عرب وعالمعربي “تورط في الهجوم على ناقلة النفط الإسرائيلية”.. من هو أمير علي حاجي زاده؟ by admin 5 أغسطس، 2021 written by admin 5 أغسطس، 2021 14 الحرة – واشنطن اتهم كبار المسؤولين الإسرائيليين بشكل مباشر قائد القوات الجوية بالحرس الثوري الإيراني، أمير علي حاجي زاده، بالتورط في الهجوم على ناقلة النفط الإسرائيلية “ميرسر ستريت” التي تعرضت لهجوم، الخميس الماضي، في شمال المحيط الهندي، ما أدى إلى مقتل اثنين من أفراد طاقمها. والمسؤول الإيراني البارز المتهم إسرائيليا لديه تاريخ طويل في تطوير المنظومة الصاروخية الإيرانية وتصديرها للخارج، منذ توليه مقاليد هذا المنصب الرفيع، في 2009، وأيضا قبل ذلك. المشرف على برنامج الصواريخ الإيراني متهم أيضا بالتورط في إسقاط الطائرة المدنية الأوكرانية، في يناير 2020، قبل أن يظهر اسمه مجددا في قضية الناقلة التي أكدت واشنطن تورط طهران فيها بإطلاق متفجرات من طائرة مسيرة، الخميس. وزير الدفاع الإسرائيلي، بيني غانتس، ووزير الخارجية يائير لبيد، أبلغا، الأربعاء، ممثلين عن أعضاء في مجلس الأمن الدولي أن حاجي زاده، بالإضافة إلى رئيس قيادة الطائرات غير المأهولة في الحرس الثوري، سعيد آراجاني، أشرفا على العملية الأخيرة. وقال غانتس إن الأول “يقف وراء عشرات الهجمات الإرهابية في المنطقة باستخدام الطائرات بدون طيار والصواريخ” أما آراجاني فهو المسؤول المباشر عن إطلاق الطائرات بدون طيار الانتحارية، وقال إنه “يخطط ويوفر التدريب والمعدات لتنفيذ هجمات إرهابية في المنطقة “. وجاءت تصريحات المسؤولين الإسرائيليين في أعقاب هجمات “غامضة” أخرى وقعت في المنطقة، الثلاثاء، حيث وردت أنباء عن سيطرة قوات مدعومة من إيران على ناقلة نفط ترفع علم بنما في حادثة وصفتها السلطات البريطانية بأنها “اختطاف محتمل”. صحيفة تكشف ما فعله طاقم “أسفلت برينسِس” لإفشال اختطافها أكدت مصادر في الحكومة البريطانية أن طاقم السفينة “أسفلت برينسِس” تعمد تخريب محركاتها لإعاقة فرقة الاختطاف من تحريكها نحو إيران. وفي اليوم ذاته، بثت ست سفن على الأقل قبالة سواحل الإمارات تحذيرات من أنها فقدت السيطرة على القيادة. تاريخ مع الإرهاب وحاجي زاده هو المسؤول الأول عن برنامج تطوير الصواريخ الإيرانية، ويقول إن الهدف الرئيسي منه هو ضرب إسرائيل. وخلال عهده، قالت إيران إنها طورت صواريخ قصيرة وطويلة المدى وتقنياتها الخاصة بالرادار والطائرات بدون طيار وقامت بتصديرها إلى دول أخرى. وفي عام 2013، زعم حاجي زاده أن إيران حسّنت من مستوى الدقة في الصواريخ الباليستية، ومن بينها صاروخ مضاد للسفن أسرع من الصوت ويبلغ مداه أكثر من 250 كيلومترا. وفي 2015، تفاخر حاجي زاده بنقل تقنيات الصواريخ الباليستية قصيرة ومتوسطة المدى لحلفاء إيران في المنطقة. وقال: “لقد ساعدت جمهورية إيران الإسلامية العراق وسوريا وفلسطين وحزب الله اللبناني من خلال تصدير التكنولوجيا التي تمتلكها لإنتاج الصواريخ وغيرها من المعدات”. ويتولى حاجي زاده منصبه الحالي منذ نحو 12 عاما، ما يعني أن مرشد البلاد، علي خامنئي، يضع ثقة كبيرة فيه، وقبل هذا الدور كان تقلد عدة أدوار في سلاح الجو، أبرزها: مدير الصواريخ وقائد العمليات وقائد الدفاع الجوي، كما نسق وأشرف على مشاريع هندسية وأنفاق للقوات الجوية. وفي 24 يونيو 2019، وضعه “مكتب مراقبة الأصول الأجنبية” التابع لوزارة الخزانة الأميركية على “لائحة الإرهاب” بسبب قيامه بالعمل نيابة عن ولصالح الحرس الثوري الإيراني. وكان أيضا قد وُضِع على لائحة كندية مماثلة، في 2010، نظرا لدوره في “أنشطة الانتشار النووي لإيران أو في تطويرها لأسلحة كيميائية أو بيولوجية أو نووية أو أنظمة إيصالها”. وهو معروف بمناهضته الشديدة للولايات المتحدة، وكان من أبرز دعاة إخراج القوات الأميركية من العراق في أعقاب الغارة التي أدت إلى مقتل قائد “فيلق القدس” في الحرس الثوري، قاسم سليماني، في الثالث من يناير من عام 2020. وقال في أعقاب الهجوم على قواعد أميركية في العراق، في السابع من يناير، ردا على مقتل سليماني إن الضربات الإيرانية “كانت المرحلة الأولى في عملية إقليمية كبرى تهدف إلى طرد القوات الأميركية من الشرق الأوسط”. ورغم أنه دعم أن الهجوم على القواعد الأميركية “لم يكن بهدف قتل أميركيين”، إلا أن وزير الخارجية الأميركي حينها، مايك يومبيو، نفى ذلك وقال إن الضربات كانت تهدف إلى “القتل وليس فقط تدمير المعدات”. #IRGC's Aerospace commander: #Iran’s Missile strikes at one of the most important US bases was the start of a major operation that will continue throughout the region…We were not after killing.
