الدينيّة الشيعية في النجف الأشرف والحوزة العلمية الدينيّة في قم المقدسة، والملاحظ أن البعض لا يرى فرقا بين هاتين الجامعتين نظرا لكون مناهج الدراسة الدينيّة بين الحوزتين متماثلة أو متشابهة على الأقل. ولكن من جهتي ـ وهذا ما يشاركني فيه كثير من الأخوة العلماء ـ فإني أعتقد بأن ثمة فروقا، وهي فروق قد تكون طبيعية إذا نظرنا الإطار الذي تقع فيه كل من الجامعتين، أو الحوزتين، وانتبهنا إلى أن حوزة أو دائرة مختصة بشؤون العلم والمعرفة لا بد لها أن تتأثر وتؤثر في المحيط الذي توجد فيه، وبالنظر إلى الحوزتين المذكورتين، فإن أبرز ما يمكن أن نلحظه في اختلاف المحيط الذي تقعان فيه، هو كون النجف الأشرف تقع في محيط عربي بينما الأخرى تقع في محيط بشري وفكري وثقافي غير عربي، وإذا نحن تعمقنا في مؤثرات اللغة على المعرفة وخاصّة إذا كانت هذه المعرفة فرعا من العلوم الإنسانية، وكانت اللغة ذات أثر فعال في موضوعاتها ومسائلها فإننا نعتبر حوزة النجف أكثر ارتباطا لجهة العلوم التي تقدمها أكثر ارتباطا باللغة العربية وخصائصها ومميزاتها، وهذا ليس أمرا غريبا فالإسلام تجسد بالقرآن الكريم، وهو ذروة اللغة العربية من جهة، كما أن بداية العلوم الشرعية وتطورها كانت مادتها اللغوية هي العربية، ويمكنني أن أذهب إلى أبعد من ذلك، فأشير إلى أن اللغة العربية التي تم انتاج العلوم الإسلاميّة بواستطها كانت لغة بسيطة، وفطرية إلى حد كبير، وعندما تترجم اللغة العربية أو أي لغة أخرى، عندما تترجم إلى لغة ثانية سوف تخسر بالتأكيد الكثير من روحها ومن خصائصها على النحو الذي يجعل النص المترجم نصّاً ضعيفاً وغير مؤهل تأهيلاً كاملاً لنقل المحتوى الذي تتضمنه هذه اللغة، وهذا ما حصل فعلا عندما تم نقل العلوم الشرعية من اللغة العربية إلى اللغة الفارسية. أما بشأن اللغة الفارسية، فلا بدّ أن نلحظ أمراً يتعلق بتراث هذه اللغة، وبما يحتشد في هذا التراث من خصائص تتعلق بالمضمون وبأسلوب الأداء، فإن هذه الخصائص وهذا الأسلوب، وهو يؤدي المفاهيم الجديدة بالنسبة له، وهي مفاهيم الإسلام وشريعته لا بد أن يتأثر بروح اللغة الفارسية وبحساسيتها، وهذا ما نلاحظه ليس في اللغة الفارسية التي كتب فيها علماء الفرس، بل نلاحظه في اللغة العربية التي كتب فيها علماء فارسيون لجهة ضعف الروح العربية، وبدت لغة هؤلاء العلماء وكأنها ترجمة من الفارسية إلى العربية، ومن خصائص اللغة الفارسية وتراثها هو العلاقة بالموضوعات الفلسفية وما تتضمنه من تعقيدات ذهنية وفكريّة، وهذا ما انعكس مع الأسف على بعض كتب الدراسات الأصولية والفقهية التي تدرّس في جامعة النجف نظراً لشدّة تأثير العلماء الفرس حتى على حوزة النجف، وهذا الأمر وإن يكن فيه بعض الإيجابيات لجهة الإستفادة من ثقافة اللغة الفارسية إلا أنه جعل العلوم الشرعية وخاصّة علم الأصول علماً معقّداً ومليئاً بكثير من الزوائد، ومزجت إلى حد كبير بينه وبين المسائل الفلسفية، وفي كل الأحوال فإننا نقر بأن الإسلام رسالة وخطاب لجميع الأمم، ومن الطبيعي أن تتلقى الأمم هذه الرسالة بأسلوبها الخاص، متأثرة بتراثها الخاص أيضاً، سواء كانت هذه اللغة عربية أو فارسية أو حتى التلقي بلغات أخرى، ولكن يبقى أن اللغة العربية هي اللغة الأم التي نزل فيها القرآن، والتي كانت