عرب وعالمعربي قصة معتقل لبناني اختفى في سجون سوريا.. وابنه يروي by admin 20 يوليو، 2020 written by admin 20 يوليو، 2020 105 العربية نت / بيروت – جوني فخري 628 معتقلاً لبنانياً في السجون السورية ينتظر ذووهم كشف مصيرهم عبر قانون قيصر الذي دخل حيّز التنفيذ في منتصف يونيو/حزيران الفائت، وصدرت عنه أوّل رزمة عقوبات طالت شخصيات ومسؤولين في النظام السوري بسبب جرائمهم ضد المدنيين، أبرزهم الرئيس بشار الأسد وعقيلته أسماء. ومن بين هؤلاء المعتقلين قصة لبناني في العقد الرابع من عمره يُدعى نسيم (اسم مستعار حرصاً على سلامته) خُطف في العام 1997 من أمام منزله في منطقة برمانا في جبل لبنان. ويروي وليد (اسم مستعار أيضاً لابن المخطوف حرصاً على سلامة والده في السجون السورية) لـ”العربية.نت” ما حصل مع والده منذ أكثر من عشرين عاماً قائلا: “والدي كان يعمل سائق باص مدرسة، وكان يملك أيضاً مرآباً لإصلاح السيارات قرب منزلنا في برمانا. وظهر 24 يناير/كانون الثاني انقلبت حياتنا الهادئة إلى اضطراب وعدم استقرار بعدما أتى شخصان بلباس مدني إلى المرآب وعرّفا عن نفسيهما بأنهما من مخابرات الجيش اللبناني وطلبا من والدي مرافقتهما إلى مركز مخابرات المنصورية (في جبل لبنان)”. كان اللقاء الأخير مع المخطوف في 24 يناير 1997، ومنذ ذلك الوقت بدأت العائلة رحلة التفتيش عنه في المراكز الأمنية للحصول على جوابٍ واضح عن مصيره. لم توفّر العائلة المصدومة باباً أمنياً وسياساً إلا وطرقته إلى أن أتى الجواب من وزير محسوب على حزب البعث (غ.س) كانت عمّته قد زارته لتسأل عن شقيقها فأبلغها بأنه موجود في سجون سوريا منذ شهرين من تاريخ خطفه. إكراميات وهدايا إلى ذلك، قال ابنه “توجّهت عمّتي برفقة الوزير إلى سوريا، تحديداً إلى مركز التحقيق في سجن (فرع فلسطين) حيث كان أبي موجوداً، وبعد تقديمها الهدايا والإكراميات إلى المسؤولين عن السجن، استطاعت رؤية والدي ثلاث مرّات حتى شهر نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني 1997. وبعد شهر عادت إلى سوريا ومعها سيارتان هدية لضباط السجن إلا أنهم أبلغوها أن شقيقها نُقل إلى سجن صيدنايا، فتوجّهت إلى هناك من أجل الحصول على إذن لرؤيته لكن طلبها رُفض ومنذ ذلك الوقت لم نعد نراه”. غاب عن لوائح العفو في العام 2000 أصدر الرئيس السوري آنذاك حافظ الأسد عفواً عن عشرات المساجين والمعتقلين من بينهم لبنانيون، وورد اسم والد وليد في القائمة، فتوجّهت عائلته إلى ثكنة أبلح في البقاع التابعة للجيش اللبناني لتسلّمه إلا أنها أبلغت بأنه ليس في عداد المُفرج عنها. القصة نفسها تكررت سنة 2002 عبر الوثيقة التي أرسلتها السفارة السورية في ستوكهولم إلى لجنة العفو الدولية رداً على سؤال الأخيرة عن مصير المُعتقل اللبناني نسيم، جاء فيها أنه مسجون في صيدنايا بتهمة العمالة لإسرائيل وحُكم عليه بالإعدام، لكن الحكم لم يُنفّذ بعد. على يد جهاز أمني لبناني وأكثر ما يحزّ في قلب وليد أن والده