DW / دالين صلاحية/مهاجر نيوز / في ألمانيا يعيش الكثير من الصحفيين اللاجئين، بعضهم هرب من الحرب في بلده وبعضهم هرب لانتقاده حكومات بلده. أغلبهم أصبح عاطلا عن العمل ولذلك أسباب مختلفة.
“لم أحصل على عمل، رغم أنني حصلت على فرص تدريب مختلفة” هكذا تقول اللاجئة نور العجيلي. درست الشابة السورية الإعلام في سوريا وتابعت دراستها في مجال الإعلام في ألمانيا. ورغم محاولاتها المتكررة في إيجاد عمل لها كصحفية، لكنها لم تحصل على أي “وعود مشجعة” تقول الشابة السورية.
نور ليست وحدها الصحفية اللاجئة التي لم تتمكن من العمل في مؤسسات إعلامية ألمانية. فالصحفي الفلسطيني السوري رامي العاشق يعيش في ألمانيا منذ 2015. وأثناء مشاركته في مؤتمر “الصحافة في المنفى” والذي عقد في مدينة هامبورغ، أكد اللاجئ السوري، أنه لم يحصل حتى الآن على فرصة للعمل في المؤسسات الإعلامية الألمانية. صحيح أن رامي كتب لصحف ألمانية مثل “تاتس”، لكن مشاركته اقتصرت على مواضيع تروي قصته فقط. ولع رامي بمهنة الصحافة دفعه لتأسيس مجلة “أبواب”، لتكون أول مجلة عربية مطبوعة في ألمانيا وموجهة للاجئين. ويكتب رامي الآن لمجلة “فن” وهي مجلة ثقافية ألمانية عربية.
اللغة وعوائق أخرى
لا شك أن دمج الصحفيين اللاجئين في المؤسسات الإعلامية الألمانية أمرا ليس سهلا. وهو ما يؤكده الكثير من الخبراء ومن بينهم كريستوف دريير من منظمة “مراسلون بلا حدود”. ويرجع الخبير الإعلامي صعوبة ذلك إلى عدة عوامل وعلى رأسها عائق اللغة.
دانيل غيرلاخ، رئيس تحرير مجلة زينيت الألمانية، يوافق الخبير دريير في رأيه مشيرا إلى أن عمل الصحفيين اللاجئين في المؤسسات الألمانية يستلزم شروطا ومتطلبات كثيرة ” تتطلب هذه المهنة أولا وقبل كل شيء إتقانا كبيرا للغة، بشكل يسمح للاجئين فهم مقاصد الكلمات المستخدمة وصياغة التقارير بأسلوب ألماني، وهو أمر مرهق جدا وغير ممكن لمن لا يتقن اللغة بشكل ممتاز، ما قد يجعل توظيف الصحفي اللاجئ غير جذاب أمام إعلاميين محليين”.
ليست اللغة فحسب، بل اختلاف طبيعة العمل الصحفي في ألمانيا عما هو عليه في الدول التي يأتي منها اللاجئون. يزيد أيضا من التحديات التي تواجه الصحفيين اللاجئين في ألمانيا. وهو ما يؤكده غيرلاخ “يتطلب العمل الصحفي في ألمانيا الدقة في عملية البحث عن المعلومات. وهذا يحتاج بالطبع إلى مخاطبة دوائر الدولة وجهات مسؤولة وغيرها”.
صحفيو المنفى “مصدر قوة لألمانيا“
سهى صحافية عراقية أجرت تدريبا مهنيا في إحدى مؤسسات الإعلام الألمانية. أكدت في حوارها لموقع مهاجر نيوز أن هناك اختلافا شاسعا في طبيعة العمل الصحافي بين بلدها وألمانيا “عملت في الصحافة لسنوات طويلة في العراق، لكن أكثر ما لفت نظري في عمل الصحفيين الألمان هو الجهد و الوقت المبذول من أجل البحث عن المعلومات والتأكد منها. فضلا عن أنني تعرفت على الطريقة الألمانية في التعامل مع حقوق الملكية الفكرية مثلًا”.

رغم ذلك، يرى غيرلاخ أن دمج إعلاميين لاجئين ومهاجرين في المؤسسات الإعلامية الألمانية، إثراء كبيرا لألمانيا. وخاصة عندما يتعلق الأمر باالإعلام الخارجي. إذ يصعب على الصحفي الألماني الحصول على معلومات من بلدان هؤلاء الصحفيين أو إمكانية الوصول إلى قصص مؤثرة. ويضيف غيرلاخ بالقول ” نعتمد في مجلتنا على اللغة الانكليزية من أجل التواصل مع صحفيين أو مساعدين أجانب، بيد أن هذا الأمر قد لا يكون ممكنا في وسائل إعلام أخرى في ألمانيا”.
الخبير الإعلامي دريير يرى أيضا أن “الصحفيين في المنفى” هم مصدر قوة لألمانيا. فهؤلاء الصحفيون لهم دور كبير في توضيح انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان التي تجري في بلدانهم.
بعضهم من حقق حلمه ولكن!
رغم التحديات التي تمنع اللاجئين الصحفيين من دخول سوق العمل، لكن ذلك لم يمنع من تأسيس مشاريع خاصة لعشاق مهنة الصحافة. وتتيح هذه المشاريع للصحفيين العمل في مهنة الصحافة ولكن بلغتهم الأم، ما يتيح لهم إمكانية التعرف على أسلوب العمل الصحفي في ألمانيا. من بين هذه المشاريع “أمل برلين”، الذي انطلق عام 2017 ويعتبر هذا المشروع من المشاريع الرائدة التي قدمت فرصة للصحفيين اللاجئين للعمل في ألمانيا بلغاتهم الأم. وساهم في إطلاق هذا المشروع المدرسة الإنجيلية للصحافة. عبد الرحمن عمرين صحفي سوري وهو يعمل في مشروع أمل برلين منذ بداية انطلاقه، أكد في حوار لـ”مهاجر نيوز” “لقد منحني المشروع فرصةً لا تقدر بثمن فالعمل كصحفي يفرض علي إتقان اللغة الألمانية بشكل تام، جداً، لكن مشروع “أمل برلين” سمح لي ممارسة العمل الصحفي بلغتي، وساعدني على اكتساب خبرات جديدة على الصعيد المهني”. ويتابع عبد الرحمن بالقول ” طبيعة العمل مختلفة عما اعتدت عليه، السلطوية الفردية في العمل هنا أقل من سوريا، باختصار بيئة العمل مختلفة”.
أما نيجين بهكم ، فتعتبر أن تجربتها مع أمل برلين مختلفة. فالصحفية الإيرانية تعمل ومنذ زمن مع عدة وسائل إعلام إيرانية من خارج بلدها. وتقول لـ”مهاجر نيوز” “سابقا كنت أنجز تقارير صحفية تتعلق ببلدي إيران من ألمانيا. أما الآن، فأركز في عملي الصحفي على إنجاز تقارير لجمهور وصل حديثا إلى هنا، إذ أقدم له معلومات عن أشياء تهمه لكن بلغته، وهذا شيء مميز، لأنه يساعد على تقريب القادمين الجدد من المجتمع الألماني بشكل أسرع”.
