بأقلامهمعربي عبد الرحمن بسيسو : قَبْوٌ وَ قُبَّة (1) by admin 6 يوليو، 2019 written by admin 6 يوليو، 2019 228 “العَربَُ يَقْبَعُونَ في دياميسِ أَقْبِيَةٍ مُعتِمَةٍ بِلَا قَرارٍ، وَعَلَى مُثَقَّفِيهم الحَقِيقِييِّنَ، المُنْتَمين الأَوفياءَ، وَاجِبُ جَعْلِهَا قِبَاباً مُنِيْرَةً” (1) خِطَابُ العَقْلِ المُنِيرْ “الْحُرِّيَّة والكَرَامَةُ الْإِنْسَانِيَّة مَبْدَءَا كُلِّ وُجُودٍ إِنْسَانيٍّ جَوهَريٍّ وفَاعلٍ فِي مَدَارَات الْوُجُود” إِزَاءَ اسْتِمْرَار تَوَاصُلِ الْمَقُولَات الَّتِي تُنْتِجُهَا آيدْيُولُوجِيَّاتُ التَّخَلُّفِ والثَّبَاتِ، والتَّسَلُّطِ وَالاسْتِبْدَادِ، والظَّلامِ والظُّلْمِ، مع أَشْبَاهِهَا وَنَظَائِرِهَا الْمُعْتِمَةِ المُتَكَلِّسَةِ، تِلْكَ الْمُخْتَزَنَةِ فِي أقْبِيَةِ التُّراثِ الثَّقَافِيّ الْعَرَبِيّ النَّقْلِيِّ الرَّاسِخِ فِي ثَقَافَةِ العَرَبِ عَلَى امْتِدَادِ مَرَاحِلَ مُتَعَاقِبَةٍ تَرْبُو عَلَى أَلْفِيَّةٍ كَامِلةٍ مِنْ أَزْمِنَةِ الاتِّبَاعِ والتَّبَعِيَّة، وَالاسْتِبْدَادِ والاسْتِعْمَارِ، والثَّبَاتِ المُهْلِكِ، والسُّكُوتِ الإذْعَانيِّ المُشِينِ، أَوْ التَّقَاعُسِيِّ المُذِلِّ، عَلَى وَاقِع تَسَلُّطيٍّ اسْتِعْمَاريٍّ ضَارٍ ومَرِيرٍ، كَيْفَ يُمْكِنُ لِخَطَابِ الْعَقْل أَنْ يُؤَصِّلَ نَفْسهُ: فِكْرِيَّاً؛ عَقْلِيَّاً؛ مَنْطِقِيَّاً، إِبْدَاعِيَّاً، وتَنْوِيرِيَّاً؟ وَكَيْفَ لَهُ أَنْ يُرسِّخَ حُضُورَهُ وُجُوداً فَاعِلاً فِي وَعْيِّ النَّاسِ، وَفِي مُوَاجَهَة الْوَاقِع الْقَائِم الَّذي يتوقونَ إِلَى تغييره؟ وَكَيْفَ لِهَذَا الْخِطَاب أَنْ يُوقِدَ شُعْلَةَ إِطْلَاقِ مَسِيرَةِ تَغْييرٍ نَهْضَويٍّ، وأنْ يَكُونَ مُحَفِّزاً للنَّاسِ عَلَى الانْخِرَاطِ الْفَاعِل فِي مَسَارَات التَّغْيير المُتَشَعِّبَة، المُتَوَاكِبَةِ، والمُتَكَامِلَةِ فِي تَفَاعُلٍ تَعْزيزيٍّ، ثَريٍّ وَخَلَّاقْ؟ لعلَّ للتَّجَاربِ المُتَعَاقِبَةِ الَّتِي خَاضَتْهَا أجيالُ سَابقةٌ علينا، وَالَّتِي خَاضَهَا جِيلُنَا، ثًمَّ الجيلُ الَّذي أعقبَنا فَعَايَشْنَاهُ وشَارَكْنَاهُ خَوضَها قَدْرَ قُدْرَتِنَا وَوُسْعِنَا، فما انتهت لشيءٍ سِوَى الفَشَلِ، أَنْ تُعَلِّمَنَا أنَّهُ لَيْسَ لِأَيِّ خِطَابٍ تَنْوُيرِيٍّ يَسْتَهْدِفُ إدْرَاكَ الْحَقِيقةِ فِيْمَا هُوَ يستندُ إِلَى بَدَاهَةِ الْعَقْل وفِطْرَتِهِ، ويُرَاعِي مُقْتَضَيَاتِهِ وأَحْكَامِهِ، لِيَكُون هُوَ خِطَابُ التَّقدُّمِ والنَّهوضِ والتَّحَوُّلِ الدَّائِم، إِلَّا أَنْ يَفْتَحَ أَبْوَابَ ثَلاثَةِ مَدَاخِلَ أَسَاسِيَّة، وأَنْ يَنْخَرِطَ جَائِسَاً جَمِيْع الدُّرُوب والمَسَارات الَّتِي يَنْفَتِحُ عَلَيْهَا، أَوْ يُوْجِبُها، السَّعْيُ لِعُبُور أَيْ مَدْخْلٍ من هَذِهِ المَدَاخِل الأَسَاسِيَّة الثَّلاثِ بُغْيَةَ اسْتِقْصَاءِ أَبْعَادِهِ جَمِيعَاً، وَإِدْرَاك مُمْكِنَاتِهِ، ومُفْضِيَاتهِ، واسْتِشْرَافِ مِآلَاتِ عَابِريهِ الآخِذِينَ بِهِ كَخَيَارٍ وَحيدٍ مُغْلَقٍ عَلَى نَفْسهُ! فَمِنْ جِهَةٍ أُوْلَى، يَنْبَغِي لِلْخِطَابِ التَّنْوِيرِيِّ إِلَّا يَكُفَّ، أَبَدَاً، عَن التَّواصُل الحِوَاريِّ الْخَلَّاق مَعِ الْمُكَوِّنَاتِ المُنِيرةِ فِي التُّراث الثَّقَافِيّ العَقْليِّ الْعَرَبِيّ لِيَسْتَلْهِمَهَا جَمِيعَاً فِي صَوْغِ رُؤْيَتِهِ النَّهْضَوِيَّة الْإبْدَاعِيَّة المُؤَسَّسَةِ عَلَى الْمَعْرِفَة الْعِلْمِيَّة الْعَقْلِيَّة الخَالِصَة، وليُعَمِّقَ مَا اكْتَنَزَتْهُ هَذِهِ الرُّؤيةُ مِنْ مَبَادئَ، وَقِيَمٍ، ومُكَوِّنَاتٍ فِكْريَّةٍ جَوْهَريَّةٍ أنْتَجَهَا الْعَقلُ الإنْسَانِيُّ الَوَقَّادُ مُحَفَّزَاً بالمنْطِقِ الجَدَليِّ الرَّصِين. وَتَأْسِيْسَاً عَلَى هَذِهِ الْمَبَادِئِ وَالْقِيَم، يَنْبَغِي لِخِطَابِ الْعَقْلِ أَنْ يُؤكِّدَ، ضِمْنَ مَا يُؤكِّدَهُ مِنْ حُرِّيَّاتٍ أساسيَّةٍ وحُقُوقٍ إنسانيَّة شاملة ومُتَرَابِطَةٍ، حرية الإرادة الْإِنْسَانِيَّة فِي التَّفكير والاخْتِيَار والفِعْل، وأنْ يَنْهَضَ، وِفْقَ ذَلِكَ، بِتَعْرِيفِ مُكَوِّنَات هُويَّة الْإِنْسَان الْعَرَبِيّ الجَدِيد، وَتَحْدِيِد أُسُسِهَا، وإدراك مَنَابِعِهَا، وبَيَانِ تَرَاتُب أَوْلَوِيَّاتِهَا واسْتِكْشَافِ طَبِيعَةِ عَلَاقَاتِهَا البَيْنِيَّةِ، القَائِمَةِ والمُمْكِنَةِ، وَذَلِكَ عَلَى نحوٍّ يُفْضِي إِلَى رَسْمِ صُورَتِهِ الْإِنْسَانِيَّة الجَوْهَرِيَّة الْعَمِيْقَة؛ تِلْكَ الَّتِي لَا يَلِيْق غَيرُهَا