عرب وعالمعربي تكليف عدنان الزرفي تشكيل الحكومة العراقية رغم اعتراض إيران by admin 17 مارس، 2020 written by admin 17 مارس، 2020 249 “طهران تريد حجر بغداد في زاويتها لتنظر إلى العالم من خلال عيونها” اندبندنت عربية / محمد ناجي صحافي @mohamme84352094 كلف رئيس الجمهورية العراقي برهم صالح عدنان الزرفي بتشكيل الحكومة العراقية على الرغم من اعتراض إيران. وكان صالح أوشك، فجر الثلاثاء 17 مارس (آذار) على تكليف النائب عن تحالف النصر الزرفي بتشكيل الحكومة الجديدة، لكن اعتراضاً متأخراً من المعسكر السياسي الموالي لإيران، أوقف القرار. أميركي الميول الزرفي هو محافظ سابق لمدينة النجف سبق له أن شغل مسؤوليات كبيرة في وزارة الداخلية، قبل أن يدخل البرلمان نائباً عن “تحالف النصر”، بزعامة رئيس الوزراء العراقي السابق حبدر العبادي. ويتهم الزرفي بأنه “أميركي الميول”، من قبل القوى السياسية الموالية لإيران، بسبب تشجيعه على الاستفادة من إمكانيات الولايات المتحدة والغرب والعمق العربي عموماً والخليجي على وجه الخصوص، للعراق. انقسام شيعي وفي الليلة المنتظرة للتكليف، انقسمت القوى الشيعية إلى معسكرين، يضم الأول تحالف رئيس الوزراء السابق حيدر العبادي وائتلاف “سائرون” المقرب من زعيم التيار الصدري مقتدى الصدر، و”تيار الحكمة” بزعامة عمار الحكيم، ويؤيد الزرفي، والثاني يضم منظمة “بدر” بزعامة هادي العامري و”عصائب أهل الحق” بزعامة قيس الخزعلي وائتلاف “دولة القانون” بزعامة نوري المالكي، ويعترض على الزرفي. وعندما وجد المعسكر الشيعي الثاني أن الرئيس العراقي يوشك على تكليف الزرفي، طلب مهلة ساعات، وهو ما انتهى إليه اجتماع في منزل صالح انتهى حوالى الثالثة من فجر اليوم، وأفادت المصادر بان العامري طلب من صالح تأجيل إعلان اسم المرشح ساعات عدة، حتى تتوافق القوى الشيعية في شأنه. إيران تحجر على العراق مفاوض سياسي في تحالف النصر أبلغ “اندبندنت عربية” بأن اختيار الزرفي جاء نتيجة فشل التفاهمات التقليدية بين القوى الشيعية، مشيراً إلى أن “ضرورات المرحلة تتطلب تكليف شخصية قوية، يمكنها إدارة توازن قلق بين النفوذين الإيراني والأميركي في العراق”. وأوضح أن “العراق مقبل على أزمة اقتصادية بسبب انهيار سوق النفط، وهو يواجه مخاطر تفشي وباء “كورونا”، ومن دون علاقات وثيقة مع العالم كله، لا يمكنه تخطي المرحلة”، مشيراً إلى أن “إيران تريد حجر العراق في زاويتها، لينظر إلى مصالحه وإلى العالم من خلال عيونها، وليس عيون أبناء شعبه”. تهديد الرئيس! لكن “عصائب أهل الحق” لديها رأي آخر، إذ يقول القيادي الميداني فيها، جواد الطليباوي، الذي يعرف بقربه من الخزعلي “لن يمرر أي شخص لرئاسة الوزراء خلافاً لإرادة الشعب”، مشيراً إلى أن “هناك مؤامرة تحاك في الظلام لكي تمرر بعض الأسماء ومنها الزرفي”، ويرى الطليباوي أن “هذه خيانة لدماء الشهداء وتضحيات المجاهدين”. ويعدّ تصريح الطليباوي، الذي وزعه شخصياً على وسائل الإعلام، مذيلاً بتوقيع “مجاهدي المقاومة الإسلامية”، تهديداً للرئيس للعراقي والقوى التي تدعم تكليف الزرفي، ما أضفى المزيد من التعقيد على المشهد العراقي، ولم تكتف حركة “العصائب” بإعلان موقفها وموقف المجموعات العراقية المسلحة التي توالي إيران، وتعمل تحت لافتة “المقاومة الإسلامية”، بل أصدرت تعليقاً على لسان المتحدث باسم جناحها السياسي محمود الربيعي، جاء فيه “واهم من يعتقد أن عراق الشهداء والمقاومين وبعد كل الانتصارات التي حققها ضد الإرهابين والمحتلين يمكن أن يسلم قياده لصبيان الأميركان والمستهترين”، في إشارة إلى الزرفي. ساعات الحسم وكانت مصادر مواكبة أفادت بأن الساعات المقبلة ستشهد جولات تفاوضية جديدة لحسم أمر المرشح لرئاسة الوزراء، في ظل الحرج الذي يواجهه رئيس الجمهورية بعدما تورط في خرق دستوري، لأنه تجاوز المهلة القانونية للتكليف من دون الإعلان عن اسم المكلف. وتداولت الأروقة السياسية ثلاثة أسماء، قد يكون أحدها رئيساً للوزراء مكلفاً بتشكيل الحكومة، هي فضلاً عن الزرفي، رئيس جهاز المخابرات مصطفى الكاظمي والمسؤول في رئاسة الجمهورية نعيم السهيل، وسط إشارات بشأن تقدم حظوظ المرشح الأول. المزيد عن: برهم صالح/حيدر العبادي/الحكومة العراقية/الميليشيات الإيرلنية/عدنان الزرفي 40 comments 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post أرادت إدارة ترامب أن تملك “حصرياً” لقاحاً تطوره شركة ألمانية وقدمت عرضاً مالياً سخياً للاستحواذ عليه… next post “بؤس العالم” لبيار بورديو: الجزائر غيّرتني!