المادة الأولى لنشوء العلوم الإسلاميّة بدليل أن الفرس وغيرهم كانوا مضطرين لتعلّم اللغة العربية من أجل فهم القرآن والحديث النبوي، وسائر العلوم التي نشأت في القرون الثلاثة الأولى لنزول الإسلام، و مادتها اللغة العربية. فيما تقدم أرجو أن لا ينظر إلى هذه الرؤية بوصفها نظرة قومية عنصرية، فليس من المقصود أن يتخلّى المسلم غير العربي عن لغته أو عن انتمائه القومي، بل لا بدّ من الإعتراف أن علماء وفلاسفة ومحدثين من الفرس والترك وغيرهم قد أضافوا الكثير إلى العلوم الإسلاميّة، ولكن ذلك لا يمنع أن نشدد على تعريب علومنا الإسلاميّة، وهذا في نظرنا لا يمكن أن يتم إلا في محيط عربي وبيئة عربية، والنجف بالمقارنة إلى قم هي المحيط الأصلح بنظرنا لتحقيق هذا الأمر، فإذا أضفنا هذه المعطيات إلى معطى آخر، وهو السبق الزمني الطويل لقيام جامعة النجف الأشرف، وتأسيسها على يد الشيخ الطوسي، منذ أكثر من ألف سنة، وقبل زمن التشيع في إيران، وبالتالي تأخر قيام الحوزة العلمية في قم بمئات السنين عن حوزة النجف، فإننا من أجل ذلك نحن منحازون لا إلى إلغاء حوزة قم، بل إلى أولوية حوزة النجف الأشرف. تتميز جامعة النجف الأشرف بأنها من الجامعات العريقة التي ربما سبقت في نشأتها الكثير من الجامعات الإسلاميّة المتعددة في العالم الإسلامي، كجامعة الأزهر وجامعة القرويين في المغرب، وغيرها من الجامعات الأقل أهميّة، وهذا يكرس جامعة النجف بوصفها جامعة ذات تاريخ طويل وعريق، ومن الملاحظ أن الجامعات والمؤسسات العريقة تنشأ فيها عبر التاريخ مجموعة من القيم والمفاهيم، ويجري تكريس هذه القيم، سواء في شكل الدراسة كما في مضمونها، كما في السلوك المفروض على طلاب هذه الجامعة، وتغدو عملية النقد لهذه المناهج أو القيم المكرسة نوعا من الخروج على ما يشبه الخروج على المقدسات، مع العلم أن المقدسات هي تلك التي تتصل بالأحكام الدينيّة الثابتة، أما ما يتصل بالمناهج وبالعادات والتقاليد حتى لو كان هذا مقدساً بنظر البعض فهو في واقعه إنجاز تاريخي بشري قابل للتطور والتغيير، وفق تطور العصور المتوالية، ومما لا شك فيه أن ثمة متغيرات ومستجدات كثيرة، منذ تأسيس جامعة النجف، أي قبل ألف سنة، ثمة عالم يتغير، وثمة حاجة لتطوير مناهج الدراسة، كما ثمة حاجة لتطوير الخطاب الديني ولتجاوز الكثير من المفاهيم والقيم وأنماط السلوك، خلافا لما يراه البعض من العلماء والطلاب في هذه الجامعة، الذين يعتبرون أن تراث السلف الصالح في هذه الجامعة المتعلق بقيم التدريس، وتطوير المناهج وإضافة علوم مستجدة إلى المناهج المتبعة يعتبرون بدافع الحرص على هذه الجامعة أن مثل هذه المتغيرات التي يمكن إحداثها سوف يؤثر على بنية هذه الجامعة، وعلى قِيَمها، وسوف ينال من قدسية السلف الصالح الذي أسس لمناهج، وأرسى القيم التدريسية والعلمية، كما القيم التربوية والأخلاقية وصولاً حتى إلى موضوع الزي الخارجي لطالب العلم، فما زلتُ أذكر أن قيم جامعة النجف كانت تنتقد بشدة بعض المظاهر الشكلية بشأن الزي، كما على سبيل المثال انتقاد الطالب الذي يطيل شعر رأسه، أو يستعمل ساعة اليد، أو حتى الذي يلبس الجوارب، معتبرين ذلك خروجاً على قيافة الطالب، ومن ذلك اقتناء الراديو، فضلا عن التلفزيون، وكذلك قراءة الصحف التي كانت محظورة في