القيادي في الحركة نور الدين البحيري على صفحته عبر الفيسبوك، قائلاً إن “ما حصل من ترويع لعائلة الأخ عبد العزيز الدغسني، رئيس مجلس الشورى الجهوي في بن عروس، ومحاولة الدخول إلى محلّ سكن العائلة في غيابها وتكرار المحاولة صبيحة الأربعاء من طرف إحدى الفرق الأمنية من دون سابق إعلام ولا إذن قضائي، وفي غياب أيّ مبرّر أو سند أمر، مرفوض قانوناً وأخلاقاً ويشكّل اعتداء مشبوهاً لا مبرّر له ويحتاج إلى توضيح ورد اعتبار في أقرب وقت”. تطور لافت ومن باب العلم، فإن حكومة يوسف الشاهد لم تولي للملف أي اهتمام في فترات سابقة على الرغم من الحقائق الصادمة التي عرضتها هيئة الدفاع عن الراحلين شكري بلعيد ومحمد البراهمي اللّذين اغتيلا عام 2013 . وعلى عكس رئيس الجمهورية الراحل الباجي قائد السبسي الذي أبدى اهتماماً في متابعة قضية الجهاز السري منذ مارس (آذار) السابق، وخصوصاً بعد تدهور علاقته بالحركة الإسلامية بسبب دعمها لحكومة الشاهد، إذ استقبل السبسي نواباً من مجلس الشعب في قصر قرطاج للاطلاع على حيثيات القضية. وكان 43 عضواً من البرلمان التونسي، تقدّموا في السادس من مارس الماضي بشكوى في مكتب الضبط بالمحكمة الابتدائية في العاصمة، ضد ست من القيادات الأمنية واثنين من قياديي حركة النهضة، وفق ما صرّح به في ذلك الوقت الأمين العام لحزب الوطنيين الديمقراطيين الموحد زياد لخضر الذي فسّر أن “الشخصين المعنيين من حركة النهضة هما رضا الباروني وعبد العزيز الدغسني، اللّذين وردت أسماؤهما في قضية الجهاز السري التي أثارتها لجنة الدفاع عن شكري بلعيد ومحمد البراهمي”. وكشفت إيمان قزارة، عضوة هيئة الدفاع عن بلعيد والبراهمي عن أن “العديد من الوثائق المخبأة في الغرفة السوداء كانت تُقرأ وتُتلف بالحرق، كما جرت سرقة آلة الحرق” وذلك حماية لعبد العزيز الدغسني التابع للتيار الإسلامي. المداهمة تطور لافت من جهته، علّق الإعلامي والناشط السياسي برهان بسيس على الحادثة، قائلاً “المداهمة تطور لافت في التعاطي الرسمي مع ما يُعرف بملف الجهاز السري” ومعتبراً أن “الدلالات والتوقيت يؤشران لمرحلة من المتغيّرات النوعية في المشهد والتحالفات في ضوء حسابات الاستحقاق الانتخابي”. لكن ترشيح حركة النهضة للشيخ عبد الفتاح مورو القيادي في الحركة، يشير إلى تراجع النهضة عن تحالفها مع الشاهد ودعمه لاعتلاء كرسي قرطاج، وهذا التراجع جعل المهتمين بالشأن السياسي في تونس يعتقدون انه أثار غضب الشاهد، ما دفعه إلى تهديد الحركة عن طريق ملف الجهاز السري الذي سيؤثر تناوله قضائياً في هذه الفترة بالذات، في حظوظ النهضة بالنسبة إلى استحقاقات الانتخابات الرئاسية والتشريعية المقبلة. تبعثر الأوراق في السياق ذاته، ولتأكيد التحالف الذي كان قائماً بين الشاهد والنهضة، كشف المحلل السياسي المقرب من الإسلاميين شكيب درويش عن صفقة عرضها رئيس الحكومة ورئيس