إمضاءاتهم اندبندنت عربية / باسل ترجمان صحافي @basseltorjeman أثمر تحرك المجتمع المدني والعدد الكبير من المواطنين الذين اعترضوا على استعمال معطياتهم الشخصية وتزوير إمضاءاتهم في تزكية عدد من المرشحين للانتخابات الرئاسية، برضوخ الهيئة العليا المستقلة للانتخابات وإعلانها نشر أسماء النواب الذين زكوا المرشحين للانتخابات الرئاسية كما ستنشر تباعاً أسماء المواطنين الذين زكوا بقية المرشحين. وأثار هذا الإعلان ارتياحاً في الرأي العام جراء التفاعل الإيجابي للهيئات المشرفة على الانتخابات في التصدي لعمليات التزوير وبيع الأصوات للمرشحين. وأعلنت الهيئة أنها فتحت سجلاً في كافة مقراتها الفرعية في الولايات حيث يمكن للمواطنين إيداع اعتراضاتهم كتابة مرفقة بنسخة من بطاقاتهم الوطنية، كما أوضحت أنها ستعمل على المتابعة القانونية للموضوع. دعوات لاتخاذ إجراءات حازمة تفاعل عدد من المواطنين مع قرار الهيئة وعبر عن رغبته بأن تتخذ إجراءات ضد المتلاعبين بالمعطيات الشخصية للمواطنين. وقال السيد الميداني الحضري الناشط في المجتمع المدني في تعليق على قرار الهيئة “نريد معرفة ما هي الإجراءات القانونية التي ستتخذها الهيئة، لأن الأصل في كل من يثبت تورطه بتزوير التزكيات يتم إقصاؤه من قائمة المترشحين لأن هذا جريمة في حق الشعب وحق المسار الديمقراطي وجريمة يعاقب عليها القانون وموجبة للتتبع الجزائي”. وأضاف “إذا كانت الهيئة صارمة في تطبيق القانون وحماية المحطة الانتخابية والمسار الديمقراطي عموماً، لكن إذا كانت فقط مجرد متابعة قانونية للمسألة فهذا هدفه إسكات الاحتجاجات القائمة على تزوير التزكيات وتسجيل موقف لا أكثر”. ورطة النواب في المجلس نشرت هيئة الانتخابات في مرحلة أولى أسماء النواب الذين منحوا تزكياتهم لعدد من المرشحين للانتخابات الرئاسية ليتم الكشف عن قيام نائبين بتزكية مرشحين عوضاً عن مرشح واحد. والنائبان هما ماهر مذيوب عن حركة النهضة الذي زكى المرشحين إلياس الفخفاخ وحاتم بولبيار، والنائب الثاني عبد الرؤوف الشابي عن حركة نداء تونس، والذي زكى المرشحين سليم الرياحي ونبيل القروي. عضو مجلس النواب عن حركة النهضة ماهر مذيوب نشر على صفحته الرسمية على “فيسبوك” تكذيباً لتزكيته للمرشح حاتم بولبيار عضو مجلس شورى في الحركة والذي استقال واختار الترشح كمستقل في الانتخابات الرئاسية. وكتب “أنا ماهر المذيوب عضو مجلس نواب الشعب أؤكد تأكيداً تاماً بأنني لم أزكِ المدعو حاتم بولبيار ولم أوقع له مطلقاً، وقد صعقت بوجود اسمي ضمن قائمة يدعي أنني زكيته وأتحدى أن يثبت بأنني وقعت له بأي شكل كان”. وأضاف “وقد تشرفت بتزكية السيد الياس الفخفاخ في الانتخابات الرئاسية المبكرة وذلك بطلب من رئيس حركة النهضة راشد الغنوشي”. المجتمع المدني فضخ النواب وأحزابهم نشر أسماء النواب الذين زكوا المرشحين للانتخابات الرئاسية، تعتبر بحسب الإعلامي والمحلل السياسي إبراهيم الوسلاتي تطوراً كبيراً في دور المجتمع المدني منذ 2011 الذي عمل كمراقب للمسار الديمقراطي ويستشار في ما يتعلق بالقوانين ذات العلاقة. وفي خصوص قضية الكشف عن عمليات التزوير وتزكية المرشحين، نجح الضغط الذي مارسته منظمات المجتمع المدني عبر وسائل الإعلام ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في الكشف عن أسماء النواب على الرغم من محاولة عدد من النواب منع ذلك ومارسوا ضغوط على الهيئة لمنعه. وأضاف الوسلاتي لموقع “اندبندنت عربية” أن بعض المرشحين نشروا أسماء النواب الذين منحوهم تزكياتهم في إطار الشفافية والمصداقية أمام الناخبين، وهذا فتح الباب لمزيد من الضغوط مارسها المجتمع المدني لإثبات مزيد من الشفافية اللازمة والمصداقية على العملية الانتخابية. عصافير النهضة النادرة ولاحظ الوسلاتي أن كثيراً من المفارقات والتلاعب ظهر بعد نشر الأسماء، وأن نواب حركة النهضة قدموا تزكياتهم ليس فقط لمرشح الحركة للانتخابات الرئاسية عبد الفتاح مورو بل منحوها أيضاً للمنصف المرزوقي وحمادي الجبالي والياس الفخفاخ وحاتم بولبيار، وهذا يؤكد أن النهضة ليس لها كما قال رئيسها راشد الغنوشي عصفور نادر بل لها خمس عصافير تتسابق برضاها في الانتخابات الرئاسية. وأضاف الوسلاتي أن مفارقات أخرى اكتشفها الرأي العام الذي لاحظ أن نواباً من حزب تحيا تونس المؤيد لرئيس الحكومة يوسف الشاهد قدم تزكيات لوزير الدفاع عبد الكريم الزبيدي، المرشح للانتخابات الرئاسية والمنافس الجدي لرئيس الحكومة على المنصب. شبهات البيع والشراء في المقابل اعتبر الإعلامي والمحلل السياسي محمد بوعود أن كشف هذه الحقائق للرأي العام، شكل ضربة موجعة لكل ما يقال عن شفافية الاستحقاق القادم ونزاهته، والرأي العام يعلم جيداً أن النواب الذين قدموا تزكياتهم لأكثر من مرشح، لا يمكن أن يكونوا إلا باعة ذمة. وقال بوعود لـ في 6 فبراير (شباط) 2013 وتتهم حركة النهضة بالمسؤولية السياسية والأخلاقية عن ذلك خلال فترة حكمها آنذاك. الحاجي وبعد الكشف عن الفضيحة وجه رسالة للأمين العام لحزب تونس إلى الأمام استقال فيها من رئاسة