أوقف على يد جهاز أمني لبناني وتم تسليمه لاحقاً إلى الأمن السوري من دون أن تُكلّف الدولة اللبنانية نفسها عناء السؤال عنه ولو لمجرّد معرفة الجريمة المُتّهم بارتكابها. حاجز تفتيش تابع لقوات النظام السوري عاشت عائلة نسيم على مر السنوات على إيقاع الإشاعات التي كانت تصلها عن أحواله من دون أن تفقد الأمل ببقائه حيّاً رغم معرفتها بأن “الداخل مولود والخارج مفقود” من سجون النظام السوري. لا شهادة وفاة وفي نهاية العام 2016، تواصل وليد مع أحد المسؤولين السوريين للحصول ولو على معلومة بسيطة تُبرّد قلبه وقلب والدته وأخواته الأربعة، فكان الخبر السعيد بان أبلغه بأن لا شهادة وفاة باسم والده صدرت عن السجون السورية. فكل سجين في سجون النظام يحمل رقماً محدداً يُستخدم عند إصدار شهادة وفاة باسمه. وفي السياق، قال وليد ” بمجرّد أن أبلغت ألا شهادة وفاة صدرت باسم والدي تأكدت أنه لا يزال حيّاً”. وتابع :”بعد أن استمعت إلى شهادة السجين السوري المُحرر عمر الشغري يتحدّث فيها عن وجود لبنانيين في سجن صيدنايا الذي كان يقبع به منذ أكثر من خمسة عشر عاماً، شعرت بالأمل بأن والدي هو المعني وأنه حيّ يُرزق”. شكوى ضد النظام السوري لم يتوقّف وليد عند شهادة الشغري بل لاقاها بخطوة قانونية بتكليفه مكتب محاماة في لندن لمتابعة قضية والده بالتوازي مع رفع شكوى أمام لجنة حقوق الإنسان في الأمم المتحدة ضد النظام السوري مقابل توجيه رسالة إلى الدولة اللبنانية لتحمّل مسؤوليتها في الكشف عن مصير أحد مواطنيها المعتقلين. وختم قائلا “الأمل كبير بعودة والدي إلى أحضان عائلته ولمّ شملها مجدداً. قانون قيصر فتح نافذة في عتمة حياتنا، لأنه سيُعاقب النظام السوري على جرائمه في حق المدنيين واعتقاله أبرياء بطريقة تعسّفية”. المزيد عن : العربية_نت, /قانون_قيصر 35 comments 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post الدمعة الخفية في “مصير إنسان” لميخائيل شولوخوف next post “حركة شباب حيفا”… كيف يريد الجيل الجديد مدينته؟ You may also like “هباء منثور”.. غضب في إيران من خسائر بالمليارات 11 يناير، 2025 مأساة “وليمة” الجامع الأموي.. من هو الشيف أبو... 11 يناير، 2025 إسرائيل “تخطط للسيطرة العسكرية والاستخباراتية” على منطقة جديدة... 11 يناير، 2025 الغرب يحذّر سوريا من تعيين «مقاتلين أجانب» في... 11 يناير، 2025 محمد أبي سمرا يكتب عن: لبنان مأوى الموالين... 11 يناير، 2025 محمد أبي سمرا يكتب عن: لبنان وجماعاته… كتل... 11 يناير، 2025 إيران تكشف عن قاعدة صاروخية تحت الأرض هاجمت... 11 يناير، 2025 تفاصيل وضع القوات الإيرانية قبيل سقوط الأسد 11 يناير، 2025 ميقاتي يلتقي عون: نحن أمام مرحلة جديدة لسحب... 10 يناير، 2025 نعمت عون حملت مسؤوليات «بحجم جبال»… ما نعرفه... 10 يناير، 2025 35 comments зарубежные сериалы смотреть онлайн 25 مارس، 2024 - 10:00 م great issues altogether, you just won a emblem new reader.
