عرب 48 / ذكرت هيئة البث الإسرائيلية (“كان”)، يوم الجمعة، أن هناك “تخوّفًا إسرائيليًّا” من سعيٍ مُحتملٍ لرئيس السلطة الفلسطينية، محمود عباس، لجرِّ حماس إلى مواجهة مع إسرائيل في حال إغلاق المعابر مع غزة نتيجة وقف التنسيق الأمني، وبالتزامن مع إعلان الاحتلال أن شرطيا فلسطينيا قد “أشهر سلاحه” في اتجاه مركبةٍ إسرائيلية، قرب نابلس، يوم الأربعاء الماضي، في موازاة نشر مشاهد لمسلحين في بعض مدن الضفة المحتلة يطلقون الرصاص في الهواء تأييدًا لقرارات عباس الأخيرة، وذلك في محاولة لخلق انطباع أن عباس يدفع نحو “الفوضى” الأمنية.
وتحاول إسرائيل على ما يبدو تصوير عباس على أنه يدفع نحو التدهور الأمني بهدف “نزع الشرعية” عنه أمام الرأي العالم الدولي، ولا سيّما الاتحاد الأوروبي المعارض للضم الإسرائيلي لمناطق في الضفة الغربية، فيما تحاول إظهار أن قراره بوقف التنسيق الأمني لا يحظى بإجماع المحيطين به، من خلال نقل تصريحات في وسائل الإعلام الإسرائيلية لمن تصفهم بـ”مسؤولين فلسطينيين رفيعي المستوى”.
وأوضحت قناة “كان” أن “ما قد يضع (حماس) في قطاع غزة في الصورة هو قرار السلطة الفلسطينية بتجميد تنسيق حركة المرور في معبرَي ’إيرز’ (بيت حانون) في شمال قطاع غزة و’كيرم شالوم’ (كرم أبو سالم)، من قطاع غزة وإليه”، مُشيرة إلى أن هذا “التنسيق الذي يسمح بدخول وخروج الأشخاص والبضائع من إسرائيل إلى غزة”.
وذكرت أن تقديرات إسرائيليةً، لم توضح مصدرَها، ترى أن “التنسيق الأمني والمدني بين إسرائيل والسلطة الفلسطينية سيُعرَّض للخطر”، مٌستدركةً أنه “لن يكون هناك قطعٌ كامل (في التنسيق)”.
وأوضحت القناة أن التخوّف الإسرائيليّ، يتمثّل في أن تُشكّل حماس ضغطًا على إسرائيل في حال أوقفت الأخيرةُ حركةَ البضائع والأشخاص بعد وقف السلطة الفلسطينية التنسيق الأمني مع الاحتلال.
وقالت القناة إنه “بالأمس (الخميس) وردت أنباء عن أن أحد القرارات التي اتُّخذت في رام الله وهو إلغاء ’الخط الساخن’ المستخدم في حالات الطوارئ لتبادُل المعلومات بين الضباط الإسرائيليين والفلسطينيين”، مُشيرة إلى أن “الخط ظلّ نشطًا حتى مع قيام السلطة بالحدّ من التنسيق الأمني خلال أزمةِ البوابات الإلكترونية صيف 2017”.
وذكرت أن “مسؤولين فلسطينيين رفيعي المستوى”، لم تُسمّهم؛ قد “انتقدوا قرار أبو مازن بوقف التنسيق الأمنى مع إسرائيل” لافتة إلى أنهم قالوا “إنه قرار غير قابل للتطبيق، وقرار متسرع”، ما يُشير إلى احتمال وجود خلاف جدّي بين مسؤولين كبار في السلطة.
وأضافت نقلا عن المصادر ذاتها: “كان يتوجب عليه أن ينتظر الضمّ الفعليّ، لماذا كان عليه القيام بذلك قبل أن يحدث شيءٌ ما على الأرض؟”.
وقال مصدر آخر: “لقد ربطنا أنفسنا بإسرائيل بشدة لدرجة أنه من المستحيل قطع (العلاقات) معها”، فيما قال آخر وصفته القناة برفيع المستوى كذلك: “بدون التنسيق مع إسرائيل، لن نتمكن من إدخال إبرة (إلى الضفة الغربية المحتلة)، ولن يكون لدينا حتّى حليب”، على حدّ قول القناة.
وزعمت القناة الإسرائيلية “12” أن “المشتبه به في حمل السلاح باتجاه سيارة إسرائيلية يوم الأربعاء، (في الضفة) والذي تم استجوابه الليلة الماضية (الخميس) على أساس أنه حاول تنفيذ عملية، هو شرطي فلسطيني”.
وادّعت القناة أن “الشرطي نفسه موجود في مركز شرطة في نابلس، ويصعب على إسرائيل المطالبة بتسليمه للاستجواب، بسبب توقف العلاقات والتنسيق الأمني”.
وقال الناطق باسم الجيش الإسرائيلي، يوم الأربعاء إنه يتم التحقيق مع مشتبه به في “محاولة تنفيذ عملية” قرب نابلس، إذ أشهر سلاحه باتجاه مركبة إسرائيلية. وزعم الناطق في بيانه أن “سائق السيارة، الذي لاحظ التهديد، بدأ بملاحقة المشتبه به (في مطاردة شملت) إطلاق النار وهروب المشتبه به”.
