خاص خلال معرض حول حياة يهود الشرق يحتضنه، حاليا، معهد العالم العربي بالعاصمة الفرنسية باريس. ويروي معرض “يهود الشرق، تاريخ يمتد لآلاف السنين” حياة الجماعات اليهودية من المغرب إلى اليمن مرورا بتركيا وإيران. وتعد التظاهرة، التي تمتد إلى مارس 2022، الجزء الثالث من ثلاثية يخصصها معهد العالم العربي للديانات التوحيدية بعد “الحج إلى مكة” في 2014 و”مسيحيو الشرق: تاريخ يمتد ألفي عام” في 2017. وأكد رئيس المعهد جاك لانغ أن تكريم المغرب يعد اعترافا بالجهود التي “تبذلها المملكة من أجل حماية الموروث اليهودي المغربي“. ويعود تاريخ تواجد اليهود بالمغرب، وفق تقديرات، إلى أكثر من 2000 عام. ويضم المغرب، اليوم، أكبر تجمع لليهود في شمال إفريقيا بما يتراوح بين 2000 و3000 شخص. وقد كان هذا العدد يفوق ربع مليون في أربعينيات القرن الماضي. ومنذ نهاية الأربعينات بدأت العائلات اليهودية بالهجرة إما صوب إسرائيل التي تضم اليوم نحو مليون يهودي مغربي، أو إلى أوربا وأمريكا الشمالية. وعلى عكس الجماعات اليهودية التي عاشت في الشرق، فإن يهود المغرب لم تسقط عنهم الجنسية المغربية، كما تجمعهم صلات “وجدانية وثيقة” بالمملكة. ووجدانية، وهو ما يفسر بحسب المتحدث، كيف يحافظ المغاربة اليهود في إسرائيل، خاصة، وفي جميع أنحاء العالم، على التراث اليهودي المغربي، المتمثل أساسا في نمط عيش يتماهى مع مجموعة من التفاصيل المستمدة من الهوية والثقافة المغربيتين كالتحدث بالدارجة المغربية والطبخ والأزياء والموسيقى وحفلات الزفاف إضافة إلى نمط الهندسة المعمارية. وفي حديث لموقع “سكاي نيوز عربية” يؤكد كوميل وهو من اليهود الذين فضلوا الاستقرار في المغرب، أن اليهود عاشوا بالقرب من المسلمين في المغرب منذ قرون طويلة، مع ما يحمله هذا الامتداد الزمني من “فترات عصيبة وأخرى هنيئة” حسب الظروف التي وفرها كل نظام من الأنظمة التي حكمت المغرب، وصولا إلى الدولة العلوية. ويشير كوميل إلى أن التحول الجذري في مسار حياة اليهود في المغرب، بدأ مع حقبة العاهل المغربي الراحل الملك محمد الخامس، الذي تقلد الحكم سنة 1227، فالراحل هو الذي أسقط عن اليهود صفة أهل الذمة، وجعلهم سواسية في الحقوق مع جميع المغاربة. ويؤكد المتحدث نفسه أنه مع سن هذا القرار رفض المغرب تطبيق البنود التي جاءت بها قوانين فيشي وتضمن إجراءات عنصرية ضد اليهود، كتسليمهم إلى معسكرات الاعتقال النازية. ويقصد بقوانين فيشي، القوانين التي حاول المستعمر الفرنسي فرضها في مستعمراته بشمال إفريقيا في 1941، بأمر من ألمانيا النازية التي احتلت فرنسا في الحرب العالمية الثانية. وحسب قصاصة وردت في وكالة الأنباء الفرنسية إبان تلك الحقبة، فإن الملك محمد الخامس وقف في وجه قوانين “فيشي” معلنا أنه لن يتخلى عن جماعة تشكل جزءا من البلاد. ويؤكد كوميل أن الذاكرة المغربية لا تتضمن أي إساءة لليهود كتجميعهم في معسكرات أو إخراجهم من ديارهم أو تعذيبهم. ويوضح أن الحماية التي تمتع بها اليهود في هذه الحقبة، التي تعرض فيها أبناء جلدتهم في دول الجوار “لمحنة حقيقية” أسهمت بشكل كبير في تعميق الصلات الوجدانية لدى اليهود مع العرش المغربي، وترسيخ نوع من العرفان والوفاء اتجاه المغرب ونظامه. وخلال افتتاح معرض “يهود الشرق” دعا رئيس معهد العالم العربي بباريس جاك لانغ إلى اعتبار الملك الراحل محمد الخامس “من الصالحين بين الأمم” لجهوده في حماية اليهود إبان الحرب العالمية الثانية. الهجرة وتوريث التراث وابتداء من الأربعينات بدأت هجرة اليهود من المغرب، حيث انتقل جزء كبير منهم إلى الشرق الأوسط مع الإعلان عن قيام دولة إسرائيل، ويروي كوميل أن جزءا كبيرا من هؤلاء اليهود تعرضوا للتهميش على حساب نظرائهم القادمين من أوربا. وقد ولد هذا الوضع إحساسا بـ”الحنين الدائم” إلى المغرب تم توريثه للأبناء والأحفاد، وهو ما يفسر ما يصفه المتحدث بالارتباط الوجداني لدى المغاربة اليهود في إسرائيل بكل ما هو