CANADAكندا عربي ألبرتا: جواز التطعيم أفضل من اليانصيب لِتشجيع المتردّدين في أخذ اللّقاح by admin 7 سبتمبر، 2021 written by admin 7 سبتمبر، 2021 253 راديو كندا الدولي\ RCI اتّخذت العديد من الحكومات إجراءات تهدف لتشجيع المتردّدين في أخذ اللّقاح المضادّ لِفيروس كورونا المستجدّ. ووضعت الحكومات المحليّة في بعض المقاطعات الكنديّة حوافز لهذه الغاية، من بينها يانصيب اللّقاح. وفي ألبرتا، قال الأطبّاء إنّ الحوافز التي أعلن عنها رئيس الحكومة جيسن كيني، مثل يانصيب اللّقاح والبطاقات بقيمة 100 دولار لِتشجيع المتردّدين (نافذة جديدة) لم تساهم في زيادة معدّلات التطعيم في المقاطعة. ولدى المقاطعة أدنى معدّل من الأشخاص الذين تلقّوا الجرعة الأولى من اللّقاح في البلاد، حسب متتبّع اللّقاحات في سي بي سي، القسم الإنجليزي في هيئة الإذاعة الكنديّة. معدّل الاشخاص الحاصلين على الجرعة الأولى من اللّقاح هو الأدنى في ألبرتا من بين المقاطعات الكنديّةالصورة: RADIO-CANADA / JEAN-CLAUDE TALIANA ويرى أطبّاء المقاطعة أنّ جواز التطعيم والإجراءات الأكثر تشدّدا في وصول الأشخاص غير المطعّمين إلى الأماكن العامّة ضروريّة لزيادة معدّل التطعيم وأكثر فعاليّة من الحوافز الماليّة. لم يكن هناك تأثير كبير لِيانصيب اللّقاح قالت د. ستيفاني سميث، أخصّائيّة الأمراض المعدية في مستشفى ألبرتا الجامعي، وأضافت أنّ الحوافز الفرديّة لن تُحدث تأثيرا كبيرا. وتفيد التحليلات أنّ معدّل الحاصلين على الجرعة الأولى من اللّقاح ارتفع عقب إعلان حكومة المقاطعة في 12 حزيران يونيو جوائز يانصيب اللّقاح بقيمة 3 ملايين دولار، والإعلان عن المزيد من الحوافز الماليّة بعدها بأيّام. وبعد إضافة جوائز الهواء الطلق إلى اليانصيب منتصف تمّوز يوليو، استقرّ عدد الحاصلين على الجرعة الأولى من اللّقاح إلى حدّ كبير. عندما نتحدّث عن تحفيز التطعيم، نتوقّع أن يرتفع عدد الذين يأخذون الجرعة الأولى من اللّقاح إن كان اليانصيب حافزا لهم قالت د. ستيفاني سميث أخصّائيّة الأمراض المعدية في مستشفى ألبرتا الجامعي، لكنّ اليانصيب لم يؤدّ إلى ارتفاع يُذكرفي الأعداد. وقال رئيس الحكومة جيسن كيني و وزير الصحّة المحلّي تايلور شاندرو إنّ العديد من الأماكن حول العالم أطلقت يانصيب اللّقاح، الذي أدّى إلى ارتفاع معدّل التطعيم في ولاية أوهايو الأميركيّة حسب قولِهما. وفي حين تحدّثت الأخبار عن ارتفاع معدّل التطعيم في أوهايو بعد الإعلان عن يانصيب اللّقاح، إلّا أنّ دراسة صدرت في دوريّة الجمعيّة الطبيّة الأميركيّة JAMA، لم تجد أيّ دليل حول الترابط بين الحوافز المستندة إلى اللّقاح و ارتفاع معدّل التطعيم في هذه الولاية. وأعلن رئيس حكومة ألبرتا جيسن كيني الأسبوع الماضي عن بطاقات ماليّة قيمة كلّ واحدة منها 100 دولار بهدف تشجيع المتردّدين في أخذ اللّقاح. حاولنا مع اليانصيب ولاحظنا ارتفاعا في الأعداد قال جيسن كيني، و الحكومة تحاول زيادة العدد من خلال البطاقات الماليّة، دون أن تعرف إن كانت ستعطي أم لا النتيجة المرجوّة، و تبقى تكلفة الحوافز أدنى بكثير من تكلفة الاستشفاء حسب رئيس حكومة ألبرتا جيسن كيني. ويؤكّد الأطبّاء في مقاطعة ألبرتا على أهميّة تقديم دليل تطعيم ، ويشيرون إلى النتائج الإيجابيّة التي حقّقها في مقاطعة بريتيش كولومبيا المجاورة.
