الشاعر الصغير أولاد أحمد يستعد الشعب التونسي لدخول تجربة استثنائية في العالم العربي، فلأول مرة يتوجه شعب إلى مراكز الاقتراع ليختار بشكل ديمقراطي فعلي رئيسه. ولئن استطاعت تونس أن تصمد من دون بقية بلدان الربيع العربي لتسير نحو انتقال ديمقراطي فإن ذلك تطلب الكثير من التضحيات والصبر في وجه الشد والجذب، من ماكينة الدولة العميقة التي أرادت أن تسترجع السلطة بكل قبحها دون أي مراجعات، أو التيارات المتطرفة التي أرادت أن تذهب بتونس نحو المجهول وتغيير هوية الشعب. نجح المجتمع المدني في التصدي لكل الانحرافات ليعدل كل مرة المسار عبر التظاهر والنقد والضغط الناعم واسقاط الحكومات المتتالية، فكتب الدستور ومرت تونس بأكثر من ثلاثة رؤساء وقتيين قبل انتخاب الرئيس الراحل الباجي قائد السبسي كأول رئيس ينتخب من الشعب مباشرة ليسلمه الرئيس منصف المرزوقي مقاليد الرئاسة في انتقال سلمي للسلطة ويأتي هذا الاستحقاق الانتخابي الثاني القادم ليقطع تماماً مع منظومة الحكم القديمة وحالة البين بين التي يعيشها النظام السياسي في تونس. اليوم يبدو أن الشعب التونسي في حاجة إلى استحضار كل طاقاته للخروج من اللحظة الفارقة، لحظة الانتخابات لأن الكثير من المترشحين الذين يتقدمون للرئاسة ويبحثون عن طرق الوصول إلى قصر قرطاج، هم نسخ من شخصيات نمطية على الشعب أن يحذرها ففيها الانتهازي وفيها المستبد الصغير وفيها العسكري وشبه العسكري وفيها اللاعب بالمشاعر الدينية والمتحيّل والبراغماتي وفيها المتلاعب بالفقر والفقراء وفيها الأيديولوجي وفيها الراديكالي الاستئصالي والمافيوزي… وإجابة عن أي دور يمكن أن يلعبه المثقف والأديب في هذه اللحظة وماذا يفعل الأدب في هذه اللحظة السياسية بامتياز؟ ورداً على ذلك الرد الذي يتلقاه الأديب كلما تكلم في الشأن السياسي “أترك السياسة للسياسيين وخليك في الأدب” و كأن الأدب يعيش بعيداً عن السياسة؟ نقترح هذه السلسة من المقالات التي قد تضيء قراءتها للبعض طريقهم نحو ورقة الإنتخاب، إيماناً منا بأن كل رواية هي رواية سياسية بشكل من الأشكال. هنا سنبيّن أن كل تلك الشخصيات التي تتقدم نحو كرسي قرطاج قد قاربتها الرواية العالمية. فما الذي سيعلمنا إياه الأدب ونحن أمام لحظة سياسية كبرى يوم 15 سبتمبر 2019؟ ماذا لو قرأ التونسي هذه الروايات قبل الذهاب إلى التصويت؟ كيف سيكون تصويته؟ من سينتخب؟ الرواية الأولى: «إضراب الشحاذين» يرى قسم من الشعب نفسه أضعف من أن يغيّر السيستام وكأنه قدر لا فرار منه، فما الذي يمكنهم فعله وهم الفقراء؟ من هنا التقط عدد من المترشحين للرئاسة هذا اليأس وراهنوا عليها بالتخطيط لشراء الأصوات ويستندون في تلك الاستراتيجية على النسبة الكبيرة للفقر في بلدانهم، فيركزون على إعطاء الوعود لمنتخبيهم بتحسين أحوالهم وفق ما يقدمونه من “عرابين” متمثلة في الأغذية والأغطية وبعض المستلزمات المنزلية، وتشكل تلك العطايا مؤشراً من جهة على ما قد يقدمه ذلك المترشح لهذه الطبقات المسحوقة فينتخبونه طمعاً بينما لا يفكر هو إلا فيهم كعدد انتخابي. وعادة ما يظهر هذا النوع من المترشحين “بلا تاريخ خيري” فتبدو تلك العطايا نشازاً طارئاً وغير أصيل ضمن حملة انتخابية مفاجئة. المشكل أن هذا التحيّل لا يقف عند هؤلاء بل يتعداها إلى طبقة أخرى أقل فقراً وطبقة أخرى انتهازية تسيّر تلك الحملات وشراء