باتت ذاكرة الجزائريين عرضة للنبش، سواء كان ذلك بمناسبة أو من دونها، الأمر الذي يجعل في كل مرة ملفات الماضي عرضة للتشكيك والانتقاد، وفي حين ترى أطراف أن وقوف فرنسا وراء هذا التصرف لاعتبارات عدة، يتساءل آخرون عن أسباب طعن شخصيات جزائرية في ذاكرتهم.
ذاكرة تبحث عن حماية واحترام
بعيداً عن تصنيف “النبش” في خانة الحقيقة والافتراء، تبقى ذاكرة الجزائريين تبحث عن حماية واحترام، وهو ما سعت إليه السلطة من خلال إجراءات عديدة لطي هذا الملف، وفي رسالة وجهها بمناسبة إحياء اليوم الوطني للذاكرة، شدد الرئيس عبد المجيد تبون على ضرورة معالجة ملف الذاكرة بجدية مشيراً إلى أنه “لا تزال هناك ورشات مفتوحة في العلاقات مع فرنسا، كمواصلة استرجاع رفات شهدائنا الأبرار، وملف المفقودين، واسترجاع الأرشيف، وتعويض ضحايا التفجيرات النووية في الصحراء الجزائرية”، وأكد عزم بلاده تجاوز كل العقبات وتذليل الصعوبات نحو مستقبل أفضل وتعزيز الشراكة، وتابع تبون أن تشكيل الذاكرة الوطنية يعد تحدياً ينبغي رفعه، لأن الذاكرة ليس مسألة معرفية، بل هي معالم نسترشد بها، وقال، “تأمين ذاكرتنا ونقلها للشباب أكبر ضمان لتحصين الأمة”.
صراع مفهوم وآخر يثير الاستغراب
وبينما ترى الجزائر أن الصمت الذي تلتزم به فرنسا في ما يخص الجرائم التي ارتكبتها إبان استعمار الجزائر تمليه رهانات سياسية، وذاكراتية، وأن هذا الملف لا يزال يستعمل للمتاجرة السياسية من قبل اليمين التقليدي واليمين المتطرف، تتهم فرنسا جنرالات الجزائر بشن حرب ذاكرة على فرنسا، ما يضرب عرض الحائط مبادرات الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون الذي يريد مصالحة تاريخية مع الجزائر في ما يخص انتهاكات وجرائم فرنسا خلال فترة الاستعمار.
وفي حين يبقى صراع الذاكرة بين الجزائر وفرنسا مفهوماً على اعتبار أن الأمر يرتبط بماض استعماري امتد أكثر من 132 سنة، يستغرب المتابعون دخول أطراف جزائرية، بخاصة من الشخصيات المسؤولة، على الخط، مثل ما حدث، أخيراً، مع البرلماني السابق نور الدين آيت حمودة، الذي طعن في صدقية مقاومة الأمير عبد القادر الجزائري، مؤسس الدولة الجزائرية الحديثة، وهو التصرف الذي كلفه السجن، ثم ما صرح به وزير الخارجية الأسبق الأخضر الإبراهيمي، حين رفض اعتبار خروج فرنسا من الجزائر “انهزاماً” فرضته ثورة تحريرية.
حروب الجيلين الرابع والخامس
ولفت أستاذ التاريخ الحديث والمعاصر رابح لونيسي إلى أنه تبين تاريخياً أن معظم الحروب الأهلية تم التمهيد لها بحروب الذاكرة داخل الأمة الواحدة، فهناك مخطط واضح بدأ منذ سنوات يدخل في إطار حروب الجيلين الرابع والخامس، ويتلخص في تحريض الجزائريين بعضهم ضد بعض، ويعد إشعال حرب الذاكرة بينهم من بين أحد الأسلحة الفتاكة في حروب الجيل الرابع، وبدأ الأمر بتخوين رموز منطقة، بل مواطني منطقة بكاملها عبر حساب “فيسبوك” وهمي، وتتوالى ردود الأفعال، أي تخوين مقابل تخوين، ثم انتقل الأمر إلى بعض الجامعيين، بعد أن أصبحت وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أداة في أيادي أناس يجهلون التاريخ والذاكرة.
وتابع لونيسي أن هناك أطرافاً خارجية عدة تصنف في خانة “المعادية”، تلعب على وتر الذاكرة، كما أن عناصر الداخل لها دور في تأجيج الصراع، من دون وعي مخاطر حروب الذاكرة على الوحدة الوطنية أو لأنهم مجرد بيادق بأياد خارجية.
خلق حالة عدم ثقة
من جانبه، رأى أستاذ الحقوق عابد نعمان أن مسألة الذاكرة جوهرة العقل الجمعي الجزائري، وهي المرجعية الأساسية و”الدينامو” الذي يحرك الفرقاء، إذ إننا، وفي كل محطة إعلامية، نسمع دعاة المصالحة مع الذات، وهذا يعني أن هناك عقدة عدم رضا بما هو معلوم عن الماضي، ما زرع هالة من الشك أججت الصراع، وفتح نقاشات حول مصطلحات كالفتح أو الغزو، والحركي أو الاندماجي، وغيرها، مضيفاً أن المجتمع الجزائري حساس بطبعه إزاء أمجاده التي يفتخر بها، وبالتالي أمر طبيعي اعتبار الذاكرة مسألة خطيرة، تسيل لعاب العدو في أن يدخل عبرها لهزّ العمق الجزائري بالتشويش على العقل الجمعي.
وأوضح نعمان أن فرنسا لن تتخلى عن ماضيها بسهولة، ويجب أن تساند من راهنت عليهم كطبقة مثقفة مؤهلة لحكم البلاد وإدراجها في الحضيرة الفرنكوفونية، مشيراً إلى أنه بغض النظر عن المصالح، هناك شعور يتولد طيلة الفترة الاستعمارية لدى الدولة المستعمرة، لا يمكن التخلي عنه بسهولة، بخاصة إذا كان شعوراً بالاستعلاء والانتصار، وهنا نتذكر جيداً في كتب التاريخ الاحتفال بالذكرى المئوية للاحتلال سنة 1930، وأضاف أن الهدف من النبش خلق حالة عدم ثقة وشعور بالانتقام، وأيضاً إعطاء الشرعية لمن افتقدها بمجرد إعادة مناقشة أشياء لا يجوز النقاش فيها أصلاً، وتمييع المبادئ وطرحها للمفاوضات والطعن فيها، وختم أن الوعي بعدم الدخول في أي سجال مهما كان نوعه، والالتزام بالقوانين، إذ يبقى المجرم مجرماً فاقداً أي شرعية، ولا نعطيه أكثر من حجمه المحدد في القانون، من أهم أدوات مواجهة هذه المحاولات.
معركة مستمرة
وجاءت تصريحات مستشار الرئيس المكلف بالأرشيف وملف الذاكرة، عبد المجيد شيخي، لتؤكد استمرار معركة الذاكرة بين الجزائر وفرنسا، إذ شدد أن “الجزائر كانت قائمة كدولة على الرغم من نكران ورفض الاستعمار الفرنسي للاعتراف بهذه الحقيقة”، موضحاً أن “إعادة بعث الدولة الجزائرية من خلال تأسيس الحكومة المؤقتة للجمهورية الجزائرية كان رداً على ادعاءات الاستعمار الفرنسي أن دولة الجزائر لم تكن قائمة من قبل”.
كتابة التاريخ
ورأى الإعلامي المهتم بالشأن السياسي عيسى باسعيد أن ما يحدث من نبش في الذاكرة، أمر طبيعي وصحي في آن واحد نظراً لاعتقاد نسبة كبيرة من الجزائريين أن التاريخ مخفي عنهم ومزور نتيجة حكم الأنظمة الأحادية التي أحكمت قبضتها على كل شيء منذ فجر الاستقلال، وقال إن الجزائر وفرنسا لم تعملا جنباً إلى جنب للمساهمة في كتابة التاريخ بفتح الأرشيف مثلاً، لأنهما يقومان بتسييس الذاكرة، موضحاً أن ما يصدر عن شخصيات جزائرية مسؤولة لا يعتبر طعناً، بل هو رأي يلزم صاحبه وجدير بفتح النقاش حوله، وتابع أن في فرنسا حرية في الخوض في التاريخ إلا في ما يخص المحرقة، لكن اللوم على الجزائر التي لم تتمكن، على مدى سنوات، من الاستثمار في مثقفيها، وصنع لوبي يقوم بالدفاع كلما صدر كتاب يطعن في التاريخ الجزائري.
