الظلم والقهر اندبندنت عربية / نبيل سليمان عندما سأل القاضي ريحانة: لماذا قتلتِ الضابط؟ أجابت: “دفاعاً عن شرفي”، فقال القاضي: “هذا ليس مبرراً،” فصفعته بردّها: “لأنك بلا شرف”. وعندما سيقت ريحانة إلى المشنقة، ناجت أمها شعلة بقولها: “إن العدالة في بلادنا لم تعد عمياء، بل لها ألف عين، ألف بصّاص، وكل عين ترى وفق هواها، وكل هوى فاسد. كيف للهوى أن يقرر المصائر؟”. توصي ريحانة أمها بألا تنوح عليها، وألا تلبس السواد، كما توصي بالتبرع سراً بأعضائها لمن يحتاج إليها، لأنها لا تريد أن تتعفن تحت التراب. أُعدمت ريحانة في سجن كوهردشت في 25 أكتوبر (تشرين الأول) عام 2014، وهو السجن الأسوأ سُمعةً بين السجون الإيرانية، يتحكم به الحرس الثوري، ومخصص للسياسيين، وسجناء الرأي، فما الذي وصل بريحانة إلى هذا السجن بعد أن تقاذفتها سبع سنوات من سجن إلى سجن؟ في الفقرة الأخيرة من رواية “ما لم تروِهِ ريحانة” (دار إيبيدي) يرصد أدهم العبودي النهاية الفاجعة للطالبة الجامعية ومصممة الديكور ريحانة جباري (1988-2014). وتنهض الرواية على وثائق قضية هذه الشابة الإيرانية التي شككت الأمم المتحدة في نزاهة محاكمتها، كما طالبت منظمة العفو الدولية بالعفو عنها، وجمع ناشطون 200 ألف توقيع ضد الحكم عليها بالإعدام. وبفعل هذا الضغط العالمي أُجّل تنفيذ الإعدام ستة أشهر. شهادات ووثائق جمع أدهم العبودي الأخبار والمقالات والشهادات المتعلقة بقضية ريحانة، منذ قدحت شرارة الإبداع معلنةً له: “هذه رواية، بل رواية استثنائية”. ولأن وثائق القضية متوفرة لمن يشاء، فقد تمثلها الكاتب، ومنها مضى إلى التخييل، فعجنت الرواية بالتراجيديا ما لم تروِه ريحانة بما روته، أي عجنت الرواية الوثائقي بالتخييلي، ملاعبةً الزمن بخاصة؛ إذ تبدأ في 24 أكتوبر عام 2014، ولكن بالفقرة (22) من مجموع فقرات الرواية البالغة 26 فقرة. وتنتهي الرواية بالفقرة نفسها، قبل الإعدام بليلة. وبين البداية والنهاية يتقافز الزمن، مثلاً، من 2 أبريل (نيسان) 2008 في الفقرة العاشرة، في سجن إيفين، إلى الفقرة الثالثة في 4 ديسمبر (كانون الأول) في جنوب محافظة طهران، وهكذا، في نظام دقيق، على العكس مما قد يوهم من فوضى. في الحكاية الأم أن ريحانة جباري قتلت الضابط السابق في الاستخبارات، مرتضى عبد العلي سرابندي، وقد تصدّرت صورتها الصفحة الأولى من جريدة “أخبار طهران”، وكُتب تحتها: لصَّة قاتلة، لكن الطالبة التي تدرس هندسة الميكانيك في كلية الفن بجامعة طهران، والتي تعمل مصممة ديكور، تروي في التحقيق أن الضابط السابق استدرجها بذريعة تجديد عيادته وحاجته إلى تصميم ديكور. وفي الشقة الفارغة خدَّرها، وحاول اغتصابها، فطعنته بالسكين التي لا تفارق حقيبتها، طعنة واحدة وهي شبه مُنوّمة. ومنذ ذلك الحين إلى الإعدام، تكون لريحانة حكاية أخرى، هي حكاية سجون كوهردشت، وفشافويه، وإيفين، وشهر ري، ورامين، وسجن طهران الكبير. الرواية المستوحاة من سجن ريحانة جباري (دار إيبيدي) يُعنوِن كل سجن مع موقعه واحدة من فقرات الرواية، والحق أن رواية “ما لم تروِه ريحانة” تتّقد كواحدة من روايات السجون، بامتياز. ففي سجن شهر ري ثمّة عقوبة المنع من التغوُّط خارج العنبر لأيام وأسابيع. وفي هذا السجن الذي تموت فيه السجينة الأرمينية، يقتل الضابط الأعرج وسيما خانم ضابطة خفر العنابر، من يقع عليها الاختيار من السجينات، فينطفئ “لمعان الأعيُن إلى الأبد، ربما”. وإلى السجن نفسه، في الفقرة 13 تصل دفعة جديدة من الطالبات الجامعيات من مختلف التيارات الوطنية والدينية، عقب تزوير الانتخابات لصالح الرئيس السابق محمود أحمدي نجاد، وتصرخ سجينة: “جنون، جنون لم تعرفه إيران من قبل”. ومن أفانين التعذيب في سجن شهر ري – كما في غيره – الحرمان من الماء. ومن السجينات واحدة خرساء، يستفز خرسُها الحارسة، فيتواصل