منذ بوادر الثورة اللبنانية قبل أكثر من عام تقريبا، وحتى الآن، والسوريون ينظرون إلى ما يجري في لبنان، على أنه انعكاس وربما امتداد لما جرى ويجري في سوريا، نتيجة العلاقات المتشابكة بين البلدين، فضلا عن تدخل حزب الله في الشأن السوري على مدى عقد تقريبا، وهو ما انعكس سلبا على لبنان الذي يرفض بغالبيته مثل هذا التدخل، ويعتقد السوريون المؤيدون للثورة أن ما يجري في لبنان هو دفع لفواتير عمرها عشر سنوات من الحرب المشنونة عليهم، لمساعدة الطائفية الأسدية الحاكمة، وبدعم احتلالات أجنبية، وبالتالي فإن انهيار العملة اللبنانية، فضلا عن شحّ الدولار في الأسواق، والذي يعزوه اللبنانيون أنفسهم إلى شرائه بشكل كبير من قبل الحزب، إنما هو كله تأكيد لروايتهم، كما يرون أن الحدث اللبناني اليوم هو نتيجة للثورة السورية، وليس سببا لبنانيا خالصا، وبغضّ النظر عن دقة هذا التصور من عدمه، فالثورات والانتفاضات اجتماعيا معقدة لديها أسبابها الداخلية والخارجية المتشابكة.
انتفاضة مدينة طرابلس التي ينظر إليها السوريون على أنها أقرب إلى المدن السورية، بقدر ما تشكل فرحة لديهم ضد نظام هو امتداد لنظام حكمهم في سوريا، بقدر ما تشكل أيضا مخاوف وهواجس من أن يتم الاستفراد بها، والتضحية بها على غرار مجزرة حماة في سوريا عام 1982م، وما يجري للمدن السورية اليوم، وحتى على غرار ما حلّ بطرابلس في الثمانينيات على يد نظام الوصاية البعثي، غير أن ما أُطلق عليه ثورة الجياع، وهي تسمية مؤلمة لقلب كل عربي، قد شملت لبنان كله، مما أدى إلى تراجع وانحسار هواجس السوريين من إمكانية الاستفراد هذه.
ليست مشكلة لبنان في حاكم مركزي هو رياض سلامة، وليست في رئيس وزراء هو حسان دياب، فالأول هو الحاكم المركزي منذ ربع قرن، وظيفته هي تنفيذ سياسات مالية للحكومات السابقة التي هي واجهة الأحزاب والمليشيات، فالمعروف أن السياسة النقدية هي تنفيذ لسياسة مالية حكومية، وبالتالي فتحميل سلامة مسؤولية انهيار المعبد اليوم مضحكة، ولا يمكن أن تنطلي على عاقل، بينما القيّمون على المعبد لربع قرن لم يترددوا في التجديد لحاكميته مصرف لبنان طوال تلك الفترة، دون أن يتهموه بحرف واحد، المشكلة في حقيقتها وجوهرها تكمن في من يريد أن يشد لبنان إلى حلف النظام السوري ومن خلفه، ويقطع لبنان عن عالمه العربي والعالم الذي يتنفس فيه، وبين فريق آخر يصرّ على العكس، في حين أن حلف النظام السوري هذا متمسك باستراتيجيته القديمة الجديدة، وهي النأي عن لبنان المغرم اليوم، بينما تربص ويتربص بلبنان المغنم بالأمس، وحين تحين ساعة أن ينشل لبنان من وهدته التي هو فيها، حيث تراكم عليه انهيار العملة، وشح الدولار، وجائحة «كورونا»، نراه كفصّ ملح قد ذاب، لا تسمع له همسا أو ركزا.
من يرفع شعار المحاسبة لحاكم مصرف لبنان اليوم، بدعوى الشفافية والحيادية التي أتى بها رئيس الوزراء، هو نفسه من صمت على زجّ الآلاف من اللبنانيين في محارق الموت السورية، ولا يزال، وهو نفسه المتهم بترويج المخدرات في العالم العربي، يحصل هذا كله في الوقت الذي يقترب لبنان من الاحتفال بمئويته الأولى على قيامه عام 1920م، بينما يحبس أنفاسه أمام بلد لم يعرفوه ولم نعرفه من قبل، فبعد أن كان يوصف بالملهم، والمنارة، تحول إلى مكان موبوء لقتل جيرانه، وإيذاء آخرين عبر الترويج للمخدرات، وهو ما استنزف لبنان الجمال وقضاء العطلات الصيفية، موئل الأحرار الذين يجدون فيه متنفسا مع كل انقلاب عسكري حلّ في سوريا.
الكل في لبنان خاسر من هذه اللعبة الخطرة، لعبة عضّ الأصابع، لكن الأكثر خسارة وإيلاما هو المواطن اللبناني المتضرر في معيشته اليومية، والمتضرر على المدى البعيد من خسارة سمعة لبنان على المستوى الداخلي والخارجي، أما التساؤل الكبير، تساؤل المليون: هل وصفة حكم مئة عام الماضية لا تزال صالحة للبنان ما بعد 2020؟!
