بين الإمارات وإيران مثيرة للجدل، فأمام التصريحات العدائية، يرتبط الطرفان بعرى وثيقة، لدرجة أن هناك من يتحدث عن خروج أبو ظبي من جلباب الرياض. فما صحة هذا الوصف؟ تصافح بين مسؤوليْن لدولتين في صورة بثتها وكالة الأنباء الإيرانية. الأمر لا يتعلق بلقاء مع إحدى حليفات طهران، بل بلقاء مع مسؤول إماراتي، إذ التقى قائدا حرس حدود الإمارات وإيران لأجل “تعزيز العلاقات الدبلوماسية وتأمين منطقة الخليج الفارسي وبحر عمان” حسب الوكالة ذاتها. لقاء قد يبدو غريباً للوهلة الأولى، نظراً للعداء الذي يجمع الدولتين على أكثر من ملف، لكن عند النظر في العمق، يبدأ ضباب الغرابة في الانقشاع رويداً رويداً، باستحضار تاريخ من المصالح الاقتصادية بين الطرفين. وإن كانت هذه هي المرة منذ عام 2013 الذي يزو فيه وفد إماراتي إيران للتداول حول أمن الحدود، وفق وكالة فرانس برس، فالظرفية التي تحيط بالزيارة تطرح العديد من الأسئلة، حول إمكانية وجود تغيير في وجهة النظر الإماراتية لما يجري في المنطقة من تطوّرات، خاصةً تخفيض أبو ظبي لقواتها في اليمن، البلد الذي يشهد حرباً مدمرة بين التحالف الذي تقوده السعودية والحوثيين المدعومين من إيران. صورة تجمع بين قائدي حرس حدود الإمارات وإيران. وفي الوقت الذي تحاشت فيه وكالة الأنباء الإماراتية التطرّق لموضوع الزيارة، نقلت نظيرتها الإيرانية على لسان قائد حرس الحدود الإيراني، قوله: “الجيرة في الإسلام تعني التعاون والتراحم”، مؤكدا أن العلاقات تاريخية وعريقة وعلى كل المجالات بين الدولتين. وتحدث المسؤول عن تحديات تُحتم التعاون على الجانبين، منها الجماعات الإرهابية ومعضلة التهريب. ونقلت الوكالة ذاتها إشادة من المسؤول الإماراتي بـ”الدور الإيراني في مكافحة تهريب المخدرات، وبالأمن الذي تنعم فيه إيران”. هل هو تغير في النهج الإماراتي؟ تتصدّر الإمارات قائمة الدول العربية في التبادل التجاري مع إيران، وهو ما يظهر من أرقام 2017 التي وصلت فيها قيمة التبادل التجاري إلى 13 مليار دولار، بل إن الإمارات هي أكثر دول العالم تصديراً لإيران وفق ما يؤكده تقرير سابق لـDW عربية. لهجة إماراتية دبلوماسية منطقتي الشرق الأوسط والخليج العربي هادئتين مستقرتين”. وقد أكد هذا الحديث سابقاً نجاح محمد علي، خبير في الشؤون الإيرانية لـDW عربية، عندما قال إن “الإمارات قائمة أساساً على التجارة وعلى الاستثمارات، وخصوصاً دبي. ومجرد صاروخ أو لغم واحد في منطقة استثمارية في الإمارات سيجعل كافة المستثمرين يفرون بأموالهم وتنهار الدولة اقتصادياً مع الأسف”. وتريد الإمارات أن تكون طرفاً في الاتفاق النووي الإيراني، وهي خطوة تتعارض مع موقفها السابق عندما أيدت، رفقة السعودية، انسحاب الولايات المتحدة من هذا الاتفاق، بل ودعت الدول الأخرى المشاركة في الاتفاق إلى أن تحذو حذو ترامب. واستغل مغرّدون عمانيون المناسبة لترويج وسم #الامارات_شريان_إيران، وذلك رداً على حملات إلكترونية قادتها شخصيات إماراتية على تويتر لأجل انتقاد قرار السلطنة باستمرار علاقاتها القوية مع إيران. نعم #الامارات_شريان_ايران وتقوم بتهريب نفطها عبر موانئ الإمارات حتى تتحايل على العقوبات الامريكية المفروضة عليها ففي يناير بداية ٢٠١٩م حمّلت إيران سفينة "جريس١" بشحنة زيت الوقود وتم نقلها إلى سفينتين أصغر حجما في مياه الإمارات ومن الإمارات تم بيعها الدول الأخرى”. كذلك، ورغم كل هذه المنافع المتبادلة، تتفق أبو ظبي مع الرؤية السعودية في كون إيران العدو الأول في المنطقة، بل إن الموضوع الإيراني أحد الأسباب التي برّرت بها أبو ظبي القطيعة مع قطر، عندما اتهمت هذه الأخيرة بنقض بيان صادر عن القمة العربية-الأمريكية كان قد اعتبر إيران دولة راعية للإرهاب. وفي هذا الإطار، يقول عبد الله المطوع، مدير مكتب قناة العربية في الإمارات، للقناة ذاتها المقرّبة من
