وكالات – سكاي نيوز عربية – أبوظبي – اعتبرت السلطة الفلسطينية الإثنين أن إقدام إسرائيل على هدم منازل فلسطينيين “مجزرة” و”تصعيد خطير”، فيما قرر الرئيس الفلسطيني، محمود عباس، البدء “بوضع آليات” لإلغاء الاتفاقات مع إسرائيل.
وأقدمت القوات الإسرائيلية، الاثنين، على هدم منازل فلسطينيين تعتبرها غير قانونية جنوبي القدس الشرقية، وعلى مقربة من السياج الفاصل مع الضفة الغربية المحتلة، في عملية أثارت تنديدا دوليا.
وقال أمين سرّ اللجنة التنفيذية لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية، صائب عريقات، لصحفيين في مقرّ المنظمة في رام الله “قرّر الرئيس محمود عباس واللجنة التنفيذية أن تضع القيادة الفلسطينية آليات لإلغاء الاتفاقات بيننا وبين الجانب الإسرائيلي”.
وكانت اللجنة التنفيذية والمجلس المركزي الفلسطينيان اتخذا قرارا مماثلا في السابق باتخاذ إجراءات لإلغاء الاتفاقات، من دون أن يترجم إلى ارض الواقع.
وأعلن عريقات أن الرئيس عباس طلب من ممثل السلطة الفلسطينية في الأمم المتحدة رياض منصور طلب جلسة لمجلس الأمن الدولي لبحث قضية هدم المنازل الفلسطينية.
ودانت الرئاسة الفلسطينية هدم منازل فلسطينيين في حي وادي الحمص بالقرب من مدينة القدس، حسب بيان وزعته الرئاسة على وسائل الاعلام.
ووصفت الإجراء الإسرائيلي بـ” التصعيد الخطير ضد شعبنا الفلسطيني الأعزل”، واعتبرت أنه “جزء من مخطط تنفيذ ما يُسمى صفقة القرن الهادفة إلى تصفية القضية الفلسطينية”.
وقالت الرئاسة في بيانها إن” الرئيس محمود عباس يجري اتصالات مع مختلف الأطراف ذات العلاقة لوقف هذه المجزرة الإسرائيلية”.
وأشارت السلطة الفلسطينية إلى أن الإجراء الإسرائيلي سيشمل هدم 16 مبنى تضم حوالى 100 شقة سكنية.
وتحدث عريقات بعد اجتماع للجنة التنفيذية لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية، مشيرا إلى أن “الرئيس محمود عباس قال إننا أمام خطوات غير مسبوقة خصوصا أن سلطة الاحتلال تنكرت لكل الاتفاقيات الموقعة”.
وردا على سؤال بشأن طبيعة هذه الخطوات، قال “ما قاله الرئيس عباس اليوم هو أكثر من بداية”.
وأعلن عريقات كذلك أن القيادة الفلسطينية قررت وقف التعامل مع جهاز المحاكم الإسرائيلية، في ما يخص قضايا مختلف عليها مثل البناء، “باعتبارها أداة لترسيخ الاحتلال”.
وأشار إلى أنه تم تكليفه بمتابعة بحث قانونية تحويل هذه القضايا إلى المحاكم الفلسطينية.
وأعلن عريقات أن وزارة الخارجية الفلسطينية قدمت اليوم إلى المحكمة الجنائية ملفا كاملا بشأن هدم منازل الفلسطينيين.
ودعت منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية مجلس الأمن إلى “الانعقاد فوراً” و”تحمل مسؤولياته (…) بوجه جريمة الحرب وعملية التطهير العرقي” التي تمارسها إسرائيل.
من جانبه، دان الأردن بشدة الإثنين قيام إسرائيل بهدم منازل فلسطينيين في الضفة الغربية المحتلة، مطالبا بالوقف الفوري لهذه الممارسات “الهادفة للتهجير القسري للسكان”.
وعبر الناطق الرسمي باسم وزارة الخارجية الأردنية، سفيان القضاة، في بيان عن رفض المملكة “للسياسات الاستيطانية الإسرائيلية في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة بما فيها القدس الشرقية، والتي تشمل بناء مستوطنات وتوسيع القائم منها ومصادرة الاراضي والهدم وطرد السكان (…) وغيرها من السياسات والاجراءات الهادفة للتهجير القسري للسكان”.
وأضاف القضاة أن “كل هذه الإجراءات تتعارض بشكل صارخ مع الاتفاقات الموقعة بين إسرائيل والفلسطينيين والقانون الدولي والقانون الإنساني الدولي”.
كما عبرت فرنسا عن إدانتها للإجراء الإسرائيلي، وقالت المتحدثة باسم وزارة الخارجية الفرنسية إنّ “فرنسا تدين هدم الجيش الإسرائيلي عدداً من المباني في حي وادي الحمص الواقع جنوب شرق القدس. إنّ عمليات الهدم في أراض محتلة تخالف القانون الدولي”.
