الطيراوي أبلغ عباس مرتين والأمور بقيت على حالها

اتهم عضو اللجنة المركزية لحركة فتح توفيق الطيراوي مسؤولين فلسطينيين بالاستيلاء على أراضي الدولة في الضفة الغربية، وطالب الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس بالتدخل لوقف ذلك. وقال الطيراوي الذي شغل سابقاً منصب رئيس جهاز الاستخبارات العامة الفلسطيني إنه أبلغ الرئيس عباس بذلك مرتين، مضيفاً “أن الأمور بقيت على حالها، بل زادت التعديات والاستغلال من قبل بعض المسؤولين”.
لاتخاذ الإجراءات الرادعة
وناشد الطيراوي الرئيس عباس “اتخاذ الإجراءات الرادعة ضد المعتدين على حقوق المواطن الفلسطيني في ظل تزايد هذه التعديات غير القانونية، وفي ظل الوضع المأساوي الذي يعيشه الشعب الفلسطيني”.
وقال مستشار الرئيس عباس للشؤون القانونية علي مهنا إن عباس أمر بتشكيل لجنة تحقيق حول سرقة الأراضي بمشاركة ممثلين عن النيابة العامة والشرطة والأجهزة الأمنية وسلطة الأراضي بالإضافة إلى ممثل عن الرئاسة”.
الأمر خرج من يديه
وأكد مهنا أن “اللجنة مكلفة بدراسة الاعتداءات ورفع التوصيات للرئيس الفلسطيني حول هذه الحالة وحجمها وكيفية معالجتها، لافتاً إلى أن الشكوى تتعلق بأرض في محافظة أريحا”.
ورفض الطيراوي خلال حوار مع “اندنبدنت عربية” تقديم تفاصيل إضافية حول اتهاماته، مضيفاً أن “الأمر خرج من يديه الآن”.
ورجحت مصادر مطلعة لـ “اندبندنت عربية” أن تكون اتهامات الطيراوي تأتي ضمن صراعات مراكز القوى داخل حركة فتح، إذ لم يكشف الطيراوي عن أي وثائق تثبت اتهاماته.
اعتداء على المال العام
وقال الائتلاف من أجل النزاهة والمساءلة (أمان) إنه ينظر بخطورة إلى اتهامات الطيراوي لكونها تصدر عن شخصية مُطلعة، مضيفاً أن تلك الاتهامات إن صحت فإنها تمثل “اعتداء سافراً على المال العام”، وطالب ائتلاف (أمان) بالتحقيق في ملف استيلاء مسؤولين على أراضي الدولة، مشيراً إلى أن تلك الأراضي “مخصصة لتحقيق المنفعة العامة، وليس لتحقيق أهداف شخصية لبعض المتنفذين في الدولة”.
كما طالب الطيراوي الرئيس عباس بإصدار أوامره بنشر نتائج لجنة التحقيق التي جرى تشكيلها في قضية تسريب عقار عقبة درويش في البلدة القديمة للقدس، واتهم فيها رجل الأعمال الفلسطيني خالد العطاري.
لا إجراءات ضد المتهمين
وعلى الرغم من مرور أكثر من 10 أشهر على قرار الحكومة الفلسطينية السابقة برئاسة رامي الحمد الله تشكيل اللجنة، فإنه لم يصدر أي شيء عن اللجنة، ولم يتخذ أي إجراء ضد المتهمين بتسريب العقار للمستوطنين.
وحينها طالب القيادي في حركة فتح حاتم عبد القادر “بتشكيل لجنة وطنية مهنية ومستقلة، وليست من السلطة الفلسطينية للتحقيق في كل الملابسات بتسريب العقار في ضوء ما يجري من نفي ونفي مضاد لأطراف تسريب العقار”. ويتكون العقار من ثلاث طبقات ويقع في منطقة مهمة وحيوية على محور طرق تؤدي إلى باب حطة، وشارع الواد، ويطل مباشرة على المسجد الأقصى.