مغربي. من جهته يشير محمد حاتمي أستاذ التاريخ بجامعة فاس وباحث مهتم بتاريخ الجماعات اليهودية المغربية أن اليهود كانوا يساهمون بشكل كبير في تنشيط الدورة الاقتصادية من خلال التجارة وهو ما جعلهم مقربين من السلاطين. وفي غوصه في خبايا التاريخ، يذكر الأستاذ الباحث أن الاقتصاد المغربي بدأ منذ القرن السادس عشر يرتبط بالخارج وقد كان اليهود يؤمنون الجزء الأكبر من اقتصاد البلاد مع الخارج، وذلك عبر اشتغالهم بالمرافئ. وتشير كتب التاريخ إلى عبارة “تجار السلطان” عند الحديث عن عائلات يهودية كانت تمارس التجارة عبر المحيط الأطلسي انطلاقا من مدينة الصويرة، وتكشف التسمية عمق العلاقة التي جمعت هذه العائلات بالسلاطين المغاربة منذ نهاية القرن الثامن عشر. الحق في الجنسية وعلى مر الزمان مارس اليهود شعائرهم وأحكامهم ضمن مؤسسات خاصة ومنظمة، كمجلس الطائفة اليهودية الذي تأسس منذ عقود طويلة، كما يضم المغرب نحو أربعين كنيسا. وتقيم الجماعات اليهودية والجالية اليهودية المغربية مواسمها أو “الهيلولة” التي تقام سنويا بعدد من المدن والقرى حيث كان يقطن اليهود، كما يحجون لزيارة أضرحة الحاخامات، وعددها يزيد عن 600 ضريح، ويشكل الحاخامات الذي عاشوا في المغرب، مرجعا في الديانة اليهودية، كما هو الحال للحاخام رفائيل بييرديغو الذي أحييت في سبتمبر الماضي الذكرى ال 200 لوفاته، ويوجد قبره في مدينة مكناس. وفي حوار مع موقع “سكاي نيوز عربية” يعتبر الأستاذ محمد حاتمي أن اليهود المغاربة يتمتعون بحقوق خاصة يضمنها لهم المغرب، كالحق في الجنسية. ويشير هنا إلى أن من حق أي يهودي، بايع أجداده سلطانا مغربيا، الحصول على الجنسية المغربية. وقد صدر قرار في العام،1970 بعدم إسقاط الجنسية المغربية عن اليهود المغاربة الذين هاجروا في المراحل السابقة، وبذلك يمكنهم العودة إلى بلدهم متى شاءوا باعتبارهم مواطنين مغاربة ويعتبر الباحث في تاريخ اليهود المغاربة رشيد دوناس، أن خصوصية اليهودية المغربية تتجلى في أكثر من مجال، وهو ما يفسر تعدد مظاهر التثاقف مع باقي مكونات المجتمع المغربي، في اللغة والموسيقى والطبخ والأزياء والعادات والتقاليد. ويضيف الباحث أن المغاربة اليهود يتميزون عموما بولائهم للمغرب، رغم تعدد أماكن استقرارهم عبر العالم، في إطار ما يمكن تسميته بـ”الولاء المزدوج”. وفي حديث لموقع سكاي نيوز عربية، يعتبر دوناس أن الملوك الثلاثة للمغرب استمروا في حفظ الموروث الثقافي المغربي اليهودي المادي وغير المادي. ويمكن الاطلاع على جزء كبير من هذا الموروث في المتحف اليهودي بالدار البيضاء، الذي انشئ سنة1997 ويعتبر الوحيد من نوعه في العالم العربي كما أنه يتميز بخصوصية فريدة، فمحافظة هذا المتحف مسلمة خلافا لكل المتاحف اليهودية في العالم، والتي يقتصر تسييرها حصرا على اليهود؟ ولليهود في المغرب نشاط كبير سواء في المجال الاقتصادي أو السياسي، فقد تقلد سيرجج بييرديغو، الرئيس الحالي لمجلس الطائفة اليهودية، حقيبة السياحة بين سنتي 1993 و1995، كما شهد البرلمان المغربي في العام 1986 ولوج النائب اليهودي جو أوحنا الذي مثل مدينة الصويرة، وهي مدينة تضم تواجدا مهما لليهود من بينهم أندريه أزولاي الذي يشغل منصب مستشار ملكي منذ عهد الملك الراحل الحسن الثاني وقد استمر في منصبه في عهد الملك الحالي محمد السادس. الدسترة والتعليم ويعترف المغرب رسميا بالمكون العبري كرافد من روافد الثقافة المغربية، حيث ينص دستور 2011 على أن المغرب “دولة إسلامية ذات سيادة كاملة، متشبثة بوحدتها الوطنية والترابية، وبصيانة تلاحم مقومات هويتها الوطنية، الموحدة بانصهار كل مكوناتها، العربية – الإسلامية، والأمازيغية، والصحراوية الحسانية، والغنية بروافدها الإفريقية والأندلسية والعبرية والمتوسطية”. وفي حديثه عن المبادرات الرامية إلى الحفاظ على التراث اليهودي المغربي، يشير الباحث رشيد دوناس إلى ما وصفها بالمبادرة الشجاعة المتمثلة في إدراج تفاصيل عن
