الثاني في التربية والمجتمع والثقافة في جامعة حيفا، د. أيمن إغباريّة، وألقاها في مؤتمر مدى الكرمل الخامس لطلبة الدكتوراة الفلسطينيين. بدايةً، اسمحوا لي باسمي وبالنيابة عن اللجنة الأكاديمية للمؤتمر أن أحيي المشاركين والمشاركات في هذا المؤتمر وأبارك لِطلبة الدكتوراة الفلسطينيين في سِمينار مدى الكرمل على جُهدهم وعِلمهم وخُلُقهم الكريم. كما أود أن أثّمن غاليًا دور مركز مدى الكرمل ، طاقمًا وإدارةً، في تَمكين طَلبة الدراسات العُليا وتعزيزِ الإنتاج المعرفي النقدي والمنتمي في فلسطين وعنها. ومن بَعد، اسمحوا لي في هذه العُجالة التي وضعتها تحت عنوان “الأكاديمي الفِلسطيني: من المُثقف المُشاهد إلى المثقف الشاهد” أن أتبصر معكم في قوله تعالى في الآية ٢٨٣ من سورة البقرة: “وَلَا تَكْتُمُوا الشَّهَادَةَ ۚ وَمَن يَكْتُمْهَا فَإِنَّهُ آثِمٌ قَلْبُهُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ عَلِيمٌ”. هذا وقد استَوقفني في تَدبّر هذه الآية الكريمة قَولٌ لابن عَباس في تَفسير القُرطبي جَاء فيه أنه: “على الشاهدِ أن يَشهدْ حيثما استُشهد، ويُخبر حَيثما استُخبر، قال: ولا تقلْ أُخبر بها عند الأمير بل أخبرهٌ بها لعله يَرجع ويَرعوي”. اللافت للنّظر في هذا القول هو الصِلّة التي يُقيمها ابن عباس بين مفهوم “الشهادة” وعالم الحكم والسياسة، والمُثير أنه يُعطي “للشاهد” وظيفةً تربويةً ودورًا تَرشيديًّا. وفي ظنّي أن “الشهادة” هي لُبُّ العمل البحثي من حيث أن ما يقودنا إلى البَصيرة هُو النّظر وليس البَصر، فالنّظر يتطلب إمعانُ الفكر فيما وقع عليه البصر. هذا النوع من النظر المُقترن بالبحث والتأمل والتبين للحقيقة (قل انظروا ماذا في السموات والأرض) هو في صلب معنى أن تكون شاهدًا. فالشاهد هي كما قِيل “صفةُ من استدل بالعقل والمنطق على وقوع الواقعة من الظواهر والدلائل والآثار، وليس بالضرورة رؤيته للأمر”. وعليه، بالإمكان أن نُضيفَ للمعاني الإيمانية والفقهية والقانونية التي يَحملها مصطلح “الشهادة” معانيَ جديدةً تُساعدنا في فَهم المقابلةِ ما بين “المثقف الشاهد” و”المثقف المشاهد”، وأكاد أجزم أن ما نسعى إليه في مدى الكرمل هو أن ننتقل بالأكاديمي الفلسطيني من مقعد المشاهدة والفرجة إلى مَيدان الشهادة الفاعلة والنشطة وذلك عبر رَفد تَطوره المهني بالمهارات والمعارف الّلازمة لنُضوجه مثقفًا نقديًّا ومنتميًا. هذا ومن نَافل القول أنه في عصر الفردانية الشرسة، والبحث عن الخلاص الذاتي والنجاح الشخصي، والتسارع على التميّز بدون إنجازات حقيقية أحيانًا، والتّهافت على البروز الإعلامي المجاني لتسويق مدعي النجاح والحكمة، تصبح مهمة تطوير نخبة ثقافية فلسطينية غاية في الأهمية. وأظن أنها مهمة تتجاوز دور “مدى الكرمل” وتتطلب تفكيرًا استراتيجيًّا في دوائر مجتمعية وسياسية أوسع، لأننا أمامَ أسئلة مهمة: ما هو شكل النُخبة الثقافية والسياسية الفلسطينية القادمة؟ ما هي منظومتها القيميّة؟ ما هي حدود ومضمون إجماعها؟ وما هي تطلعاتها؟ أعتقد أننا بحاجة لمزيد من التفاكر المجتمعي في هذه الأسئلة في ظل ما نعيشه من الممارسات العنصرية والاقتلاعية الإسرائيلية، وما نمارسه على أنفسنا من عنف ذاتي ومحوٍ لذاكرتنا وتشويهٍ لهويتنا، نحن بحاجة للتفكير بسبل التأثير على إنتاج النُخب الفلسطينية السياسية والثقافية من أجل ضَمان تَنوّعها وفاعليّتها وانفتاحها وتواصلها مع عمقها الحضاريّ وذاكرتها الجماعيّة. نحن بحاجة للتفكير بجدية في هذا الموضوع لأنّنا نشهد صعود طبقة متوسطة من أصحاب المهن الحرّة والأكاديميين بدأت تفرز نخبًا جديدة يَسود حراكها خطاب النفعية الشخصية والإندماج العشوائي فيما تُتيحه المؤسسة الإسرائيلية من هوامش وفتات. هذه النخب الجديدة بشخوصها والقديمة بمنطلقاتها تُمجد العزوف عن السياسة الحزبية، وتطعنُ دون كلّلٍ في معنى أن تكون فلسطينيا حرًّا وكريمًا في وطنك، وتُسوق الأسرلة شرطًا لِعمران القرى والمدن العربية وجودةِ الحياة فيها. صِدقًا، سُكِب حبرٌ كثيرٌ على تَصنيفات المُثقف وأدواره في التَبرير والتَنوير والتثوير والتحرير. الغائب عن هذه التنظيرات، هو إجابة بسيطة عن السؤال: هلْ تقعُ على المثقف واجبات أخلاقيةٍ مميزة هو ملزمٌ بها دون غيره، أو أكثر من غيره؟ ونضيف: ما هو مصدر هذه الواجبات؟ هل إذا قال المثقف الحقَّ في مُواجهة السلطة وتكلّم بشجاعة ضد الظلم والقمع و”تغنيم” الناس في عقلية القطيع يحقق بذلك منفعة عامة واسعة، أو يُسهم في نشر العدل والإنصاف، أو يُجسد الصورة المثالية لما ينبغى عليه أن يكون المثقف الملتزم والمنتمي؟ قد تكون كل الإجابات صحيحة، لكن أظن أن ما يميز المثقف هوى مدى التزامه بمبدأ “الشهادة” من حيث هي أمانةٌ في عنقه؛ “إِنَّ اللّهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَن تُؤدُّواْ الأَمَانَاتِ إِلَى أَهْلِهَا وَإِذَا حَكَمْتُم بَيْنَ النَّاسِ أَن تَحْكُمُواْ بِالْعَدْلِ إِنَّ اللّهَ نِعِما يَعِظُكُم بِهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ سَمِيعًا بَصِيرًا” (النساء : ٥٨). الحقيقة إذن هي وديعةٌ عند المثقف، وهو مؤتمنٌ عليها ومسؤولٌ عن بيانها وَتبيّنها وعن بَلاغتها وإبلاغِها. الالتزام بالشهادة من منطلق الأمانة هو أيضًا التزام بعلنية الشهادة، المثقف الشاهد هو مثقف عَلني، وذلك لأن من بين الأكاديميين، كما بين السياسيين، الكثيرُ من لُصوص الأفكار والانتهازيين والمتسترين والمكتفين بالهمس في آذان الساسة وأصحاب النفوذ، أو في خَاص “فيسبوك” او “واتساب”. الشهادة لا تكون إلا علنية وموجهة للرأي العام. لكن العلانية والشهادة على الملأ بحاجة إلى أن نَنسُج من أجلهما “منديل أمان” مجتمعي. كلُّنا قرأنا في كتب التراث قصصًا عن خليفةٍ أو سلطانٍ وهو يُلقي أو يهب منديلَ الأمان للماثل أمامَه حتى يتكلم بمنتهى