بِهِ كَإِنْسَانٍ حُرٍّ يَنْتَمِي إِلَى الْإِنْسَانِيَّة قَبْلَ أَنْ يَكُونَ عَرَبيَّاً؛ إِنْسَانٍ تتجَسَّدُ هُوِيَّتُهُ وضَّاءةً، ومُنْفَتِحَةً عَلَى الْحَيَاة والنَّاس، إذْ تَنْعَكِسُ فِي مرآتين مُتَنَاظِرتينِ هُمَا الْإِنْسَانِيَّة والعُرُوبة: ثَقَافَةً وحَضَارَةً، وتَطَلُّعَاً لَاهِبَاً لإدْراكِ أَعْلَى دَرَجاتِ التَّفَاعُلِ الثَّقَافِيّ الْخَلَّاق الَّذِي يُثري حَيَاةَ الْإِنْسَانِ، ويَسْمُو بِحَضَارَتِهِ، ويَعْلُو بِقِيمَتِهِ، ويُجِدِّد هُوِيَّتَهُ الإنْسَانِيَّة إذْ يَأْخُذَهَا صَوب كَمَالٍ مُحْتَملٍ، وإذْ يُفْصِحُ عَن مّدْلُولَاتٍ ومَغَازٍ أَعْمَقَ وأَسْمَى مِمَّا تَمَّ لَهُ إدْرَاكُهُ مِنْ مَدْلُولَاتٍ ومَغَازٍ يَنْطَوِي وُجُودُهِ فِي الْوُجُود عَلَيْهَا، فِيْمَا كُمُونُهَا الغَافِي، بإيْحَاءٍ، في أَعْمَاقِ كَيْنُونَته الإِنْسَانِيَّة، يُحَفِّزُهُ عَلَى لَمْحِ حُضُورِهَا فِيْهَا، والْتِقاطِ إِشَارَاتِهَا المبْثُوثَةِ فِي مَجَال وَعْيِهِ الإنْسَانيِّ اليَقِظِ، والسَّعْيِّ، بفاعليَّةٍ ودَأبٍ، إِلَى إِتْمَامِ تَنْزِيلهَا، وتَجْلِيَة وُجُودِهَا المُتَعَيَّن فِي رِحَابِ حَيَاتِهِ، وَفِي شَتَّى مَدَارَات وُجُودِهِ القَابِلةِ، أَبَدَاً، للتَّعْمِيقِ والتَّوسِيعِ والإِثْرَاء. هَذَا مِنَ الْجِهَةِ الْأُولَى. أَمَّا مِنَ الْجِهَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ، وَفِي تَوَازٍ مُتَفَاعِلٍ مَعْ مُرَاجَعَتِهِ الدَّائِمَةِ لِمُنْجَزِهِ الْفِكْرِيِّ المُعَاصِرِ، وَتَفَاعُلِهِ الاسْتِلْهَامِيِّ مَعِ المُكَوِّنَاتِ المُنِيرَةِ فِي التُّراثِ الثَّقَافِيّ الْعَرَبِيّ المُتَرَاكِمَةِ عَبْرَ القُرُون، يَنْبَغِي لِخِطَابِ الْعَقْلِ المُنِيرِ أَنْ يُتَابعَ، بِدَأَبٍ حَثِيثٍ، وبِمُثَابَرةٍ تَتَخَطَّى العَثَرَاتِ وتُقَاومُ العَرَاقِيلَ والصِّعَابَ وتسْتأصِلَهَا، مَسَارَهُ التَّأْسِيسِيَّ المُتعَلِّقَ بِإِنْجَازِ تَحْلِيلٍ عِلْمِيِّ، عَقْليٍّ ومَنْطِقيٍّ مُتَشَعِّبٍ وَعَمِيقٍ، لِلْوَاقِعِ الْقَائِمِ الْآنَ فِي “الْعَالَم الْعَرَبِيّ” عَلَى تَبَايُنِ الشُّرُوطِ الحَاكِمَةِ “الْكَائِنِ الْعَرَبِيّ” فِي مُجْتَمَعاتِ الْعَرَب، وبُلْدَانَهُم، بَلْ وَفِي شَتَّى أَحْيازِهِم الجُغْرافِيَّة، وكِيَانَاتِهِم المُتَشَظِّيةِ الْعَدِيدَة، والآيِلَةِ، إِنْ لَمْ يُوْقَفْ الانْهِيَارُ الْوُجُوديُّ الَّذي يُمْسِكُ بِكَيْنُونَتِها، إِلَى مَزيدٍ مِنَ التَّشْظِّيةِ والْبَعْثَرَةِ المُفْضِيَتَانِ، إِلَى التَّرمُّدِ والانْدِثَارِ والتَّحَوُّلِ إِلَى مَحْضِ غُبَارٍ، أَوْ إِلَى نُثَارٍ مُتَفَحِّمٍ مِنْ بَقَايَا عَدَمٍ! وَمِن الْجِهَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ، يَنْبَغِي لِهَذَا الْخِطَابِ أَنْ يَنْخَرِطَ فِي حِوَارٍ مُتَكَافِئٍ وطَلِيقٍ مَعْ ثَقَافَةِ الْآخَرِ المُتَقَدِّم الحَدِيثِ، وَمَعْ مُكَوِّنَات فِكْرِهِ التَّنْويرِيِّ عَلَى تَعَدُّدِ اتِّجَاهَاتِهِ وَتَنَوُّعِهِ، وأَنْ يُعْمِلَ الْعَقْلَ مُتَبَصِّرَاً فِي قِرَاءةِ التَّجَاربِ الَّتِي خَاضَهَا هَذَا الْآخَر المُتَقَدِّمُ والمُخْتَلِفُ، فِي أَيْ مِنْ قَارَّاتِ الْعَالَم وَبُلْدَانِهِ، لِيَنْتَقِلَ عَبْرَ مَخَاضَاتِها، المَرِيرَةِ والنَّبِيلَةِ، مِنْ وَاقِعِهِ الاسْتِبْدَاديِّ المُعْتِمِ الَّذي كَانَ قَائِمَاً إِلَى وَاقِع دِيْمُقْرَاطيٍّ مُنِيرٍ تَطَلَّعَ إِلَيْهِ فَحَقَّقَهُ وُجُودَاً رَاسِخَاً فِي الْوَاقِعِ، مُدَشِّناً، بِذَلِكَ، زَمَنَ انْبِثَاقِ أَزْمِنَةِ حَدَاثَتِهِ الخَاصَّةِ، تِلْكَ الحَدَاثَةُ النَّاهِضَةُ عَلَى إِعْمَال الْعَقْل، وَعَلَى تَفْعِيل جَمِيْع مُمْكِنَاتِ تَجَاوُزِ الشُّرُوطِ الَّتِي حَكَمَتْ مُجْتَمَعَاتِهِ، والفَاتِحَةُ، عَبْرَ الجَهْد الْإنْسَانِيِّ الْخَلَّاق وَالْفِعْلِ الْجَمْعِيِّ المُثَابِرِ، آفَاقَ الانْفِتَاحِ الدَّائِمِ عَلَى التَّقدُّمِ المُطَّرِدِ، والتَّحَوُّلِ المُتَواصِلِ، والحَدَاثِة المُسْتَدَامَةِ، والمُسْتَقْبلِ المفْتُوحِ، أَبَدَاً، عَلَى مُسْتَقْبَلٍ مَفْتُوحْ. وبقدر مَا هُوَ مُجَافٍ لِلْمَنْطِقِ أَنْ نَجْعَلَ مِنْ “مَاضِي الْأَنَا” مُسْتَقْبَلَاً قَابِلَاً لِلِاسْتِعَادَةِ، فَإِنَّهُ لَمِنْ غَيْر الْمَنْطِقِيِّ، أَيْضَاً، أَنْ تُخْتَزلَ غَايَةُ التَّبَصُّر فِي تَجَارُبِ الْآخَرِ الْمُخْتَلِفِ فِي السَّعْي إِلَى مُحَاكَاةِ هَذِهِ التَّجَارُب عَلَى نَحْوٍ يَخْلُو مِنَ التَّبَصُّرْ!