القيم النجفية، وإذا حاولنا من خلال هذه الأمثلة وغيرها أن نقيّم أنماط السلوك هذه فسوف نصل إلى توصيف يطال جانباً حيوياً من جوانب التطور الذي ينبغي أن يكون سمة لجامعة تستطيع أن تحتفظ بثوابت أساسية، ولكنها في الوقت نفسه تعجز عن مواكبة العصور المتغيرة، وهذا الموقف الذي نستطيع أن نصفه بالجمود غير المبرر يتصل أيضاً وإلى حد كبير بمناهج الدراسة، واقتصارها عبر فترة طويلة جداً من الزمن على كتب معينة، بحيث يغدو الإنتقال من هذه الكتب إلى مؤلّفات جديدة أنتجها علماء وفقهاء ليسوا غرباء عن المواد الدراسية التقليدية، يصبح الإنتقال إلى هذه الكتب أمراً يتنافى مع السلوك الدراسي القديم، وما زلت أذكر مثالا على هذا الأمر يتعلق بعلم المنطق، حيث الكتاب المكرس لدراسة المنطق هو حاشية ملا عبد الله التي يتجاوز التعقيد في عبارتها وأدائها كل الحدود التي يسوغها كتاب لدراسة المنطق، وكان شرط الطالب الجاد هو أن يدرس هذا الكتاب ويتقنه بعد معاناة كأداء، ولا يقبل منه أن يدرس كتاباً حديثاً يحتوي على مضمون كتاب الحاشية ويزيد عليها، وهو كتاب منطق المظفر الذي وضعه عالم متضلع بشؤون المنطق، ولكنه يمتلك منهجية التوضيح والسهولة في أداء المطالب، أي مطالب علم المنطق، وهكذا في كتب كثيرة، في الأصول والفقه. أقول: إنّ التمسك بمناهج الدروس عبر الكتب القديمة، وأمام تعقيداتها يمكن للطالب أحيانا أن يعجز عن متابعة الدراسة، وهذا ما حصل لطلاب كثيرين، كما أن من مجالات النقد الحيوية لمناهج الدراسة هو أن القيم التقليدية للحوزة العلمية في النجف تأبى إدخال أي علم من العلوم الحديثة المستجدة إلى مناهج الدراسة، وعلى الأخص فإنها تأبى إدخال دراسة لغة أجنبية يفترض العصر الراهن أن يتوفر عليها العالم الديني. في خلاصة هذه الرؤية النقدية، ومع التأكيد الذي سبق وأن أوردناه لجهة ضرورة استمرار جامعة النجف بوصفها ذات الأولوية بين الجامعات والحوزات الدينيّة الشيعية، أقول رغم ذلك فإنني لأحسب أن هذه الجامعة يمكن أن تستمر على النحو الذي نطمح إليه إلا في معالجة هذه المشاكل والعقد التي ذكرناها، وفي إدخال معارف وعلوم معاصرة إلى مناهجها، كما أنه يجب إدخال عنصر التنظيم الذي يشكل ضرورة لا بدّ منها بحيث يكون هناك ما يشبه أنظمة الجامعات المتقدمة في عالمنا اليوم، من حيث المراحل التي تمر بها دراسة الطالب لهذه العلوم فلا يترك الطالب وشأنه في تدبير شؤون دراسته، بل لا بدّ أن يلتزم بنظام جامعي ينقله من الدراسات التحضيرية إلى الدراسة الجامعية، ومن ثم إلى الدراسات العليا التي تتوّج عادة بما يسمى بشهادة الدكتوراه، وربما جاز لهذه الجامعة أن لا تلتزم حرفياً بتسمية هذه المراحل، وأن تحتفظ لنفسها بخصوصية الأسماء التي تطلقها على مراحل الدراسة، فلا يعود الأمر كما هو الآن، حيث يصعب على الناس وعلى العامّة التمييز بين الذين يرتدون اللباس الديني نفسه، والعمامة نفسها، دون معرفة ما هي الشهادة التي يتميّز فيها هذا المعمم عن ذاك. وهذا في نظرنا ليس أمراً شكلياً بسيطاً، لأن عدم وجود معايير وشهادات يؤدي إلى الكثير من الفوضى في نقل الفتاوى، وفي ابتداع الفتاوى التي لا يعرف صاحبها إذا كان جديراً بهذه المهمات، أو غير جدير بها. هذا ملخص ما يمكن أن يطرحه الناقد والحريص في الوقت نفسه على