الحُرية حتى وإن كان فيما يقوله تجاوزًا للحدود والأعراف. في مسرحية “حلاق بغداد” للكاتب المصري ألفريد فرج (1929-2005) الحلاق البغدادي الفضولي، أبو الفضول، شخص كثير الأسئلة ويتدخل فيما “يُفترض” أنه لا يعنيه. في المسرحية، يصطدم أبو الفضول بالسلطة في دَعوى قَضائية ويُطلَبُ للشهادة، فيشترط على الخليفة أن يمنحهُ مِنديل الأمان قبل أن يدلى بشهادته، بلْ ويطلب من الخليفة أن يمنح كل فردٍ من رَعيته منديل أمان مِثله، يظلُّ دائمًا بحوزته. “منديل الأمان” هو استعارة عن تعاقد اجتماعي ما أحوجنا اليه كي يستطيع المثقف “الشهادة” دون أن “يستشهد”. ما أحوجنا إليه كي يتمكن المثقف من قول كلمة الحق في العلن سواء كان ذلك أمام المؤسسة الإسرائيلية أم أمام غيرها. والصدق، أننا كمثقفين نشعرُ أحيانًا أن انتقاد السياسات العنصرية الإسرائيلية أسهل علينا من انتقاد رئيس سلطة محلية متجبر ومتحيز، أو عضو كنيست يرى نفسه أحيانًا مُوظفًا وأحيانًا إلهًا، أو مدير جمعيةٍ خارج التاريخ ومنطق التغيير، أو أستاذًا جامعيًّا يفهم في كل شيء ويتكلم عن أي شيء. لذلك، نحن بحاجة لتعاقد اجتماعي يُتيح علنيةَ شهادة المثقف ويوفر لها الحماية، تعاقد اجتماعي يُنظم قول الحقيقة ويحمي قائلها دون أن يُتهم فورًا بأنه “لا يُتقن إلا التَنظير”، أو أنّه “مُنفصم عن الواقِع”، أو “لا يَفهم الواقعية السياسية”، و”يُريد أن يصلْ ألى الكنيست بأيِّ ثمن”، أو “بَاع نفسه للصهاينة أو لقَطر أو لآل سُعود أو للشيطان”، إلى آخره من تُهم التخوين والتكفير والتسفيه والتهميش. الشَرط الرابع للشهادةِ ، بالإضافة للأمانة والعلنية والأمان، هو صِدق النيَّةِ ، “إِلَّا مَنْ أَتَى اللَّهَ بِقَلْبٍ سَلِيمٍ”(الشعراء :89)، وإبرامها على إخبار الحقيقة بغض النظر عن عَاقبة هذا الإخْبار. لكنّ الصدق هو في نِية القَول كما هو في النيةِ للتَسّميع. المُثقف يَرمي لقول الحقيقة ولكن يَسعى أيضًا لأن يُستمع إليها. وعليه، تَقع عليه مسؤوليةٌ كبيرةٌ ليس فقط في أن يقول الحقيقة كما يراها، بل أيضًا أن يُخبرها بشكلٍ يُسهل مَناليّتها والاستماعِ إليها ووصولها إلى جمهورِ هَدفها. الشهادة بلغةٍ متعاليةٍ، بمفردات مُغرقة في الغُموض، بنبرةٍ عدائية، بتوجهٍ مُغرض، وبنقدٍ هدّام لن تكون شهادةً بل مُونولوجًا أمام حائطٍ أصمّ. لذلك، مُجترحٌ من حُسن النية المسؤولية على إقامة توازنٍ ما بين النقد وما بين التواصل: توازنٌ في أن تقول الحقيقة دون أن تفقدَ القدرة على التواصل والتأثير. من هنا، الشَهادة هي دعوةٌ للشراكة والمشاركة. في النهاية، أودُّ أن أنهي كلمتي بدعوةٍ للشجاعة الأخلاقية، أذكِركم بها وأذكر نفسي معكم، كي نخرج جميعًا كأكاديميين من اعتبارات الفائدة المادية والتقدّم الشخصي والعلاقات الوثيقة مع أصحاب النفوذ السياسي إلى اعتبارات الصالح العام، و طرح الأسئلة المحرجة علنًا، ومواجهة كلِّ أنواع التنميط والجمود