حركة “تحيا تونس” يوسف الشاهد ورفضتها النهضة. وأفاد درويش في حديث أثار جدلاً واسعاً بأن “صفقة الشاهد تتمثل في تولّيه الرئاسة على أن تكون رئاسة البرلمان للنهضة ورئاسة الحكومة لمهدي جمعة رئيس الحكومة الأسبق”، مشيراً إلى “أن مهدي جمعة رفض هذه الصفقة لأن عينه على قرطاج”. وأضاف أن الشاهد اتصل في أكثر من مناسبة خلال انعقاد مجلس شورى النهضة قبل أيام من فتح باب الترشحات، وأراد إقناعهم بأن يكون مرشّح النهضة وأن لديه حظوظاً كبيرة للفوز، وأراد تخويفهم بالإكراهات الإقليمية لكنه فشل في ذلك، حسب ما قال درويش الذي أضاف أن “هذه الصفقة كانت صالحة قبل تقديم الانتخابات الرئاسية على التشريعية لكن الأوراق تبعثرت وهذه الصفقة لم تعد صالحة”، وفق تقديره. يُذكر أن حركة النهضة عارضت دعوات قادها حزب نداء تونس إلى إقالة حكومة الشاهد الذي قام في ما بعد بتشكيل كتلة برلمانية داعمة له، تكوّنت من منشقين عن حزب نداء تونس، أطلق عليها اسم كتلة الائتلاف الوطني، وبالتالي نجحت حكومة الشاهد في سبتمبر (أيلول) الماضي في نيل ثقة البرلمان من جديد بمساعدة النهضة. “تحيا تونس” ومنذ ذلك الوقت، تزايد الحديث عن تحالف بين يوسف الشاهد وحركة النهضة ولا سيما بعدما أعلن الرئيس الراحل الباجي قائد السبسي فك التوافق مع الحركة الذي يُعتقد أنه بسبب دعمها للشاهد، وتزايدت توقعات بعض المحللين بأن يكون الشاهد مرشح النهضة للانتخابات الرئاسية المقبلة، عندما شكّل الشاهد وأتباعه حزب “تحيا تونس” الذي يراه كثيرون بديلاً لحركة نداء تونس في إطار سياسة التوافق التي تعودت النهضة على توخّيه منذ وصولها إلى السلطة بعد الثورة. وفي اليوم قبل الأخير من إغلاق باب الترشح لمنصب رئاسة الجمهورية في تونس، انضم رئيس الحكومة التونسية يوسف الشاهد إلى قائمة المرشحين التي تضم 98 اسماً لمنصب الرئاسة، بينما أغلقت اللجنة العليا للانتخاب الجمعة التاسع من أغسطس (آب) باب الترشح، استعداداً للتحضير للانتخابات الرئاسية السابقة لأوانها التي ستجري يوم 15 سبتمبر المقبل. وترشح الشاهد عن حزبه السياسي الجديد “تحيا تونس” المنبثق عن حزب “نداء تونس” الذي أسسه وترأسه الرئيس التونسي الراحل الباجي قايد السبسي. ملف ترهيب المحامية والمحللة السياسية وفاء الشاذلي قالت “لاحظنا منذ تقديم النهضة مرشحاً لها، دخول المعركة على الانتخابات الرئاسية في تونس منعرجاً جديداً تمثل في اقتحام قوات الأمن منزل أحد المتورطين في جريمة الجهاز السري المدعو عبد العزيز الدغسني، صهر راشد الغنوشي رئيس حركة النهضة”. أضافت أنه “بالرجوع إلى توقيت فتح ملف الجهاز السري من جديد باعتبار تزامنه مع ترشيح عبد الفتاح مورو للرئاسية يطرح السؤال: هل تحريك هذا الملف هو انتقام أم ابتزاز أم انه من باب الصدفة؟” مفسرةً أنه “بالعودة إلى الوراء، في زمن خروج أسرار ملف الجهاز السري، رئيس الحكومة لم يحرّك
