CANADAكندا عربي حكومة كيبيك تُمدّد رُخص الدراسة للطلبة الأجانب by admin 6 مايو، 2020 written by admin 6 مايو، 2020 31 راديو كندا الدولي / إعداد سمير بن جعفر | barid@rcinet.ca قررت حكومة كيبيك التمديد التلقائيً لعدة أشهر لرخص الدراسة المعروفة بـ”شهادات قبول كيبيك” التي يتم إصدارها للطلبة الأجانب. وينطبق هذا الإجراء على الرخص التي ستنتهي صلاحيتها اليوم 30 أبريل نيسان. ومن الآن فصاعدًا، ستكون صالحة إلى غاية 31 ديسمبر كانون الأول 2020. وهذه الوثيقة ضرورية للحصول على ترخيص للدراسة في كيبيك من قبل الحكومة الفيدرالية ومنه تأشيرة الإقامة في كندا. وفي رسالة موجّهة إلى المحامين، أشارت وزارة الهجرة والفرنسة والاندماج في كيبيك إلى أنها تودّ من من خلال هذه المبادرة، الاستجابة لمطالب العديد من شركاء التعليم في هذه ظلذ أزمة جائحة كوفيد 19. “تسعى الوزارة إلى نجنّب “معاقبة” بالطلاب الأجانب بشكل غير مبرر والذين لم يتمكنوا من إكمال برنامج دراستهم كما هو مخطط له في الشتاء أو صيف 2020 ، وذلك بسبب الأزمة الصحية.”، بيان وزارة الهجرة في كيبيك أُغلقت مدارس وجامعات كيبيك في 13 مارس آذار الماضي بسبب جائحة كوفيد 19 – Radio Canada وأضافت هذه الأخيرة أنّ “التمديد التلقائي سيجعل من السهل على هؤلاء الطلاب تجديد تصريح الدراسة الخاص بهم مع الحكومة الفيدرالية، على وجه الخصوص، حيث لن يُطلب منهم تجديد رُخص كيبيك مؤقتًا.” وقد رحبت جمعية كيبيك لمحامي الهجرة (AQAADI) بهذا القرار. “إنه قرار ممتاز من كيبيك. سوف يسهل تمديد التصاريح لهؤلاء الطلاب الذين تأثر مسارهم التعليمي بـجائحة كوفيد 19.” كما يقول رئيسها، غيوم كليش ريفار. ويدرس في كيبيك حوالي 50.000 طالب أجنبي مسجلين في جامعات المقاطعة.
