طهران تسببت في مقتل 176 شخصا بصاروخ موجه وسط مواجهة إقليمية مع الولايات المتحدة

دانت كندا، أمس الخميس، سلوك طهران “غير الأخلاقي” منذ أن أسقطت القوات الإيرانية طائرة ركاب العام الماضي مما أسفر عن مقتل 176 شخصاً، بينهم عشرات الكنديين وتعهدت بمواصلة الضغط للحصول على إجابات بشأن ما حدث بالفعل.
وتعد هذه التصريحات التي أدلى بها وزير الخارجية مارك جارنو من بين أقوى التصريحات الصادرة عن أوتاوا بشأن كارثة يناير (كانون الثاني) 2020.
وقال جارنو أمام لجنة من أعضاء البرلمان تقوم بدراسة ما حدث إن “سلوك الحكومة الإيرانية كان بصراحة غير أخلاقي خلال الخمسة عشر شهراً الماضية، وسنواصل ملاحقتها حتى تتحمل المسؤولية”.
وكان الحرس الثوري الإيراني قد أسقط طائرة الخطوط الجوية الدولية الأوكرانية بعد وقت قصير من إقلاعها من مطار طهران. وقالت إيران، إن قواتها كانت في حالة تأهب قصوى خلال مواجهة إقليمية مع الولايات المتحدة.
وكانت إيران تشعر بقلق بسبب احتمال تعرضها لهجمات بعد أن أطلقت صواريخ على قواعد عراقية تضم قوات أميركية رداً على مقتل قاسم سليماني أقوى قادتها العسكريين لها في هجوم صاروخي أميركي على مطار بغداد قبل أيام.
وشكا جارنو من أن إيران لم تسلم مسجلي الرحلة لتحليلهما بشكل مستقل إلا بعد ضغوط استمرت شهوراً. وقال إن طهران لم تشرح بعد سبب عدم إغلاق المجال الجوي في ذلك الوقت.
وفي مارس (آذار) ألقت هيئة الطيران المدني الإيرانية باللوم في الحادث على انحراف رادار وخطأ أحد مشغلي الدفاع الجوي. ووجهت إيران لائحة اتهام إلى 10 مسؤولين.
وانتقدت أوكرانيا وكندا التقرير في ذلك الوقت باعتباره غير كافٍ. لكن جارنو ذهب إلى أبعد من ذلك، يوم الخميس، وقال إنه “غير مقبول تماماً. إنهم يلقون باللوم على بعض الأشخاص ذوي الرتب الصغيرة الذين يشغلون بطارية صاروخية ولا يحاسبون القيادات”.
