كاتب و صحافي @rustummahmoud تصاعدت في الأوساط السياسية والإعلامية في إقليم كُردستان العراق، أحاديث ومخاوف من إمكانية شن قوات الحرس الثوري الإيراني هجمات برية على بعض مناطق الإقليم، بغية تدمير المعسكرات والمقرات الحدودية للأحزاب الكُردية الإيرانية، التي ضمن إقليم كُردستان. تراكمت المخاوف الكُردية عقب المعلومات العسكرية التي سربتها بعض المصادر العسكرية الكُردية لوسائل إعلام محلية، والتي تفيد بأن فصائل الحرس الثوري باتت تحشد قواها العسكرية على الحدود بشكل لافت خلال الفترة الماضية، وأن تلك الحركات رُبما تكون مُقدمة لعملية عسكرية برية واسعة. إعادة الأسلوب التُركي يعتقد المراقبون الأكراد بأن الجانب الإيراني يسعى لأن يُعيد التجربة التُركية مع القوى المُعارضة لها ضمن إقليم كُردستان العراق. فعلميات القصف المدفعي والصاروخي وعبر طائرات من دون طيار، التي نفذتها القوات الإيرانية على مقار ومُعسكرات الأحزاب الكُردية الإيرانية السنة الماضية، لم تنجح في السيطرة على نشاطات وفاعلية تلك المُعسكرات، وباتت تُخطط لهجوم عسكري بري، لتدمير تلك المقار والمُعسكرات، والسيطرة على الجانب الكردستاني من الحدود، وخلق نوع من المنطقة الآمنة داخل إقليم كُردستان. هذه المداولات تأتي في وقت صرح القائد العام للحرس الثوري الإيراني حسين سلامي بسيطرة قواته على كامل المُرتفعات الجبلية الاستراتيجية الحدودية مع إقليم كُردستان العراق. سلامي الذي أجرى زيارة تفقدية استثنائية لتلك المناطق، أكد خلالها لوسائل إعلام محلية أن المناطق الجبلية في منطقتي بيرانشهر وسردشت الحدوديتين في مأمن تام وتحت السيطرة، وأن الحرس الثوري قادر على صد أية هجمات قد تُشن على تلك المناطق العصية جُغرافياً. تصعيد استثنائي في المقابل، كانت قوات الحرس الثوري الإيراني قد تعرضت لهجوم من قِبل أطراف اعتبرها “الجماعة المعادية للثورة” في أواخر يوليو (تموز) الفائت، وأدت إلى مقتل اثنين من عناصر الحرس الثوري، تلاها بعد أقل من أسبوع واحد هجوم آخر، أدى إلى مقتل ثلاثة عناصر آخرين من عناصر الحرس، الذي توعد برد حاسم على تلك الهجمات. هجمات الأحزاب الكُردية أتت بعد عدد من الهجمات التصعيدية التي شنها الجيش الإيراني على المناطق الكُردية العراقية مُنذ خريف العام المنصرم. فقد شن الجيش الإيراني هجوماً صاروخياً على العديد من مقار الأحزاب الكُردية الإيرانية في عُمق إقليم كُردستان في التاسع من سبتمبر (أيلول) 2018، أدى إلى سقوط العشرات من الضحايا المدنيين، الأمر الذي استدعى تنديداً مُشتركاً من إقليم كُردستان والحكومة المركزية العراقية. بعد ذلك الهجوم الكبير، صارت قوات الحرس الثوري الإيراني تشن هجمات مدفعية على مُختلف المناطق الحدودية من إقليم كُردستان العراق، كان يذهب ضحيتها مدنيون أكراد إيرانيون مُقيمون في تلك المعسكرات، التي تتهمها إيران بأنها تشكل غطاء للأنشطة المُسلحة التي تُخاض ضدها. ثلاثة تيارات كُردية إيرانية مُسلحة ثمة ثلاثة تيارات سياسية كُردية في إيران مُسلحة، مُستقرة بقوتها الرئيسية في المناطق الحدودية مع إقليم كُردستان