ويتضاعف عليها العقاب، ومنه الصعق بالكهرباء. عذاب السجن في سجن إيفين تصير الدورة الشهرية عذاباً، ويُعرّي الضابط ريحانة، ويحاول اغتصابها، فتقاومه، لكنه يتمكن من عُذريتها. وفي سجن فشافويه الملحق بسجن طهران الكبير: للحمّام دقيقتان، وتكون لريحانة مع سجينة أخرى لحظة للمثلية. أما المفارقة الكبرى، فقد كانت في تحضير ريحانة للشنق، حيث حمّمتها الحارسة، وسألتها السماح، وبدت في لحظة مؤثرة وكأنها أم أو صديقة. تروي ريحانة زيارة والدها الذي شاخ، مع أمها شعلة، لها في السجن. وتنقل الأم لابنتها أن “العالم كله يتحدث عنكِ”. وتعرف ريحانة بأمها التي درست في كلية الفنون، ولوحاتها تزين بيوت الجيران والأقارب، لكن حلمها بالفن تلاشى، واحترفت “فن التخلّي”. وإذا ما وقع كرب تُصلّي في مُصلّى السُّنة، وقد رافقت ريحانة أمها إلى صلاة العيد، لكن رجال الأمن هدموا المُصلّى. ومع كثيرين تعرّضت ريحانة للضرب. وكان والدها قد جهر لأمها بخوفه عليها من السلطة التي تُحرّم على النساء أن يخرجن إلى المساجد، خصوصاً نساء السُّنة. يحضر ما مضى من حياة ريحانة في يوميات السجون، ومن ذلك صورة الأب الذي يتباهى بابنته ولا يفرق بين ذكر وأنثى. والرجل يؤيد قرار العقوبات على إيران، ويعارض أحمدي نجاد. وتحضر من الماضي شخصية صديقتها هند، وذكريات المدرسة والمندوب العسكري فيها، إلى مدرس التاريخ الذي يضبط ريحانة ترسم، فتعاقبها المديرة بالحبس في “غرفة السُّنة”. مع هند شاهدت ريحانة فيلم “أوم شانتي” في سينما فرهانج، حيث كان رجال الباسيج بالمرصاد عند الخروج من السينما، وصرخوا بالسُّنيات: “يا عاصبات الله، يا فاجرات”، واحتجزوهن، لكن هند وريحانة نجحتا في الفرار. وتُضيء عتمات سجون ريحانة بذكريات خطوبة هند، وباحتفالات النوروز أربعة عشر يوماً، وبالوشم على كتفها في مراكز الوشم المُتسترة برخصة التجميل، وكذلك بالنزهة مع أبويها إلى منتجع توجال، حيث نقلهم السائق السُّني الذي قضى في حادث سير. لريحانة ولعها بالرسم؛ هل هي الوراثة من الأم؟ ففي المقهى ترسم على الطاولة ملامح حبيبها إيوان، وفي السجن تبتدع طفلة الألوان “وداعاً”. وإذا كان الرسم ينادي الخيال، فنداء الخيال الأكبر في الرواية يتجسد في العاشِقَين إيوان وريحانة، ومنه أنهما يتبادلان الرسائل بواسطة الحمام الزاجل الذي علّمته ريحانة أن يسافر بعيداً. وعلى ضفاف الواقع والتباسه تتوالى الرسائل بين العاشِقَين في سنوات السجن. وقد زار إيوان الموظف في مطار رشت ريحانة قبل إعدامها بتدبير من صديق له هو لواء في الاستخبارات، لكن السؤال عن خروج ودخول الرسائل يظل معلقاً. تحمل ريحانة السكين في حقيبتها، فهي تسكن في حي فقير، لكن طهران التي كانت سيدة الشرق، غدت بعبارة ريحانة “مدينة كل شيء، ومدينة اللا شيء، كل فخر، وكل قهر”. وفي سجن إيفين تردد ريحانة أغنية داريوش إقبالي، حتى إذا تذكرت أنه شيعي ملأها السخط، ونقرأ “إن الشيعة أودعوها السجن لمجرد أن الضابط الذي قتلته شيعي”. وعشيّة الإعدام نقرأ أن لا حديث في طهران إلا عن البنت السُّنية التي قتلت ضابطاً شيعياً. تُغلق الطائفية دائرة القمع والعماء الأيديولوجي على ريحانة التي تغدو علامة إيران القائمة، حتى إذا سِيقت إلى ساحة الإعدام قالت: “كُنتُ كالذي يقودونه إلى حلم مبتغى”. وبذلك تغدو ريحانة علامة إيران المقبلة. يذكر أن الادعاء العام الإيراني نشر بياناً ردّاً على حملة معارضة تنفيذ حكم إعدام ريحانة جباري أوضح فيه أن مكان الطعن يثبت أن القتل لم يقع بهدف الدفاع عن النفس، إذ تعرّض المقتول للطعن في أنحاء مختلفة من جسمه، ما أدى إلى وفاته. كما أشار الادعاء العام أن جباري بعثت برسالة عبر الجوال قبل ثلاثة أيام من الجريمة تؤكد لصديقة لها أنها ستقتل الضحية وقد اشترت قبل يومين من وقوع الجريمة، سكيناً من محل تعرّف عليه
