الإسرائيلية ببناء “السياج الأمني” الذي يصفه الفلسطينيون بـ”جدار الفصل العنصري”، في أوج الانتفاضة الفلسطينية (2000-2005) لفصل أراضيها عن الضفة الغربية، “لأسباب “أمنية”. وسلك محمد لثمانية أيام طريق دير كيرمزان الكاثوليكي القريب سرا كونه منطقة عسكرية. ويقول لوكالة فرانس برس “كانت الطريق تستغرق وقتا طويلا في الذهاب والعودة. أخرج أنا وشقيقي في وقت أبكر صباحا ونعود متأخرين”. وبدأت معاناة عائلة حجاجلة عام 2010، عندما قررت الحكومة الإسرائيلية استكمال بناء “السياج الأمني”. وبحسب المخطط الإسرائيلي، جاء موقع المنزل في الأراضي المصنفة “ج”، أي الخاضعة للسيطرة الإسرائيلية، وبالتالي، كان الحل الذي اقترحته رغوان”، لتعزل العائلة عن امتدادها الطبيعي في القرية، وتصبح تحت مراقبة الكاميرات الأمنية. وبحسب كريم جبران من مركز المعلومات الإسرائيلي لحقوق الإنسان في الأراضي المحتلة “بتسيلم”، وضع مسار الجدار معظم أراضي الولجة في الجانب الإسرائيلي داخل حدود بلدية القدس. ويبلغ طول “السياج الأمني” نحو 712 كلم، وهو مكون من أسلاك شائكة وخنادق وأسلاك كهربائية وجدران من الإسمنت المسلح يبلغ ارتفاعها تسعة أمتار. ويقع 85 بالمئة منه في أراضي الضفة الغربية المحتلة. وهو يعزل 9,4 بالمئة من الأراضي الفلسطينية عن القدس وإسرائيل، بحسب الأمم المتحدة. داخل النفق الإسمنتي المؤدي الى منزل عائلة حجاجلة، رسم نشطاء العلم الفلسطيني ورسوم غرافيتي وعبارات تدعو إلى الحرية. وتفتح البوابة الإلكترونية عن طريق جهاز للتحكم عن بعد سلمته السلطات الإسرائيلية للعائلة ويعمل فقط من داخل المنزل، ما يجبر أحد أفراد العائلة على المكوث في المنزل باستمرار. ودفع ذلك عمر إلى تركيب جرس كهربائي متصل بالمنزل يقرعه العائدون ليفتح لهم مَن في الداخل البوابة. لكن الجرس كان سببا آخر في شقاء العائلة، فقد أبلغت قوة من حرس الحدود الإسرائيلية قبل نحو شهرين عمر أن الجرس يشكل خطرا أمنيا، لأنه وضع قرب منطقة عسكرية. واقتيد عمر إلى التحقيق، واستجوب لنحو أربع ساعات. ثم أطلق سراحه ليفاجأ بوضع قفل حديدي على البوابة يمنع فتحها بأي طريقة كانت. واستدعت هذه الخطوة محامي العائلة إلى التهديد بالتوجه إلى القضاء ما أجبر حرس الحدود على إزالة القفل بعد ثمانية أيام حبست خلالها العائلة في المنزل. لكن عمر حجاجلة بات على قائمة الممنوعين أمنيا من الدخول إلى إسرائيل للعمل، بعد أن كان حارسا ليليا في شركة عربية للمقاولات في القدس الشرقية. ويروي عمر (53 عاما) بحسرة لوكالة فرانس برس في باحة منزله التي تحيط بها حديقة زرعت بالورود والأشجار المثمرة، “كل فترة يختلقون ذريعة جديدة لإجبارنا على ترك المنزل، تعرضت للاعتقال والضرب أنا وأبنائي ومؤخرا، وهناك قضية ضدي لإجباري على هدم بئر الماء الذي نستخدمه”. ويتابع “إنهم يحاربونني في لقمة عيشي”. تنسيق أمني ا ف ب / زائر يحتاج إلى تنسيق أمني قبل 48 ساعة من موعد الزيارة. وفي حال تمت الزيارة على الزوار المغادرة قبل العاشرة ليلا”. وسلك فريق فرانس برس للوصول إلى المنزل طريق دير كيرمزان الذي لا يمكن للسيارات غير صحيفة “هآرتس” الإسرائيلية عنها في عددها الصادر في 30 أيار/مايو، إن إغلاق البوابة تمّ بهدف “إصلاح الكاميرات الأمنية التي تمّ كسرها”. واتهمت عمر حجاجلة باستغلال البوابة “للسماح لفلسطينيين بالدخول إلى
