admin 4 سبتمبر، 2021 69 أين هو الإسلام السياسي الأصولي غير الغربي أو الذي لا جذور معاصرة غربية له؟ غير موجود. حتى الإسلام الإيراني الأصولي الشيعي نما وترعرع في جزء أساسي منه، بين الجاليات الإيرانية في ألمانيا وغرب أوروبا. النهار اللبنانية – جهاد الزين تتصارع في شبه القارة الهندية ثلاثة إسلامات كلها “صناعة” بريطانية أو أميركية بمعنى أنها انطلقت بتشجيع بريطاني أو أميركي. أعني بالصناعة الصناعة السياسية. 1- دولة باكستان كمؤسسة سمح الاحتلال البريطاني للهند بقيامها ولو كان مستندا إلى غليان هندي داخلي هندوسي مسلم.. 2- “الإسلام الإخواني” الأفغاني الذي قاتل الاتحاد السوفياتي ورعته وشجّعته الولايات المتحدة الأميركية وأدخل تصريحُ الرئيس رونالد ريغان خلال استقباله في البيت الأبيض عام 1983 قادةَ المقاتلين الإسلاميين الأفغان بأثوابهم وعمائمهم كلمة “المجاهدين” إلى قواميس اللغة الإنكليزية. 3- حركة “طالبان” التي أسّستها المخابرات العسكرية الباكستانية وأبقت على رعايتها لها حتى في عهود حكومات ليبرالية كحكومات بنازير بوتو و آصف زرداري. مع العلم أن بنازير بوتو اغتالتها منظمة تكفيرية باكستانية متطرفة. كانت السيدة بوتو تسمّي التكفيريين “Hot Potato” وهو تعبير يُطلق بالإنكليزية على الأشخاص حاملي الأفكار التي يصعب التعامل معها ومعهم. وذهبت بوتو بالنتيجة ضحيّتهم أي ضحية رؤيتها الليبرالية للسياسة الباكستانية. أين هو الإسلام السياسي الأصولي غير الغربي أو الذي لا جذور معاصرة غربية له؟ غير موجود. حتى الإسلام الإيراني الأصولي الشيعي نما وترعرع في جزء أساسي منه، بين الجاليات الإيرانية في ألمانيا وغرب أوروبا. كتب باحث أميركي بعد الانسحاب الأميركي من أفغانستان أن أحد أهم مظاهر تراجع تنظيم “القاعدة” هو كونه اسْتُوْعِب من الوطنية الأفغانية. الإسلام الشيعي هو بشكل تلقائي إسلام الدولة القومية الإيرانية التي نجحت على يد رجال الدين الخمينيين في تحويل معظم الجماعات الشيعية في العالم العربي إلى قوة ضاربة منظّمة لصالح أهداف الدولة الوطنية الإيرانية وأبرز بل أفعل مثال صارخ عليها هو “حزب الله” اللبناني. خلافا للتوقعات هناك اعتقاد يستحق التوقف عنده هو أن سيطرة “طالبان” مرةً ثانية على أفغانستان ورغم ما سيعانيه هذا البلد من ظلامية وقمع في السنوات القليلة الآتية سيساهم في إطلاق موجة بادئة أصلاً هي أفول الإسلام الأصولي وليس العكس. مصر، السودان، تونس، الجزائر، سوريا، المملكة العربية السعودية، البحرين، كلها بلدان ضربت وتضرب الأصولية الإسلامية بأشكال مختلفة حتى لو كانت على أيدي المؤسسات العسكرية الرسمية في بعضها. لننتظر كيف ستؤول العلاقات بين النظامين الدينيّين في إيران وأفغانستان وكيف ستتصرف المخابرات العسكرية الباكستانية حيال أي توتّر أفغاني سني وإيراني شيعي وهل سترغب أو ستتمكّن من ضبط نزوعات “طالبان” الضد إيرانية خصوصا أن الوطنية الأفغانية (وعصبها الباشتوني) تحمل في مخيّلها التاريخي، كذلك الوطنية الإيرانية، الكثير من السرديات العدائية المتبادلة مع أن المدى الأفغاني متأثّر بقوة بالإرث الثقافي الفارسي. لعبة جيوسياسية جديدة في تلك المنطقة ليس بالضرورة أن تستمر فيها موازين القوى الحالية ذاتها؟ فتفجير كابول قد يطرح أسئلة عن مدى قدرة “طالبان” على ضبط الوضع الأفغاني والوفاء بتعهدها الدولي بمنع تحويل أفغانستان إلى قاعدة للإرهاب ضد الغرب الأوروبي والأميركي؟ لكن من سيضمن، إذا كانت “طالبان” راغبة، في منع العمليات التفجيرية ضد الصين وإيران وحتى ضد باكستان نفسها؟ “طالبان” استنكرت التفجير في بيان يحمل نفَس الاعتراض عليه باعتباره أذى مواطنين أفغانا. ولكن من يمكن أن ينسى التاريخ الطويل وغير البعيد للعمليات الانتحارية الطالبانية!!