الأصوات، منها السياسي ومنها المثقف والثوري المنقلب، كل ذلك يحدث في فضاءات تنعدم فيها القيمة لصالح المادة فينخفض سعر الصوت إلى ما دون الخبزة. في رواية «إضراب الشحاذين» التي نقلها للعربية التونسي جمال الجلاصي، تقدم السينغالية أماناتا ساوفال درساً عظيماً للشعوب الفقيرة، كيف باستطاعتها أن تغير من واقعها وتدحر المستبد عبر توحّد أكثر مواطنيها ضعفاً دون أن تبيع نفسها للشيطان مقابل اللحم. تسرد الرواية قصة بلد تنتشر فيه ظاهرة التسول أو ما يسمى بأصحاب الصحاف فأصبحوا مزعجين بهيئتهم وفظاظتهم حتى صدر قرار وزاري بتخليص المدينة منهم، فكانت الشرطة ترميهم خارج المدينة ولكنهم يعودون من جديد ليحتلوا “نقاطهم الاستراتيجية”، واعتبر المسؤولون أن وجودهم يضر بهيبة الدولة فيخاطب مدير مصلحة السلامة العامة مور نداياي معاونه كيبا المكلف بالتخلص من الشحاذين: “إن وجودهم يضر بهيبة بلادنا، إنهم دمّل يجب إخفاؤه، على الأقل في العاصمة، لقد انخفض هذه السنة عدد السياح بشكل واضح، مقارنة بالسنة الماضية، ومن المؤكد أن هؤلاء لهم دور في ذلك، لا يمكننا على كل حال تركهم يغزوننا، ويهددون الصحة العامة والاقتصاد الوطني.” بهذا التشخيص صدر القرار بالقضاء على الشحّاذين وطردهم نهائياً من العاصمة بالقوة العامة. في المقابل كان الشحاذون يرون في ممارسة السلطة قمعاً لهم فيعاملونهم معاملة غير آدمية، يقول الشحاذ نغيران سار لزملائه: “لقد بدأوا يحوّلون حياتنا إلى جحيم، لأننا متسوّلون، يعتقدون أننا لسنا أناسا مخلوقين مثلهم.” ومع ذلك فإنهم كانوا يقاومون لآخر لحظة: “كان الشحاذون أصبحوا خائفين، يهاجمون باستمرار، دون راحة، إنهم خائفون وليسوا بخير، ولكن هذا لا يمنعهم من الالتحاق بنقاطهم الاستراتيجية كل صباح، إنهم يذهبون كأنهم مسحوبون بمغناطيس، بسلاح وحيد هو الأمل في التخلص من لسعات السياط بالاعتماد على سرعة سيقانهم أو بالاختباء في المنازل المجاورة عند مرور دورية.” في مقابل هذا العنف الذي يعامل به الشحّاذون الفقراء من السلطة يستغرب هؤلاء من ذلك فهم يعتقدون أنهم مثلهم مثل بقية المواطنين ووجودهم ضروري وليسوا مجرد عاهات يجب التخلص منها. بل ينظرون إلى أنفسهم كمشكل أساسي في المجتمع ويقوم بدوره في توازنه. كل ذلك ضمن فلسفة خاصة تتماشى مع طبيعة هذا الشعب الذي يؤمن بتأثير القوى الغيبية عليه. يقول الراوي: “إنهم لا يفهمون، من سيخبرهم على كل حال، أنهم يمثلون دمّلا يجب اخفاؤه، لقد اعتبروا أنفسهم دائماً مواطنين بحقوق كاملة يمارسون مهنة كبقية المهن، ولذا لم يبحثوا عن نوعية العلاقة الخاصة التي تربطهم وتوحدهم مع المجتمع، العقد الذي يربط كل شخص بالمجتمع، في اعتقادهم، يتلخص في الآتي: أن يأخذ ويعطي، إذن، ألا يعطي الفقراء، بركاتهم ودعواتهم وأمانيهم؟” نذكر في الحالة التونسية ما حدث للبائعين الصغار بشوارع العاصمة الذين يبيعون بضائع مهرّبة تكفل لهم الحد الأدنى من العيش، هذا الحد الأدنى الذي لا يجعلهم يطالبون السلطة بحقوقهم لأنها عاجزة ولا يجعلهم يتحوّلون إلى مجرمين وقطّاع طرق من ناحية ثانية. لكن أحد المرشحّين للرئاسة اليوم كان قد قمعهم في السابق وطاردهم وشرّدهم في العاصمة بنفس الذريعة التي طارد بها الحاكم مور نداياي ومعاونه كيبا، في الرواية، الشحّاذين. بل يقدم نفسه كمترشح للرئاسة وكل منجزه أنه نظف العاصمة من الباعة الصغار العشوائيين في شوارع العاصمة دون أن يخبرنا ماذا فعل بهم عندما دحرهم خارج مواضعهم. هل حل لهم مشاكلهم باعتبارهم مواطنين؟ طبعاً لا، فالمترشّح الذي استعمل أجهزة الدولة باعتباره والياً لعدد من المدن من ضمنها العاصمة والذي كان يركب الدراجة النارية وراء شرطي بلباس رسمي مستعرضاً سطوته، لم يفكر أبداً في حل مشاكلهم وأنه فقط حجز لهم بضاعتهم واضطروا إلى الاختفاء مدة سلطته وتحمّل الفاقة والفقر والجوع حتى سقط الوالي فعادوا إلى مواطن نشاطهم. هنا نحن أما مرشح يمثل نموذجاً لدكتاتور صغير فقد بدأ بقمع المستضعفين تحت شعار المصلحة الوطنية ونظافة المدينة والبطاقة البريدية التي سيبيعها للسياح دون أي اعتبار أولاً لمصير المواطن الذي دفعت به الحاجة إلى الوقوف في الشارع يبيع تلك البضائع الرخيصة لمهرّب كبير لا يظهر في الشوارع يحميه المترشح نفسه ويسمح بدخول بضائعه المهرّبة، وثانياً لم يفكّر في حاجة المواطن البسيط الذي يشتري منه تلك البضائع الرخيصة بأسعار زهيدة، ومن ثم فقد أضر بالإثنين البائع البسيط والمواطن البسيط الذي لا يقدر على شراء المنتج المعروض في المحلات. وهكذا يكون المترشح قد سبب خللاً كبيراً في الأمن الاجتماعي بطرد بائع المواد المهربة والانتصاب العشوائي من مكانه. من المفارقات أن أحد هذه النماذج أيضاً تقلّد وزارة العدل ومارس القضاء، وهذا ما يجعله يمثّل خطراً كبيراً على الديمقراطية التونسية لأنه سيتخفى أمام أقنعة مضادة للديكتاتورية والظلم والتي من شأنها أن تجعل الإطاحة به مستقبلاً أكثر صعوبة إذا ما تقلد الحكم، خاصة أنه مسنود من ميليشيات رابطات حماية الثورة وهي ميليشيات مثلت خطراً كبيراً على المشهد السياسي في تونس وعلى المجتمع في الأعوام الأولى للثورة التونسية. أي أنه سيكون له نفوذ رسمي عبر السلطة الرسمية ونفوذ خفي عبر تلك الميليشيات التي ستكون الجهاز السري المكلف بكل العمليات اللاّمشروعة التي قد يقدم عليها من تصفية الخصوم وتخريب أي عمل نقابي أو حقوقي. لكن ماذا فعل الشحّاذون في الرواية؟ قمعت السلطة الشحاذين واغتالت زعيمهم المسالم العجوز جورجي ديوب فاختاروا المواجهة. اختار الشحاذون اللاّحرب، المواجهة بالغياب، حرمان السلطة من وجودهم. يقول أحد الشحّاذين في زملائه: “أن نحيا حياة الكلاب، أن نلاحق، نطارد ونضرب، أو نعيش ككائنات بشرية، كانت غاية الحياة بالنسبة إلى جورجي ديوب هي غرس البهجة في قلوب الناس، لكن هؤلاء المجانين لا يعرفون البهجة، وبما أن جورجي ديوب لم ينج فلن ينجو أحد، الآن إذن، انتهى الخروج الخفي، انتهى الركض الجامح، انتهى الخوف والرعب، فلنبق جميعاً هنا. سمعتم، فلنبق هنا، بعد وقت قصير سترون أنهم بحاجة إلينا كحاجتهم للهواء الذي يتنفسونه، هل هناك رب عمل لا يدفع الصدقة ليظل رب عمل؟ هل هناك مريض حقيقي أو وهمي لا يعتقد جازما أن كل آلامه ستختفي بمجرد خروج الصدقة من يده؟ هل هناك رجل طموح لا يفكّر بأن يفتح جميع الأبواب عبر الحركة السحرية للصدقة؟ كل واحد يعطي لسبب أو لآخر، حتى آباء المتهمين يستعملون الصدقة للتأثير في ضمائر القضاة.” وهكذا أعلن الشحّاذون الاضراب ولم يعد هناك من شحاذ بالشوارع. وتحقق حلم مور ندياي ومعاونه كيبا وانتشرت إشاعة تقول إن الرئيس سعيد جداً بهذا الإنجاز الذي حسب لمور ندياي وأنه ربما يعينه نائب رئيس الجمهورية وكانت ساغارا زوجة كيبا تسخر منه وتشير إلى طمعه في ترقيات قد تصل إلى منصب الوزارة بعد هذا الإنجاز العظيم. وفعلاً نال مور ندياي وسام “فارس برتبة مناضل” وقد وسّم لأنه “نجح في تفكيك عصابة من المدلسين والمهربين، الذين كانوا يحرمون الدولة كل سنة من مئات الملايين، والذين كانوا يعتبرون آفة وطنية لم يتمكن أحد إلى ذلك الحين من تفكيكها.” لكن إشاعة تعيين مور ندياي نائباً للرئيس استحوذت عليه فأخذ يتردّد على العرّافين في داخل البلاد وخارجها، و”نظرا للتهاني التي تصله من كل مكان؛ لأنه طهّر الشوارع والأسواق وإشارات المرور وواجهات المغازات، والمستشفيات والبنوك والنزل، اعتقد مور أنه الرجل السماوي الذي يجب أن تكرمه الأمة، اتخذ هيئة الرجل الكفء، وضاعف الولائم وحفلات الاستقبال ليسمع مديح نخبة المجتمع…” ولكنه كان أيضاً يرى كوابيس مرعبة مما اضطره إلى زيارة أحد العرافين الذي نصحه بتقديم صدقة تتمثل في سبع جوزات الكولا البيضاء لامرأة عجوز لا تشكو من أي إعاقة، “لا تعطيهم خاصة لإمرأة عمياء”. لكنه أصيب بالرعب عندما عاد ابنه يخبره أنه لم يجد أي شحّاذ. وبدأ التململ يسري في قلب كل مواطن فهم لا يجدون من يقبل منهم صدقاتهم لتتحقق أمانيهم الصغيرة. حتى التقى مور بالعراف الكبير كيفي بوكول الذي أخبره أنه سيكون فعلاً نائباً للرئيس بشرط أن يضحي بثور بجلد ذي لون واحد ومن الأفضل أن يكون أصهب، يجب أن تشرب الأرض دم الأضحية، ثم يقسّم إلى سبع وسبعين حصة توزع على حاملي الصحاف. ومن هنا تبدأ مأساة مور ندياي في مواجهة الشحاذين الذين يرفضون لحم ثوره الذي سيجعله يفوز بمنصب نائب رئيس الجمهورية. حتى أنه نزل بنفسه يبحث عنهم ويترجاهم العودة إلى مرابضهم وتقبل صدقته. وعندما رفضوا تنصل من فعلته وأخبره أنه ليس هو من أمر بطردهم وأنها أفعال أعوانه ويدخل في آخر الرواية في جدال طويل مع قائد الشحاذين صاحب الغيثارة وقائد الإضراب فيساومه بكل الطرق حتى أنه قبل في آخر المفاوضات بالرجوع وصحبه للعمل في انتظار لحم الثور. لم يبق إلا ثمانية أيام ليعلن الرئيس عن نائبه. اشترى مور الثور “بسعر ناري” بعد أن استغله الباعة الذين علموا بأمر الثور وفي اليوم الموعود وضع مور في شاحنة صغيرة السبعة والسبعين كدساً من اللحم والسبعمائة جوزة كولا وقطع القماش الحريري وانطلق يبحث عن الشحاذين ليوزع عليهم الصدقات لكنه لم يجد أحداً. تجول في مكان من المدينة ولم يجد أحداً. فدخل في حالة هيستيرية: لقد خدعوني. لقد خدعوني بسابق إضمار. ثم عاد إلى بيوتهم يترجّاهم أن يخرجوا لتسلم الصدقات. وينثر عليهم الأوراق النقدية ويترجاهم أن يأتوا مساء بعد صلاة الظهر لكنهم لم يذهبوا رغم تغير نظرة مور لهم فقد أعلن الرئيس عن تسمية وزير الداخلية توماني ساني نائباً له في نشرة الأخبار. كان مور يتابع محبطاً ومتوجعاً من أثر حمله للقطع الكبيرة من اللحم. هكذا انتصر الشحّاذون على السلطة التي تريد أن تهينهم وتستعملهم كأدوات ووسائل لتكريس نفسها والوصول إلى أغراضها دون أن تحترمهم كبشر ومواطنين. فهل يفعلها التونسيون ويردون في التصويت على من شرّدهم ومنعهم حتى من البحث عن قوتهم وقوت أبنائهم من خلال الانتصاب في الشوارع في الحر والقر؟ هل يصوّت التونسيون لمن رآهم مجرد جياع فأغراهم باللحم والدقيق أم سيشترون بتصويتهم الحُر في النهاية كرامتهم ويصوتون لأنفسهم في اللحظة الحاسمة؟ 127 comments 0