العراق. تعتقد الأجهزة الأمنية والعسكرية الإيرانية بأنها تتنظر أي انشغال عسكري إيراني، لتبدأ بشن هجمات عبر المناطق الجبلية الحدودية، بالذات من المثلث الحدودي الإيراني- العراقي- التُركي، عبر سلسلة جبال قنديل، أو في مناطق جبال “قره داغ” وهورمان في المناطق الحدودية الوسطى، بين إيران وإقليم كُردستان. يشكل الحزب الديمقراطي الكُردستاني/ الإيراني PDKI القوة الرئيسية للقوى الكُردية المُسلحة. فالحزب وريث الحركة القومية الكُردية التقليدية في إيران مُنذ قُرابة القرن، ومن أسس جمهورية كُردستان في مدينة مهاباد عام 1946، وخاض كفاحاً مُسلحاً ضد النظام الإيراني عقب إسقاط الشاه عام 1979، واستفاد في ما بعد من الحرب الإيرانية- العراقية الطويلة في عقد الثمانينيات. وهو حزب ذو علاقة وطيدة مع الحزب الديمقراطي الكُردستاني العراقي. إلى جانب الديمقراطي الكُردستاني، ثمة حزب الحياة الحُرة PJAK، الذي يُعتبر حزباً مؤمناً بأفكار زعيم حزب العُمال الكُردستاني عبدالله أوجلان ومُتداخلاً معه سياسياً وعسكرياً، ويتمركز في معسكرات قريبة من تلك التي للعُمال الكُردستاني في المثلث الحدودي. كذلك فأن حزب كوملة الكُردي الإيراني، والذي يُعتبر سليلاً للأحزاب والتيارات القومية اليسارية. خطان متوازيان متابعون لتطور مجريات الأحداث بين النظام الإيراني والقوى السياسية الكُردية الإيرانية، يُشيرون إلى سير الاستراتيجية الإيرانية على سكتين متوازيتين لضبط علاقتها مع القوى الكُردية الإيرانية. ففي وقتٍ تُصعد إيران من هجماتها وتهديداتها للقوى المُسلحة والأحزاب السياسية الكُردية الإيرانية، بالذات منها المتمركزة ضمن إقليم كُردستان العراق، فإن الأنباء تصاعدت عن جولات من المفاوضات تجري بين هذه الأحزاب الكُردية الإيرانية والنِظام الإيراني في عدد من الدول الأوروبية، بعلم من الولايات المُتحدة الأميركية. فطوال الشهور الثلاثة الماضية خيضت جولات تفاوضية في كُل من ألمانيا والنرويج بين الطرفين، بتنظيم من بعض المؤسسات المدنية الأوروبية، بالذات منظمة “نوريف” النرويجية. تلك المفاوضات التي شاركت بها من الجانب الكُردي أربع جهات، هي الحزب الديمقراطي الكُردستاني بتنظيمه السياسي، إلى جانب حزبي كوملة اليساري والحياة الحُرة. ومن الجانب الإيراني شارك دبلوماسيون سابقون، إلى جانب ضباط من أجهزة الاستخبارات. لم ترشح حتى الآن أية مؤشرات عن نتائج تلك الحوارات، لفقدان الثقة من قِبل الجانب الكُردي، وأيضاً لأن الجهة الإيرانية لا تُريد أن تتحمل تبعات أي اعتراف رسمي بالقوى السياسية والعسكرية الكُردية عبر أية عملية تفاوضية. على أن القليل من المتابعات قالت بأن إيران تخوض تلك المحادثات تحسباً لأي ظرف سياسي وعسكري قد يواجه إيران في ظل المواجهة مع الولايات المُتحدة، وبذلك تسعى لأن تستوعب أكثر القوى السياسية والعسكرية الإيرانية حيوية، المتمثلة بالأحزاب الكُردية الإيرانية، ولو مؤقتاً. وفي سياق متصل، أشارت تلك المصادر إلى أن إيران طرحت على الأحزاب الكُردية التخلي عن العمل المُسلح والتعهد بعدم الدخول في أية توافقات مع القوى والدول
