سيف الإسلام القذافي يدعو لانتخابات برلمانية قبل الرئاسية للخروج من الأزمة السياسية

اقترح المرشح للانتخابات الرئاسية الليبية، سيف الإسلام القذافي، تأجيل إجراء الانتخابات الرئاسية وإجراء انتخابات برلمانية بلا تأخير، من أجل حل الأزمة السياسية التي تعيشها بلاده في هذه الفترة، بعد العجز عن إجراء الانتخابات في شهر ديسمبر الماضي، وفشل الأطراف السياسية في التوافق على خارطة طريق للمرحلة المقبلة.

جاء ذلك في مبادرة سياسية طرحها نجل القذافي ونشرها للرأي عبر محاميه خالد الزايدي، اعتبر فيها أن انتخاب برلمان جديد سيجنب البلاد الحرب والانقسام وينقذ ما تبقى من خارطة الطريق المفروضة على الليبيين ويحترم إرادة 2.5 مليون ناخب، موضحا أن البرلمان المنتخب يتولى اتخاذ ما يلزم لإكمال الانتخابات الرئاسية، بما يضمن الوصول إلى مرحلة دائمة تمكن الليبيين من بناء وطنهم واستعادة سيادتهم دون أي تدخل خارجي ومناكفات سياسية.

وشدد سيف الإسلام القذافي، على ضرورة قطع الطريق أمام المراحل الانتقالية الجديدة، التي تنذر بدخول البلاد في حالة احتراب جديدة، بسبب رفض حكومة سابقة التسليم وإصرار حكومة جديدة على الاستلام ، والرجوع لحالة الانقسام المؤسساتي بوجود حكومتين.

واختفى سيف الإسلام القذافي، منذ ظهوره في مدينة سبها الواقعة جنوب البلاد، يوم تقديم أوراق ترشحه للانتخابات الرئاسية شهر نوفمبر من العام الماضي، وهي الخطوة التي أثارت جدلا واسعا ودفعت مفوضية الانتخابات إلى استبعاده من القائمة الأولية للمرشحين، قبل أن تقضي محكمة سبها بإدراج اسمه ضمن القوائم النهائية لمرشحي الرئاسة في ليبيا، التي تعذر إجراؤها بسبب خلافات قانونية حول أهلية المرشحين وتوترات سياسية بين المعسكرات المتنافسة.

وبعد أكثر من شهر على فشل العملية الانتخابية، يسود الغموض مستقبل المشهد السياسي في ليبيا، في ظل خلافات واختلافات حول الخيارات الأفضل للحفاظ على عملية السلام، وشكل المرحلة المقبلة، وخصوصا الانتخابات، وسط مخاوف من تجدد النزاع المسلح في البلاد.
