وتابع الفتى النحيف القادم من جزيرة توتي حيث يلتقي النيل الأزرق بالنيل الأبيض في وسط الخرطوم للعب المباراة التي انتهت بفوز فريقه بثلاثة أهداف لهدف، “لا أحد يحفّزني على أنّ أطوّر نفسي أو أن أكون أفضل لاعب في السودان أو في إفريقيا. لا يوجد حافز ولا توجد ملاعب مجهزة”.
وأضاف سالم وهو ابن مزارع فقير “أتمنى أن تغير الثورة هذا الواقع”، في إشارة إلى الانتفاضة التي أطاحت الرئيس عمر البشير بعدما حكم البلاد لنحو 30 عاما ولم تحظ كرة القدم في عهده بالاهتمام.
ولا توجد دوريات تنافسية رسمية للناشئين يمكن أن ينشط فيها سالم واقرانه، ما يدفع النوادي الصغيرة في الأحياء لتنظيم مباريات ودية بينها باستمرار في هذه الملاعب المرتجلة، ولو أن وضعها المتردّي يعرض الكثير من اللاعبين للإصابات.
وقال نائب رئيس الاتحاد السوداني لكرة القدم الفاتح باني إنّ “الميادين الترابية متاحة بكثرة والفرصة متاحة امام الناشئين للعب كرة القدم، لكنه نشاط عفوي وغير منظم وبدون تدريب أو إدارة”.
وتابع في مقابلة مع وكالة فرانس برس في مقر الاتحاد الذي تعلوه قبّة شيّدت على شكل نصف كرة بيضاء كبيرة، أنّ “كرة القدم أصبحت صناعة لكن في السودان لا تزال تمارس بالفطرة. هناك غياب لمنافسات الناشئين”.
وأشار باني إلى أنّ غياب هذه المنافسات يمنع الأندية السودانية من الاهتمام باللاعبين الناشئين، لكنه كشف أن الاتحاد ينوي تنظيم دوريات خاصة بهم بدءا من العام المقبل.

ورغم توسعة كأس الأمم الإفريقية هذا العام لتشمل 24 فريقا، عجز السودان عن المشاركة في الدورة التي اقيمت في مصر وتوجت بها الجزائر هذا الشهر.
وأثار ذلك غضبا وإحباطا لدى السودانيين الذين يرتدي الكثير منهم بشكل اعتيادي في الحياة اليومية القمصان الرياضية لأشهر الأندية العالمية.
وبرر باني تراجع الكرة بالسودان بـ”غياب الاهتمام الرسمي بكرة القدم”.
وأوضح أنّ هناك حاليا 30 ملعب عشب خاصا للإيجار في الخرطوم.
غياب الأكاديميات

وقال منذر حسن الذي يدرب فريقا للشباب معظم لاعبيه ضعاف البنية في حيّه السكني إنّ “معظم المواهب في السودان لا تجد فرصة حتى تتطور وتصل لمرحلة متقدمة. هناك لاعبون مهرة لكنهم لا يجدون الإمكانيات والدعم المناسب”.
وأشار إلى عدم وجود أكاديميات لكرة القدم في السودان، ما يحرم المواهب من “التعلم والتطور”.
وتابع الشاب البالغ 21 عاما أنّ “أغلب اللاعبين السودانيين أقصى طموحهم ان يلعبوا في الهلال أو المريخ. ليس لديهم الطموح أن يصلوا إلى أوروبا”، في إشارة لأشهر ناديين في السودان.
وأشار باني إلى أنّه لم يسبق أن احترف لاعب سوداني ينشط في الدوري المحلي في ناد أوروبي.
ويعتبر الدوري السوداني وجهة مفضلة ومربحة للاعبين القادمين من غرب إفريقيا الذين يستفيدون من حاجة الأندية السودانية للاعبين الجاهزين في غياب إعداد الناشئين.
من جهته، قال عضو مجلس إدارة نادي الهلال محمد هارون إن نظام البشير أضر بكرة القدم في السودان.
وقال لفرانس برس إنّ البشير قاد “نظاما إسلاميا يعتبر كرة القدم نشاطا تافها لا يستحق الدعم ولا يمكن الاستثمار فيه”.
وأعرب عن أمله في أن “يغير النظام والبرلمان الجديدان القوانين المنظمة لكرة القدم” والتي تمنع بحسبه الأندية المملوكة أساسا للدولة من الاستثمار والتطور.
بدوره، أكّد المسؤول باني أنّ “الرياضة تحتاج استقرارا. اذا حصل استقرار ستصبح الرياضة في حالة جيدة”، وختم “أتمنى أنّ تعطي الثورة دفعا قويا جدا لكرة القدم في السودان”.
